Abstract

 Abstract: The problem in this research is how the planning, implementation and obstacles in implementing the scientific approach through thematic learning which aims to make learners more interested in finding and build their own meaningful and fun knowledge through the implementation of scientific approach in SD Negeri 03 Sintang and SD Negeri 23 Sintang . This research was conducted at SD Negeri 03 Sintang and SD Negeri 23 Sintang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this research are classroom teacher and fourth grade students at SD Negeri 03 Sintang and SD Negeri 23 Sintang. Technique Data collection used is observation, interview, and documentation. Data collection tools are interview sheets, observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis uses the steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Technique examination of data validity by using triangulation. The results showed that the fourth grade teacher had applied thematic teaching with a scientific approach. Scientific approaches implemented include; (1) observe, (2) questions, (3) try, (4) reason, and (5) communicate. With a scientific approach in thematic learning. learners become more active in learning, especially being confident and daring to ask, reasoning and expressing their ideas or opinions, thus gaining their knowledge based on direct experience. The obstacles encountered in this lesson are the lack of support for school facilities, facilities and infrastructure, and teacher capacity and capacity of learners that have not been achieved in learning. Keywords : thematic learning, scientific approach

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan motivasi belajar siswa di kelas XI IPA MA Ushuluddin Singkawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental Design dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes dan angket. Dari hasil uji hipotesis (uji-t) diperoleh thitung sebesar 15,02 dengan taraf signifikan ( = 5% diperoleh ttabel sebesar 1,703. Karena thitung 15,02 > ttabel 1,703, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model discovery learning. Berdasarkan penentuan effect size, model discovery learning memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa sebesar 49,74%. Model discovery learning juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dengan motivasi sangat kuat dan motivasi kuat berturut-turut adalah 7% dan 93%. Kata kunci: discovery learning, keterampilan proses sains, motivasi belajar  Abstract: This study was aimed to determine the effect of discovery learning model in influencing science process skills and learning motivation of class XI IPA MA Ushuluddin Singkawang. Pre-Experimental Design through One-Group Pretest Posttest Design was used as research method. The data were collected using test and questionnaire. From the results of hypothesis test (t-test) obtained tamounted to 15.02 with significance level (?) = 5% was obtained ttabel 1.703. Since tamounted 15.02 > ttabel 1.703, then H0 rejected and Ha accepted. This means that there was a difference science process skills before and after using of discovery learning model. Based on the determination of  effect size, discovery learning model influenced on students? science process skills of 49.74%. Discovery learning model was giving influence about students? learning motivation by stronger motivation and strong motivation robust respectively 7% and 93%.   Keywords : discovery learning, science process skills, learning motivation

Abstract

AbstractGroup guidance services are activities that can support learners in an effort to develop their own potential and can utilize their own educational experiences through group dynamics. this study aims to analyze the implementation of group guidance by teachers counseling guidance on students VIII grade SMP Negeri 24 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method and the form of research is survey form. The population in this study as many as 162 students and the sample in this study as many as 63 students. This research uses quantitative research. Data collecting technique used is indirect communication in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula. Based on the results of the analysis of group guidance by counseling guidance teachers achieve the score in the category of "Very Good". This shows that the implementation of group guidance by teachers counseling guidance on class VIII students SMP Negeri 24 Pontianak has been implemented very well. Keywords : Group guidance services, students of SMP Negeri 24 Pontianak.

What is the student's self-concept (self-expectation) on the subject matter of the adjustment journal class X AK 1 Pontianak Independent Vocational School? 3. What is the student's self-concept (self-assessment) on the subject matter of the adjustment journal class X AK 1 Pontianak Independent Vocational School? This study aims to determine the self-concept (self-knowledge) of students in the adjustment journal entry material of class X AK 1 Pontianak Independent Vocational School, and to find out the self-concept (self-expectation) of students in the material of adjustment journal entries of class X AK 1 Pontianak Independent Vocational High School, and To find out the self-concept (self-assessment) of students in the material of the adjustment journal entries of class X AK 1 Pontianak Independent Vocational School. The focus of this research is Students' Self-Concept in Learning Skills in Material Paragraph Adjustment Journal in Pontianak Independent Vocational School with sub focus namely: 1. Self-knowledge 2. Abstract

AbstractThis research was motivated by the desire of researchers to find the influence of conflict on the character of characters in the novel Bimala by Rabindranath Tagore. Because conflict often becomes a factor that influences human psychological changes resulting in behavior and attitudes. The problems in this study included three things, namely the influence of internal conflict on character, the influence of external conflict on the character of the character, and the plan for implementation in school. The theories used in this discussion included understanding the characters, understanding novels, conflicts in literary works, psychology in literature, and literary learning in school. The method used in this study was descriptive method with qualitative research. The approach used was a psychological psychology approach. The technique used was a documentary study technique with a data collection tool that was the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data in this study are conflicts that affect the character of the character. The data analysis technique used was to re-read the data that has been classified and validated, analyze the data relating to the influence of internal and external conflicts on character figures.Keywords: Bimala novel, character of character, influence of conflict

