Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research was about masculinity in the main character include form, that is all the nature, behavior, speech, and the mindset that shows the existence of masculinity, and the cause, that is everything that affects the emergence of masculinity on the main character. Theories used in this research are gender theory, form of masculinity, psychoanalysis, social learning, cognitive development, and gender scheme. The research method is descriptive with qualitative research form. The approach that used is sociology approach with the object of study in the form of social phenomena in literary works. The results of analysis about the form of masculinity include several things. Physical aspect, is no matter on appearance. Economic aspect, is the breadwinner and economic independence. Sexual aspect, is aggressive and single status is accepted. Psychology aspect, is rational and intellectual ability. Sociological aspect, is dominating, trusting, determining, admired by others, violence, and enjoying a free life. Personal aspect, is bold, quiet, discipline, independent, individualistic, showing no weakness, and being able to take risk. The causes of masculinity include family, peers, educational institutions (schools), and mass media. Keyword: character, gender, masculinity

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet atletik nomor lari, panahan, pencak silat, karate dan tinju pada PPLP Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet atletik nomor lari, panahan, pencak silat, karate dan tinju pada PPLP Kalimantan Barat berjumlah 28 atlet yang terdiri 17 atlet putra dan 11 atlet putri. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling yaitu semua anggota populasi mendapatkan kesempatan yang sama untuk menjadi sampel. Dengan demikian penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh atlet atletik nomor lari, panahan, pencak silat, karate dan tinju pada PPLP Kalimantan Barat yang berjumlah 28 atlet. Keseluruhan atlet atletik nomor lari, panahan, pencak silat, karate dan tinju PPLP Kalimantan Barat yang memiliki kemampuan VO2 Max dengan kategori Excellent adalah 1 orang dengan persentase 4%, Very good yaitu 11 orang dengan persentasi 39%, kategori Good berjumlah 4 orang  dengan persentasi 14%, kategori average berjumlah 6 orang dengan persentasi 22%, kategori fair berjumlah 2 orang dengan persentasi 7% dan pada poor yaitu berjumlah 4 orang dengan persentasi 14%. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Volume Oksigen Maksimal VO2 Max Abstract: The aim of the research was to find out the level of athlete physical fitness of the athletics of track running, archery, martial arts, karate and boxing at Education and Training Development Center Student Sports (PPLP) in West Borneo. The method of this research was descriptive in the form of survey. The population was all the athletes of track running, archery, martial arts, karate and boxing at Education and Training Development Center Student Sports (PPLP) in West Borneo in total 28 athletes that consist of 17 male athletes and 11 female athletes. The sampling method used Total Sampling technique where all members of the population have an equal chance to being included in the sample. Therefore, this study used all athletes of track running, archery, martial arts, karate and boxing at Education and Training Development Center Student Sports (PPLP) in West Borneo. The total athletes of track running, archery, martial arts, karate and boxing at Education and Training Development Center Student Sports (PPLP) in West Borneo that had the ability of VO2 Max in excellent category was 1 athlete with the percentage of 4%, 11 athletes or 39% included in very good category, 4 athletes with percentage of 14% included in good category, 6 average athletes with the percentage of 22%, 2 fair athletes with the percentage of 7% and the 4 poor athletes with the percentage of 14%. Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil pembelajaran ips peserta didik menggunakan model kooperatif tipe numbered heads together di kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 16 Mempawah Hilir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak III siklus dan terjadi peningkatan disetiap siklusnya. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah (a) Kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran mulai dari siklus I yaitu 3,31, siklus II 3,48, dan siklus III 3,78. (b) Kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran mulai dari siklus I yaitu 3,18, siklus II 3,44, dan siklus III 3,86. (c) Aktivitas belajar peserta didik mulai dari siklus I yaitu 60,00%, siklus II 78,18%, dan siklus III 95,45%. Hasil belajar peserta didik dari siklus I yaitu 67,64, siklus II 71,77, dan siklus III 81,45. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model kooperatif tipe numbered heads together dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 16 Mempawah Hilir. Kata Kunci: Aktivitas, Hasil Belajar, Model Kooperatif, Tipe Numbered Heads Together dan IPS Abstract: This research aims to desribe the improvement and learnig result of social science studies subject using model numbered heads cooperative together in third-grade students from Mempawah Hilir Elementary School 16. This research uses descriptive method with class action research. This research is done in three cycles dan there is improvement in every cycle. The results of this research are (a) Teacher?s ability in designing teaching plan from cycle I to III, respectively, are 3,31, 3,48, and 3, 78. (b) Teacher?s ability in executing  learning procces from cycle I to cycle III, respectively, are 3,18, 3, 44, and 3, 86. (c) Students?s learning activity from cycle I  to III, respectively, are 60,00%, 78,18%, and 95,45%. Students?s learning results from cycle I  to III, respectively, are 67,64, 71,77, and 81,45. These results show  that numbered heads together cooperative model can improve third-grade students?s learning results in Mempawah Hilir 16 Elementary School.   Keywords: Activities, Learning Results, Cooperative Model, Numbered Heads Together Type, and Social Science Studies

