AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of parents' socioeconomic status on learning motivation in class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Sejangkung. The method used is descriptive method and the form of research is a form of relationship study research. The population in this study were 259 and the sample was 51 (random) students of SMA Negeri 1 Sejangkung. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques and data collection tools with a questionnaire. While the data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and uses SPSS version 24. Based on the results of this study the relationship of parents' socioeconomic status to learning motivation in class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Sejangkung with rcount = 0.800 is in the "High" category. While the great influence of parents 'socioeconomic status on students' learning motivation by 64% is in the "strong" category. This shows that there is a positive influence on learning motivation, the better the socioeconomic status of parents, the higher the motivation of students to learn. Keywords: Parents' Socio-Economic Status, Learning Motivation

 Abstract This study focuses on the terminology of oil pouring rituals in the Sambas Malay community, precisely in Semata Village, Tangaran District. Issues discussed in this study include inventory of terminology in oil pouring rituals, components of meaning, and semantic functions. This study aims to describe the terminology in the Malay oil pouring ritual in Sambas Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive linguistic method with a qualitative form. The source of the data in this study is the Sambas Malay language speech in the form of terminology in the pouring ritual of the Sambas Malay community spoken by several informants. The data in this study are terms about the tools, processes, time, actors, and place of implementation in the oil pouring ritual. The techniques used in this study were interviews and recording. Data collection tools used were interview instruments and voice recording devices. Based on the research conducted, there are 44 terms in the oil pouring ritual consisting of 24 tool terms, 10 process terms, 2 time terms, 6 actor terms, and 2 place terms. These terms as a whole have a lexical meaning and as many as 30 terms contain cultural meanings.Keywords: Terminology, Pouring Oil, Malay Sambas

AbstractThis research aims to explain and analyze studen’s interest in social science subject of SMP Negeri 11 Pontianak in VII C. the purpose of this study is to learn about student’s interest in learning is reflected in the student’s likes, attention, interest and involvement in social science subject. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection teqhniques used are observation techniques, interview and documentation studies while the data collection tools are observation guides, interview guides, documentation. Studies show that (1) student’s liking for social science subject in class VIIC is said to be good. (2) student’s attention to social science subject in class VIIC is said to be good enough. (3) student’s interest in social science subject in class VIIC is said to be good enough. (4) student’s involvement in social science subject in class VIIC is said to be good. . AbstractThe Background in this research content was for created a documentary of Beladon Song on The Art of Mendu in Pontianak. General problems in this research were : How is the musical accompaniment of Beladon Song on The Art of Mendu in Pontianak description? The Purpose of this research was: 1) Described and denotated the Musical accompaniment and vocal of Beladon Song on The Art of Mendu in Pontianak, 2) Describing music form of Beladon Song on The Art of Mendu in Pontianak. The method that used in this research wasqualitative descriptive method and used musicology approach. The datas of this research were the result of the wich direct observation and interview to the informant about the System of Violin Melody, system of Gendang Panjang, Tawak and Vocal. The Data Analysis doing with the qualitive method, with the informant data, Jerie Anwar, Herman, Ilham Setiawan, S.Sn, and Yoga Kharisma, S.Pd who always active in artistic activity and know about the musical accompaniment of Beladon Song on The Art of Mendu in Pontianak. AbstractThis study aims to describe characters and characterizations which include characters position, relationships and functions between characters, the meaning of texts and implementation in learning Indonesian language and literature. The method in this research is descriptive with qualitative form. The approach used is structural approach. The data collection technique used is documentary study. The data source is a novel Inteligensi Embun Pagi by Dee Lestari. The results of the study are as follows (1) the characters position is a) Gio as Expedition Companies owner and The Asko’s Key Harbinger coded Mist b) Alfa as Andromeda Capital employee and The Asko’s Dream Harbinger coded wave. c) Zarah as a natural photographer and the Asko’s Gate Harbinger coded Particle. d) Elektra as electrapops owner, electric therapists, and the Asko’s Memory Harbinger coded Lightning. e) Bodhi as a backpacker, tattoo artist and The Asko’s Lattice Harbinger Coded Root. (2) The Characters Relations and functions are harbingers who come from the same Cluster called Asko. Their function is to strengthen each character position. (3) The meaning of the text is the Philosophy of Buddhism. AbstractThis study aims to analyze influence the Problem Based Learning model on the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences in class V of Elementary School 13 West Pontianak. This study uses a Quasi Experimental design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study was all fifth grade students of West Pontianak 13 Primary School. Sampling was using simple random sampling technique, namely V A. