Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual pada operasi hitung bilangan bulat di kelas VII SMPN 10 Sungai Kakap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental design dengan rancangan penelitian one-shot case study. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII B SMPN 10 Sungai Kakap. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran tergolong pada kategori cukup baik dengan rata-rata sebesar 2,76, aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran tergolong pada kategori cukup aktif dengan rata-rata sebesar 2,38, dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa tidak tuntas secara klasikal sehingga pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual tidak efektif untuk diterapkan di kelas VII SMPN 10 Sungai Kakap. Kata kunci: Pendekatan Kontekstual, Operasi Hitung Bilangan Bulat, Hasil Belajar Abstract: This research was aimed to find the effectiveness of contextual learning approach to the integer operations in the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 10 Sungai Kakap. The research method that used was pre-experimental design with one-shot case study. The sample of this research was taken from the students of VII B of SMP Negeri 10 Sungai Kakap. The results of this research showed that the ability of teacher in managing learning is in the good enough with the average value 2.76, students activity during the learning belonging to the category of active enough with an average of 2.38, and the mastery learning of students was not master in the classcally. The result of this research is that the contextual learning approach in the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 10 Sungai Kakap is not effective. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab dan upaya mengatasi anak putus sekolah di Desa Sabing Kecamatan Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Alat pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan pedoman observasi, dan wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) penyebab anak putus sekolah, ditandai dengan kondisi ekonomi yang kurang, tingkat pendidikan orang tua yang rendah, keinginan anak membantu orang tua bekerja, dan karena pengaruh teman sebaya. (2) upaya mengatasi anak putus sekolah masih kurang, ditandai dengan kurangnya motivasi dan bantuan dari orang tua dalam proses belajar anak, kurangnya pengawasan dan dorongan orang tua, orang tua juga membiarkan anak bekerja membantu meringankan beban pekerjaan orang tua, namun orang tua tidak memanjakan anak dengan memberikan uang jajan yang berlebihan. Kata kunci: Anak, Putus Sekolah Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the causes and efforts of school dropout prevention in Desa Sabing Kecamatan Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas. Using the methode qualitative with analysis descriptive, the collecting data using the tools  with the observation guideline, while the interview and documentation.  In this result from the research is  (1) Causes of school drop out, sign the poor economic conditions, the education parents  very low , child's  there hope to helps parents work, and  peer influence (2) Effort overcome drop out children still less sign with the very low motivation and very lack the support froms the parent to the learning process of the children, lack of supervision and encouragement from the  parents,  the parents let children help ease the burden of parent work, but parents do not spoil the child which  giving excessive pocket money.   Keywords: Children, Drop Out

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai pengaruh dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja mengajar guru terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan MTs swasta di Kecamatan Sui Ambawang Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diambil melalui kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan dan dianalisis dengan cara deskripsi, uji analisis,  korelasi dan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1)memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan (Y)dengan persentase sebesar 23,61%; (2) kinerja mengajar guru (X2)memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan (Y) dengan persentase sebesar 32,26%; (3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru (X2) dengan persentase sebesar 42,64%; (4) ada pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) dan kinerja mengajar guru (X2) terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan (Y) pada MTs Swasta yang ada di Kecamatan Sui. Ambawang dengan sebesar 34,6%.   Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah Kinerja Mengajar Guru, MutuLayanan Pendidikan Abstract:This study aims to describe the influence of leadership principal and teachers’ teaching performance toward the quality of education services at private MTs of Sui Ambawang Kubu Raya District. The methodof this study is a survey research with quantitative approach. The data were collected through questionnaire and literature review and analyzed quantitatively by means of description, test analysis, correlation, simple regression and multiple regression analysis.The results of study found that: (1) the leadership principal (X1) provides a positive and significant effect on the quality of education services (Y) with percentage 23.61%; (2) the teachers’ teaching performance (X2) gives a positive and significant effect on the quality of education services (Y) with percentage 32.26%; (3) the leadership of principal (X1) gives a positive and significant effect on the of teachers' teaching performance (X2) with percentage 42.64%; (4) there is a significant effect of leadership principal (X1) and the teachers' teaching performance (X2) on the quality of education services (Y) at Private MTs in Sui. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pengendalian sosial perilaku merokok pada remaja awal yang di dusun Perigi Parit desa Sebagu Kecamatan Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas dalam bentuk preventif, represif dan kuratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan yaitu observasi langsung, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, Alat pengumpul data yaitu panduan observasi, panduan wawancara dan alat dokumentasi, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengendalian sosial pada remaja awal berperilaku merokok berjalan dengan baik, adanya tindakan preventif, represif, dan kuratif yang di lakukan oleh orang tua dan tokoh masyarakat. Bentuk preventif sudah cukup baik di buktikan dengan bimbingan berupa sosialisasi PerDes tentang perlindungan anak yang di lakukan oleh Wahana Visi Indonesia. Selanjutnya represif antara lain bentuk kontak fisik orang tua terhadap anaknya karena ketahuan merokok. Dan kuratif sudah berjalan dengan baik di tandai adanya penyadaran yang di lakukan oleh Kepala Dusun terhadap remaja awal yang berperilaku merokok Kata Kunci : Pengendalian Sosial, Perilaku merokok, Remaja Awal Abstract: The aim of this study is to figure out the form of social control of smoking behavior in early adolescents in dusun Perigi Parit desa Sebagu Kecamatan Teluk Keramat Kabupaten Sambas in the form of preventive, repressive and curative. This study used descriptive method with qualitative approach. In  collecting the data, the researcher used direct observation, interview and documentation study. In this study, the researcher used some tools which are observation guidance, interview guide and documentation tool. The result shows that the existence of social control at early adolescent smoking behavior is good because of preventive, repressive, and curative actions that are done by parents and communities. Preventive form is good enough. It proved by the guidance in the form of socialization of PerDes about children protection which is done by Wahana Visi Indonesia. Moreover, repressive is a form of physical contact of parents against their children because they caught smoking. Furthermore, curative has been running well. It proved by the existence of awareness that is done by Kepala Dusun against early adolescents who have smoking behavior. Key Words : Social Control, Smoking Behavior, Early Adolescent

