AbstractThis study aims to analyze the use of the school library and study habits togetherin relation to the learning outcomes of grade V students of Elementary School 4Nyatang, Pinoh Utara District, Melawi Regency. This type of research isassociative research with quantitative descriptive methods and the form ofresearch is a correlation study. The population in this study amounted to 39students, the sampling technique was purposive sampling with 11 students. Datacollection techniques in research are indirect communication techniques anddocumentary study techniques. Data collection tools used were questionnaires andlearning outcomes documents. The results showed that the use of the school librarywas categorized as quite good at 81.82% and the study habits were categorized asquite good with 90.91%. Meanwhile, the student learning outcomes werecategorized as good at 45.45% and good enough for 54.55%. The results ofstatistical calculations using the product moment correlation formula forcalculating the use of the school library with learning outcomes obtained r countof 0.689. Meanwhile, for the calculation of students' learning habits and learningoutcomes, the r count was 0.705. For the calculation of multiple correlation, the rcount is 0.948 and the r table is0.602, then the significance test is carried out withthe F test, the result is=23, with 4.46.>or23>4.46. The purpose of this thesis was to examine the strategies of Fery Sape' in maintaining his existence as an artist. The method used was a descriptive method in the form of a qualitative approach. The data source for this research was the resource person Fery Sape' and the data were the strategies to maintain his existence, the inhibiting and supporting factors of his existence, the efforts to overcome the obstacles in maintaining his existence based on the results of theinterviews, and the observations with the resource person. The results of this study indicated that there are four strategies Fery Sape' uses in maintaining his existence namely promotion and existence through social and broadcasting media, production and sales of Sape' musical instruments, cooperation with the government, and performance at cultural events. In addition, there are three supporting factors namely collaboration with other musicians,supports from the government and art studios. There are two inhibiting factors which are the lack offunds to work and the impact of Covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, there are four efforts to overcome these obstacles namely fostering regeneration, involving the role of the government, being more active in creating and maintaining good relations between musicians and the community. Therefore, it can be concluded that the existence of Fery Sape' as an artist until now still persists in line with the strategies he implements.

AbstractThis research intended to know how big model implement influence kooperatif type student teams' achievement division on geography learning to a student studying brazes XI SMA Country 1 Anjongan. Quantitative observational form, population in observational, it was a student's class of the XI IPS 4 As class of the experiment and class XI IPS 3 as the class of total control of 63 person. Observational method used is an experiment method with a shaped observational quaisy experiment with a design nonequivalent control is design's group. Samples taking tech utilize probability is sampling. Dat were collected using essay test numbers. Base observational result to be gotten geography studying Result student on experiment with kooperatif's learning model STAD type gotten by average value is 79 whereas student studying results on control with conventional learning method gotten by average value is 70 and available perbedaaan what does positives and significant among subject studying results geography that taught by kooperatif's learning model STAD type with conventional learning, where does point experiment is compared with assesses control class at XI IPS SMA Country 1 Anjongan by usufructs count effect size 0. 90 in the tall category.Keywords: Influence, Learned Result, STAD

The aim of this research was aimed at obtaining information and clarity about theanalysis of teacher strategies in motivating students' learning in class XI of SMAN 5Pontianak. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive form.Sources of data in this study were teachers of history subjects, waka curriculum, studentsand data in the form of interviews. Research results showing that. (1) On the learningdevice the teacher has inserted learning motivation in the preliminary and core learningactivities. (2) The application of motivating students' learning is carried outspontaneously in line with the delivery of learning materials. As for what must beconsidered, namely the readiness of students to receive learning. When students areready to accept learning, the motivation given will be easily accepted. As well as thedelivery of learning objectives to be studied, will make it easier for students to know andunderstand learning. (3) The teacher's obstacle in motivating students' learning is foundin the students themselves, where there are students who have low interest in learning. (4)The solution to overcome the obstacles to students' learning motivation, the teacherprovides individual motivation to students with low motivation, and provides views andadvice.Keywords: Learning motivation, Learning strategy, Students

