Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to determine the role of teachers in developing independent character in deaf students in special schools Autis, Pontianak.City The general problem of this study is how the role of the teacher in developing independent character in deaf students in special schools Autism?The sub problem of this research is how the teacher as a communicator? how does the teacher as a motivator in growing independent character in deaf students ?. The research method is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, documentation,Data collection tools used are observation guides, interview guides, and field notebooks. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The informant is the teacher with the initials JH and MR. The results of the teacher's research as a communicator and motivator show that deaf students are confident, safe, comfortable, happy when they talk about their activities at home so that there are no differences in gaps between students and informants then students understand and understand excited again in learning after the informants provide inspirational advice and encouragement, students can do the task well and confidently after being guided and students mutual respect and respect for their peers, and pray before and after both in learning and extracurricular. Keywords: Teacher Role, Independent Character, Students with Special Needs (Deaf)

Abstract

AbstractThis research about "the Effect of using of Power Point Media on student learning activity on economy class X  of Islamic High School Bawari Pontianak". The purpose of this research is to know how much influence the use of media Power Point toward the activities of student learning in the subject the economy class X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. The method used in this research is the method of the experiment with the form of quasi experimental research design. The total samples in this research as much as 70 students . teknik data collection with direct communication technique (interview guidance), communication technique is not directly (observation sheet of learning activities students), and the technique of documentary studies in this research instrument tests using the validity test and normalitas test. For data processing techniques using independent test sample t test. Based on the results of the test calculations of the test statistics t Mann Whitney obtained the value of the significance (Sig 2-tailed) is 0,000 , the value of the significance < 0.05 (0,000 < 0.05) then the Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion of this research is that the use of learning media based on the Power Point can affect the students learning activities on economic subjects.Keywords: Learning Activity, Power Point Media.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sosialisasi keluarga dalam melestarikan budaya Naik Ayun pada etnis Bugis, khususnya mengenai bentuk sosialisasi primer pada keluarga inti dan sekunder pada keluarga besar prosesi tradisi naik ayun di Dusun Kenanga Desa Pal IX Kecamatan Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Bentuk yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi,sedangkan alat pengumpulan adalah panduan observasi, panduan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sosialisasi primer pada keluarga inti prosesi tradisi naik ayun di Dusun Kenanga Desa Pal IX adalah memberikan informasi,mengarahkan, memberikan contoh dan memberi nasehat atau wawasan. sosialisasi sekunder pada keluarga inti prosesi tradisi naik ayun di Dusun Kenanga Desa Pal IX adalah memberikan  informasi,mengarahkan, memberikan contoh dan member nasehat atau wawasan. Kata kunci :Sosialisasi, Budaya, Naik Ayun Abstract: This research  attempts to described socialization family to preserve culture  NaikAyun on ethnic Bugis, particularly on form of socialization primary in the nuclear family and secondary in a large family a procession tradition of NaikAyun in hamlet reconnoitering Pal IX village in SungaiKakapsubdistrict KubuRayadistrict. Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed to found out the feasibility of booklet as a learning media to the matter biodiversity for  X grade senior high school. The form of this research was qualitative descriptive. The sampling techniques was purposive. Booklet was tested for the feasibility by two lectures of Biology Education Study Program FKIP Untan and three X grade senior high school biology teachers in Sambas Regency. Booklet evaluation covering three aspects that is format, content, and language. Based on the evaluations of validators, the booklet was qualified and valid with value of the Content Validity Index (CVI) which were 0.99. The CVI value showed that booklet was feasible as a learning media in biodiversity materials for X grade senior high school.Keywords: Biodiversity, Booklet, Feasibility

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of students’ learning outcomes using experiment method in learning science.The method of this research is descriptive in form of classroom action research. The subject of this research is teacher and fourth grade students that is thirteen students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 10 Senangak Kabupaten Bengkayang.Technique of data collecting is direct observation and document analysis. Technique of data analysis is by calculating the mean and percentage. This research is done in three cycles with the result: (1) teacher’s ability on planning is 3.35 in the first cycle, 3.61 in the second cycle, and 3.84 in the third cycle; (2) teacher’s ability on implementing is 2.95 in the first cycle, 3.56 in the second cycle, and 3.82 in the third cycle; (3) the students’ learning outcomes is 48,46 with 38.46% students who passed the test in the first cycle, 57.69 with 61.54% students who passed the test in the second cycle, and 62.30 with 69.23% students who passed the test in third cycle. In conclusion, using experiment method in learning science  can improve students’ learning outcomes. Keywords: Experiment Method, Learning Outcomes, Science