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan media audio visual yang terintegrasi model pembelajaran elaboratif dengan teknik teka-teki silang untuk perolehan belajar konsep sel. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pembelajaran biologi yang diterapkan secara konvensional di kelas XI Biologi SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Kakap, sehingga pebelajar jenuh dan tidak termotivasi serta kurang aktif dalam belajar. Masalah tersebut mengakibatkan penguasaan pebelajar terhadap materi biologi masih rendah. Penelitian menggunakan jenis pengembangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah pebelajar kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Sungai Kakap. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media audio visual yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pebelajar melampaui tingkat ketuntasan minimum dan tuntas 100%. Peneliti merekomendasikan agar guru dalam pembelajaran biologi menggunakan audio visual agar perolehan belajar mencapai ketuntasan.   Kata Kunci: Model Elaboratif, Teknik Teka-Teki Silang, Audio Visual, Sel Abstract: This research is motivated by the learning of biology applied conventionally in class XI Senior High School 1 Sungai Kakap, so the students are bored, unmotivated and less active in learning. The problem resulted the mastery of students in biology subject matter is still low. The purpose of this research is to produce audio-visual media integrated elaborative model with crossword puzzle technique for learning outcome of cells concept. The type or research used here is research and development with qualitative approach. The sources of data in this research were students of class XI Senior High School 1 Sungai Kakap. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the analyze of data, the results of this research indicate that the audio-visual media are developed can improve student learning outcomes beyond the minimum level of completeness and completed 100%. Researchers recommend for teachers to use of audio-visual media in learning of biology in order to achieve mastery of learning outcomes.   Keywords: Elaborative Model, Crossword Puzzle Technique, Audio-Visual, Cell

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan penalaran spasial matematis siswa dalam geometri di SMPN 1 Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Kubu Raya sebanyak 26 siswa. Kemampuan penalaran spasial matematis siswa pada tingkat kemampuan matematika atas sebanyak 4 siswa (15,38%) berada pada kategori cukup, sedang sebanyak 18 siswa (69,24%) berada pada kategori kurang dan bawah sebanyak 4 siswa (15,38) berada pada kategori kurang. Siswa pada tingkat kemampuan matematika atas, sedang, dan bawah masih belum dapat mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil dari membayangkan transformasi balok dan menghubungkan secara logis dan rasional unsur-unsur dari sebuah balok.   Kata Kunci : Kemampuan penalaran spasial matematis, Geometri   Abstract: This research aims to describe the student mathematical spatial reasoning ability in geometry at SMPN 1 Kubu Raya. Method of research is descriptive method with case study type. Subject in this research is students in VIII A were 26 students. The mathematical spatial reasoning ability at high mathematic ability level were 4 students (15.38%) at enough category, student at moderate mathematic ability level were 18 students (69.24%) at less category and student at low mathematic ability level were 4 students (15.38%) at less category. Students at high, moderate and low mathematic ability level didn’t to describing the process and result from reflected transformation a block and didn’t associating in logical and rational unsure of block.   Keywords: Mathematical spatial reasoning ability, Geometry