Abstract

AbstractPT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), Pontianak branch especially in units of IT Support had a problem such as the installation of the licensed applications and in fact applications installed to support work is not the applications that have a license but applications are illegal. Then occurrence of some software damage caused by the use of software is inappropriate so the unit IT Support experience or face obstacles in running the program unit. The purpose of this research is to know how job traning in units of Information Technology (IT) Support in increase productivity an employee of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) branch Pontianak. The method used is methodology qualitative, with a population is four poeple. Data is collected by direct observation technique (sheets of observation), direct communication technique (interview), and study of documentaries. Analysis data using descriptive analysis. The result of this research showed that increase the productivity employees in units of Information Technology (IT) Support after get a full training in accordance with targeted company which is measured by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurangnya minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran seni tari, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil angket hobi anak pada hanya 15 orang siswa yang menjawab minat belajar menari tradisi. Serta berdasarkan hasil pengamatan peneliti mengajar, masih banyak siswa tampak tidak serius dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian secara umum adalah untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada materi Seni Tari Jepin Lembut melalui metode kooperatif jigsaw di kelas VII SMP Negri 1 Paloh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian siklus I dan II dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran melalui metode kooperatif  jigsaw dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada materi seni Tari Jepin Lembut di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Paloh.   Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Kooperatif jigsaw, Minat belajar, Tari Jepin Lembut     Abstract: The background of this research is the lack of the student’s interest in learning art dance, it can be seen from the first observation through the questionnaire about hobby, only 15 students who like to dance. On the other hand, based on the writers’s observation during teaching process, most students did not enthusiastically take part. The purpose of this research is to increase the students’ learning interest on dance art Jepin Lembut through jigsaw cooperative method on the first year student of SMPN 1 Paloh. Base on the result in cycle I and II, the writer concluded that the learning process through jigsaw cooperative method could increase the students’ interest on dance art Jepin Lembut at class 7 of SMPN 1 Paloh.   Keyword: Jigsaw Cooperative Learning, Learning Interest, Jepin Lembut Dance

Abstract

AbstractThe general problem in this research was how the influence of educational interaction of teachers and students to the motivation of learning on the subject of Sociology In Class XII IIS of Kemala Bhayangkari Senior High School. The research method used was descriptive method with the form of relationship studies. Total population 85 and sample 70. The data collecting technique used was indirect communication technique and documentation with data collection tool was questionnaire and note sheets from Kemala Bhayangkari senoir high school and data processing using Simple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS computer aid version 16. The result of the data analysis shows that there was influence of Teacher and Student Interaction on Student Motivation Learning on Sociology Subject in Class XII IIS Kemala Bhayangkari senoir high school about 80% while the rest was influenced by other variables. Keywords: Educational Interaction of Teacher and Student, Learning Motivation

Abstract

AbstractThis research is made because the writer interested in Malay dance that have dance title in a dance. The aim of this research is to find out the history of Timang Banjar in written documentation that supported by Timang Banjar photos related. Datas from this research is taken from some informants who knew about Timang Banjar dance dance, also include as the dancer used some research techniques. The research finding is the history of the Timang Banjar dance began in 1921, created by artist named Ncek Mat. This dance is worked as traditional dance on his leadership, first this dance is only showed in front of Vith Sultan from Kadriyah palace and only dance in Kingdom family big events. Then, to introduse this dance to people, especially people around Kadriyah palace, this dance is showed in art performance Tonel drama. Timang Banjar dance has to generations dancers after Ncek Mat. The development happened on dance presentation form. This dance started to appear again in 2016, in revitalization of Timang Banjar dance that taught by third generations to SMKN 7 Pontianak students.Keywords: history, development, Timang Banjar

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of social guidance against juvenile delinquency in students class VIII SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak Year 2018. The method used is descriptive method in the form of correlational studies. The population in this study is all students of class VIII with the number of 278 students. Withdrawal samples that will be done by researchers using percentage of 20% of the total population of each class then the sample is 56 students. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques and data collection tools in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage and poduct moment using SPSS version 16 then continued with the coefficient of determination. From the data analysis the researchers found that social guidance reached 96.85%, included in the high category. While juvenile delinquency reached 84.64% in high category. So the influence of social guidance on juvenile delinquency is 49.42%, meaning 51.58% juvenile delinquency is influenced by other variables not found in this study. Keywords: Social Guidance, Juvenile Delinquency

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to know the management of library circulation services in the library University of Muhammadiyah Pontianak. This research was descriptive research and research method used was qualitative method. Data collection technique used by researcher in this research were observation, interview, and documentation. Theory used in this research was According to George R. Terry, management functions for the operative level of management can be limited and formulated: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controlling. The Informants in this study were two (2) persons who are selected based on criteria that have been set. The result of the research is the form of management of circulation service that has been developed with automation system to facilitate the activity on the circulation service. In the process of implementation of automated circulation activities, there are some obstacles and non-conformity in the implementation undertaken. That was as experienced in the Muhammadiyah University Library Pontianak who experience interruption in the circulation services because the server owned by the library has interference. Keywords: library management, circulation services, excellent service