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to improve students' learning activities using the model of Problem Based Learning in class V learning Citizenship Education Public Elementary School 20 South Pontianak. The research method is descriptive, with the form of classroom action research (PTK) and besifat collaborative. Subjects in this study were all fifth grade students of State Elementary School 20 South Pontianak totaling 30 people. The results showed that an increase in students' learning activities using the model of Problem Based Learning in learning Citizenship Education in Public Elementary School fifth grade 20 South Pontianak as evidenced by the results of the calculation in the first cycle count total average 41.62% and the second cycle total price -rata arithmetic 86.10%, this shows that from the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 44.48%.  Keywords : Problem Based Learning, Student Activty.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada sub materi peranan virus di kelas X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimental Design) dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design.Sampel penelitian adalah kelas XA(kelas kontrol) yang berjumlah 31 siswa dan kelas XB (kelas eksperimen) yang berjumlah 32 siswa.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan intact group.Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda yang berjumlah 20 butir. Dari hasil analisis data, diperoleh skor rata-rata hasil posttest siswa pada kelas eksperimen adalah 17,75, sedangkan skor rata-rata hasil posttest kelas kontrol adalah 15,64. Berdasarkan analisis uji U Mann Whitney menunjukan bahwa Zhitung ≤  Ztabel (-3,78 ≤ -1,96) disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Berdasarkan nilai Effect size diketahui Project Based Learning (PjBL) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 27,34% terhadap hasil belajar. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, Project Based Laerning (PjBL), peranan virus, efektivitas. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Project Based Learning (PjBL) on students’ learning outcomes for sub material the role of viruses in class X of SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group. The sample was XA class (control class) which consists of 31 students and class XB (experimental class) which consists of 32 students, while the sampling wasintact group. The instrument used was a multiple choice test which consist of 20 items. From the analysis of the data, obtained an average score of posttest results of students in the experimental class which was 17.75, while the average score of posttest in control group was 15.64. Based on the analysis of U Mann Whitneytest showed that Zcount ≤ Ztable (-3.78 ≤ -1.96) that it can be concluded that there is a difference in students’ outcomes whom were taught by using Project Based Learning (PjBL) with those whom were taught by using conventional teaching. For effect size is 0,75, the category when effect size at convertation is medium. Based on the value of Effect size, it is known that Project Based Learning (PjBL) contributed 27.34% on the learning outcomes. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the used of the socio drama method to practice the speaking ability of children in the B1 group at TK Primanda Untan Pontianak. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative research form. The data source of this research was the children of group B1 TK Primanda Untan. This research technique was observation with observation sheet, direct communication with interview sheet and documentary with documentation. Data analysis in this research was data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion / verification. The results of this study indicated that the used of the socio drama method to practice the accuracy of speech in children was appropriate in the used of sentences and belongs to the developing category as expected, the used of the socio drama method to train the placement of the interrogative sentence stress in children is in accordance with the sentence structure into the developing category according to expectations, the used the socio drama method to practice the placement of sentence stress statements in accordance with the proper sentence structure, the used of the socio drama method to practice the accuracy of word choices develops as expected, the used of the socio drama method to practice the accuracy of the target speech where the child speaks in accordance with the spoken sentence and used the sentence effectively. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII H MTs Negeri 2 Pontianak pada materi cermin dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT). Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 36 siswa. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas melalui dua siklus, dengan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa terjadi peningkatan dari 66,67% pada siklus I menjadi 75% pada siklus II dan aktivitas belajar siswa dari 67,58% pada siklus I menjadi 75,22% pada siklus II. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Aktivitas Belajar, Teams Games Tournament Abstract : This aims of this research to improve the activity and results student learning at class VIII H MTs  2 Pontianak on the mirror material with Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model. The subject of this researches are about 36 students. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out how interests and factors that influence the interest of students choose cross-economy class X MIA in Pontianak 8th Public High School. The research method used is a descriptive method with a survey study form. The data source of this study was 12 students consisting of 4 classes, where the students were selected based on the odd semester test scores categorized as high, medium, and under the KKM. Data collection techniques used consisted of: direct observation techniques, direct communication techniques, and documentary study techniques. While the data collection tools used are observation, interviews, and documentation.Based on the results of the results of the research conducted, it shows that students of class X MIA who choose to cross economic interests are in the medium category. Factors that influence interest are divided into 5 aspects that become factors that are formed, namely: 1) Talent factors from 12 students who answer influenced by talent factors 3 students, 2) Factors of ideals of 12 students who responded influenced by the ideals of 5 students, 3) Family factors of 12 students who responded were influenced by family factors of 2 students, 4) Friend factors of 12 students who responded influenced by Friend Factors of 2 students, and 5) School factors of 12 students who answered did not influence them in voting across economic interests. Keywords: Factors Affecting Interest, Interest