Abstract

  Abstract This research was aimed to found out the feasibility of submaterial media documentary film of biodiversity benefits for X grade senior high school. The method that was used in this research was a descriptive method purposive sampling. It was evaluated for its feasibility by material and media experts. The material experts was a lecturer of Biology Education Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Tanjungpura University, a biology teacher of one of senior high school in Pontianak, and a biology teacher on tenth grade senior high school in Landak regency. Then, the media experts was a lecturer of Biology Education Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Tanjungpura University and two ICT teachers of senior high school in Landak Regency. According to the assessment that was given by the validators, documentary film belongs to the valid category as a learning material with the average score of total validation was 3,68 and valid category as a learning media with the average score of total validation was 3,6 and suitable to be used as a learning media. According to the average score of total validation, documentary film suitable to be used as a learning media. Keywords: Biodiversity, Media, Documentary film

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effectivity of learning mathematics using Quantum Teaching approach in matter of Linear Equations Systems in Two Variables at Class VIII Junior High School 5 Pontianak. This method used the experimental method. The results showed 1) Students activities classified as high at 67.83%, 2) There is a difference with students learning completenes in classical as evidenced by the results of t-test analysis that shows mastery students > 75% at a significance level of 5%, and 3) There is a difference learning outcomes between the experimental class and control class as evidenced by the Mann-Whittney test obtain sig 0.001 < 0.05. So, learning mathematics by Quantum Teaching approach in the matter of Linear Equations Systems of Two Variables in class VIII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak is effective by aspects of the students by looking at the learning activity, learning completeness the of the students, and the differences in learning outcomes. Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by audio quality problem using music from video recordings in dance performances at campus of Dance and Music Education Program of FKIP University Tanjungpura. There are still many who use audio from live music video recordings for music in the dance show. This is the underlying interest of researchers to conduct research on the analysis of the recording process with digital methods in KM Studio Pontianak. This research uses descriptive research method with qualitative form using survey study with job survey type or job (Jobs Survey). This study was conducted in six stages based on the stages in the recording process and the analysis of the recording. The analysis of the recording shows the objectivity of the exposure of the frequency and its range in the stereo space and subjectivity based on the opinion of every resource who listened to the recording in this study.Keywords: Process, Recording, Music, Method, Digital

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to provide descriptions of the use of Survey method, Question, Read, Recite, SQ3R Review so as to improve the ability to read quickly. The benefits of this research are to improve the quality of Indonesian language learning as well as to develop the potential of students' ability as a whole. The research used descriptive method with class action research type. The result of the research shows that in preparing phase, reading and post reading, it can be seen that the percentage that happened at first cycle implementation of second and second meeting is obtained on average 64,30. Completed students are 12 people (60%) while the unfinished there are 8 people (40%). Implementation of cycle II first and second meeting obtained the average value of 84.70 students who complete is 16 people (80%) while the unfinished there are 4 people (20%). From the results of percentage in each cycle can be concluded that there is a significant increase in each cycle. Thus the research using SQ3R method on learning Indonesian language can improve the ability to read fast class V students of Primary School Negeri 07 North Pontianak. Keywords: Fast reading ability, SQ3R Method

Abstract

Abstract:The general problem in this research is "How is the implementation of role playing method in children aged 5-6 years Kindergarten Kemala Bhayangkari XIII Pontianak?." The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Technique of collecting data in this research is observation, interview, field note and documentation study. Based on the results of data analysis showed that the implementation of role playing methods in children aged 5-6 years in Kemala Bhayangkari XIII Pontianak kindergarten is in accordance with the theory.        Keywords: Play Child Role.