Abstract The aim of this research is to describe the analysis of thematic learning tools in grade IV of 14 North Pontianak Elementary Schools. The research this method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data source of this research is a teacher who teaches as a homeroom teacher for class IV of 14 North Pontianak Elementary School. The results showed that the learning tools compiled by the teacher were in the form of lesson plans, teaching materials and evaluation, some were appropriate and some were not in accordance with Permendikbud number 22 of 2016. The teaching materials chosen must be in accordance with the basic competencies contained in the lesson plans. Learning evaluation must be in accordance with the four Core Competencies (KI), namely (KI-1), (KI-2), (KI-3) and KI-4) which are expected to be achieved by students in each semester. The purpose of the study was to describe the participatory leadership of school principals in the management of educators and education personnel at SMPIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak. The form of case study research is a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection by interview, document and observation. Miles and Huberman's interactive data analysis model is by condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using the credibility test, namely the extension of the observation period, increasing persistence and triangulation.The main findings of the study (1) The decision-making process is carried out jointly through the mechanism of regular meetings, tiered in each section. (2) The Foundation holds the highest authority the leadership is collegial in nature. The principal distributes part of his power to educators and education staff as deputy principals in charge of curriculum, student affairs, infrastructure and treasurer and administration. (3). The principal empowers educators and education staff by providing additional tasks beyond the main task (4) The principal controls educators and education staff with Islamic personal development programs, academic supervision, monthly evaluation meetings and approaches.

AbstactThis research aimed to find the area distribution and the impacts of forest landto oil palmplantations conversion towards the social and economy conditions of people inDesaSepukLaut from 2012 to 2021. The form of research used was qualitative researchwith case study method. The techniques of data collection included remote sensingtechnique (special methods and characteristics of geography) and triangulationtechnique. The tools of data collection were observation guidelines (field accuracy test),interview guidelines, and public documents. The data were analysed using SIG analysis(Overlay) and Miles and Huberman’s analysis model. The findings showed that (1) thearea distribution of land conversion in DesaSepaukLautin the period 2012 to 2021 was3,902 Ha, and the most dominant change of land conversionwas the conversion of forestland to oil palm plantations in SepukLaut Village reaching to 2035 Ha. In percentage, thetotal area of forest which was converted to oil palm plantations was 52.15%; (2) Thisphenomenon had impacted the education, the kinds of economic activities, and theincome of people within the area.Keywords: Impacts of land conversion, palm oil, social and economy

Abstract This research aims to determine whether there are differences in average learning outcomes in classes using Google Earth media with classes that use Power Point media at Senior High School 10 Pontianak. Participants in this study were class XI IPS 3 and class XI IPS 2. The method in this research was the experimental method. The form of research was quasi experimental design, namely nonequevalent control group design. Based on research calculations, there is an increase in average learning outcomes in classes using Google Earth media and classes using Power Point media. The average learning outcomes of classes using Google Earth media amounted to 85.63 and on classes using Power Point media amounted to 80.00. Based on the calculation of separated variance formula, it is known that tcount is 2.57 while ttable is 1.65, it was concluded that there are differences in learning outcomes in classes using Google Earth media and classes using Power Point media in class XI of Senior High School 10 Pontianak. Based on the Effect Size calculation, the value of 0.65 means that Google Earth media has a moderate effect on learning outcomes in class XI of Senior High School 10 Pontianak. AbstractThis study aims to describe the register of loading and unloading workers working in the Warehouse Complex of Borneo Business Icon, Sungai Ambawang Subdistrict, Kubu Raya Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive method with qualitative research form. The data source in this study is a Pontinak Malay-speaking laborer who works as a loading and unloading worker at the Borneo Business Icon warehousing complex. The data collection techniques used in this study are free-to-read techniques, and record techniques. The tools used in this study were the researchers themselves, mobile phones and note-taking tools. Based on the results of the data analysis, the register contained in the event said loading and unloading workers who worked in the warehouse complex Borneo Business Icon. First there are twenty forms of registers that include twelve closed registers and eight open registers. Secondly there are eight registers that undergo a change in meaning that includes six registers that experience changes in meaning due to associations and two registers that experience changes in meaning due to the environment. The implementation plan of learning in this study is combined with The Indonesian language learning grade VII (SMP) with KD 3.2.1. the structure and rules of the description text. KD 3.2.2. Study the language rules of the description text. KD 4.2.1. Present data, ideas, impressions in the form of description text. KD 4.2.2. This article discusses the role of peers in enhancing students' learning motivation at the high school level. This research employs a Literature Review method to analyze the factors influencing students' learning motivation and how peers can affect that motivation. The findings indicate that peers can serve as a source of motivation and encouragement for students, as well as influence their academic performance. Peers not only function as motivators but also play a role in shaping students' attitudes and learning behaviors. The social support provided by peers can enhance students' self-confidence, belief in their abilities, and courage in facing academic challenges. Conversely, negative relationships with peers can divert students' focus from educational goals. This article also discusses the factors influencing peer behavior and interaction, as well as how the characteristics of peer groups can affect the dynamics of interaction and their influence on individuals. This research provides insights into how educational strategies can leverage the role of peers to support students' motivation and academic achievement.