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to gather information, analyze and conclude the influence between organizational climate and working motivation to work together toward the working productivity of employees at the Education Department in Sambas regency. This study uses a quantitative approach of causal study (study of the influence / cause and effect). Research data on organizational climate (X1), working motivation (X2) and the working productivity of employees (Y) were collected through questionnaires to all civil servants at Education Department in Sambas Regency witch the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research shown that there is a significant influence between organizational climate on employees working productivity, there is a significant influence between working motivation on employees working, and there is a significant joint influence between organizational climate and working motivation on working productivity of employees with a coefficient of determination of 0.609 or 60.9% or contribution percentage of organizational climate and working motivation on working productivity of employees is 60.9% while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other factors outside the study. Based on these research findings, the employee is urged to improve their working productivity and for policymakers at Education Department in Sambas regency, they need to create a good organizational climate and increase the employee working motivation to achieve the organization's goals in improving the quality of education in Sambas Regency. Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research is, is there any influence of audio visual media to Athletic learning result. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of audio visual media to athletic learning result (running 100m) on the 11th grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah Pontianak. The population of this research was 11th grade students, and it divided into 6 class with the total number of 240 students. The sample of this research was 40 student, taken by cluster random sampling technique. And the method of this research is True-experimental design, the data were analyzed using computerized and T-test. Based on the T-Test to experiment class, the value of t-test is -4486 and t-table is 2.0930, it showed that the mean of t-test of running 100m is t-test<t-table.  It means that Ho is rejected where is the improvement conventional method is 14,59 and using audiovisual method is 22.09.   Keywords : Audio visual media  and result of learning to run 100 m

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the condition of the learning process that is not optimal so that it influences student learning outcomes. This study aims to find out how the use of learning video media, how student learning outcomes after the use of media, and how effective the use of media in class XI IPS Islamiyah Senior High School Pontianak. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach and method quasi experimental research. The sample in this study were all students of class XI IPS as participants who filled out test questions on the material of multicultural society. Before conducting data collection, instrument analysis was first carried out to sociologists and media experts. After that, the results of the research data were analyzed by analysis of learning outcomes and effectiveness analysis to find out how the use of learning video media, learning outcomes after using it, and the effectiveness of the media. The results of the analysis show that: 1) video media makes students interact with each other about the videos that have been watched, confidently express examples through the videos they watch, and not fixated on memorization when answering questions from teachers, 2) experimental class learning outcomes have an average value 73.33 with completeness as many as 17 people, and the control class has an average value of 56.85 with completeness as many as 10 people, 3) the results of the test Effect Size shows that the effectiveness of this media is 0.7425 which can be classified as moderate. Keywords: Use of learning video media, student learning outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThe goals of this research are to find out how teacher's role shape student's character in teaching-learning IPS subject in classroom. The three roles are teacher as: 1) an educator, 2) as the guidance , 3) as an exampler in shaping student's character. The theory used in this research is Mulyasa's theory that stated three roles of teacher which was stated above. The method of this research is descriptive in qualitative form of research. Technique and tools in collection data are observations, interview and documentations. The results of this research are as an educator teacher provides variety lesson plans  and teacher should acquired a profound knowledge in specific field, as the guidance teacher provides helps in learning in the classroom and outside classroom learning activity teacher observes students behavior and fix their mistakes by giving warm admonition and as an exampler teacher obey the school regulations. Abstract

AbstarctCampur kode dan alih kode komunikasi di  SMAN 1 Menjalin ada dua macam, yaitu (1) berwujud alih bahasa, dan (2) alih tingkat tutur. Yang berwujud alih bahasa meliputi alih kode dari bahasa Dayak ke bahasa Indonesia dan alih kode dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa Dayak.  Campur kode dalam komunikasi di kopersasi SMAN 1 Menjalin. Ada dua bentuk campur kode,(1) campur kode intern dan (2) campur kode ekstern. Campur kode intern berwujud (1) kata,  (2) frasa, dan (3) perulangan kata. Sementara itu campur kode ekstern mencakup (1) bahasa Melayu, dan (2) bahasa Cina.  Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya alih kode dalam komunikasi di SMAN 1 Menjalin  ada delapan, faktor yaitu (1) kemarahan siswa1 terhadap siswa2, (2) kejengkelan pembeli terhadap siswa1, (3) mempunyai maksud tertentu, (4) menyesuaikan dengan kode yang dipakai siswa2, (5) ekspresi keterkejutan siswa2, (6) kehadiran calon siswa lain  ada saat tawar-menawar berlangsung, (7) bercanda pada pembeli, (8) basa-basi penjual pada pembeli. Ada dua faktor yang menyebabkan timbulnya campur kode, yaitu (1) identifikasi peran dan (2) identifikasi ragam.  Ada tiga fungsi alih kode dalam komunikasi di  SMAN 1 Menjalin, yaitu  (1)  alih kode tingkat tutur kasar, (2) alih kode tingkat halus, dan (3) alih kode tingkat sedang. Adapun fungsi campur kode ada dua, yaitu (1) untuk menjelaskan dan (2) untuk menghormati siswa. Kata Kunci: Campur Kode dan Alih Kode Dalam Berkomunikasi Di SMAN 1 Menjalin