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the average results of the experimental class post-test of 68.6 and post-test of the control class of 61.59, obtained tcount of 2.187 and ttable is 2,002, because tcount > ttable, then Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the application of the Problem Based Learning model to the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences in class V of Elementary School 13 West Pontianak. Based on the results of the calculation of the effect size (d) = 0.572 which is classified as medium criteria. This, it can be said that the Problem Based Learning model has a moderate effect on the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences in class V of Elementary School 13 West Pontianak. AbstractTeaching Mandarin has three elements, there is teacher, students and teaching material. In the process of learning Mandarin the relationship between these three is very close. To support the teacher that being able to prepare the quality lessons, the selection of teaching materials is very important. The writer makes the book of Hanyu vol. 1, 2 and 3 as the main object of this research. The aim is to examine the arrangement of vocabulary and discourse from the book. In addition to comprehend the assessment of students and teacher in use of this book. From the result of this research, the writer found that the vocabulary selection from vol. 1, 2, and 3 are mostly from words group level one and two. This shows that the books “Hanyu” vol. 1, 2 , and 3 are suitable for the needs of beginner level students. From the viewpoint of students class 7, 8 and 9 that they was satisfied with the preparation book of Hanyu, but the difficulty of discourse that is not accompanied by hanyu pinyin still quite high. In other that, the teacher Mandarin who used this books measure that the preparation of words and the discourses do not meet the requirement of students need when learning process is ongoing. AbstractThis research aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the peer tutoring method for learning composition function material in SMAN 1 Sungai Ambawang. The research method used is descriptive method. The research subject was 24 students from class X MIPA 4 SMAN 1 Sungai Ambawang. The aspect used to determine the effectiveness of learning using the peer tutoring method was teacher’s ability in implementing learning, student learning activities and completeness of student learning outcomes. Data collection was obtained by direct observation and learning outcome test. From the results of the study it showed that the teacher’s ability (researcher) in implementing learning with the peer tutoring method was categorized good with an average of 3,45, student’s learning activities categorized active with a percentage of 75,23% and student’s outcome is not reached classical completeness with only 66,67% of student can achieve the minimum completeness criteria. The conclusion of this research is the applicaton of the peer tutoring method for learning composition function material in class X MIPA 4 SMAN 1 Sungai Ambawang is not effective. AbstractThe background of this research is that there are still many students who have not been able to match simple writing with symbols that represented it, students who have not been able to say simple writing with symbols that represented it and students who have not known various types of vowel letters and consonants . The form of this research is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted with a qualitative research approach. The subjects in this study were: 1) Children of Islamic Kindergarten Four Development Five groups B6 which numbered twenty one people; and 2) two kindergarten Islamic Kindergarten Teachers. Data collection techniques use observation techniques. Data collection tool: a) Child learning observation sheet; b) Instrument sheet for assessing the teacher's ability to plan learning; and c) The instrument sheet assesses the teacher's ability to carry out learning. Storytelling learning is carried out through three cycles and in each cycle occurs using different themes and sub-themes referring to the 2013 curriculum; The results of the implementation of storytelling learning can improve children's reading skills so that children can mention and connect simple writing with images that symbolize it and are able to recognize various kinds of consonants and vowels. AbstractThe purpose of this research was to determine the influence of principal leadership styles though achievement motivation teacher in private elementary school sub district South Pontianak; This research was using the research quantitative with descriptive with descriptive analysis. Subject of the research were teachers at private Elementary School Sub District South Pontianak by the number are 72 teachers. Measuring instrument used in data the principal Leadership style questionnaire, discipline teacher job questionnaire, and achievement motivation teacher questionnaire was Likert’s Scale. For testing the hypothesis in this thesis used to technique of correlation and analyzed by regression technique. The results from correlation analyzed and regression technique found that: (1) there was an influence from principal leadership style though achievement motivation teacher with value 54,4 % (2) there was an influence discipline teacher job though achievement motivation teacher with value 24,3 % (3) there was an influence from the principal leadership style and discipline teacher job though achievement motivation teacher with value 26,6%.
