Abstract

This research is entitled Supporting and Inhibiting Factors for the Development of Lake Laet Tourism Objects in Subah Village, Tayan Hilir District, Sanggau Regency. Lake Laet is a rain-fed lake that has a large expanse of water and has small islands in the middle. This research aims to analyse the factors that support and hinder the development of Lake Laet tourist attraction, where Lake Laet has become a priority area for tourism development in accordance with Sanggau Regency Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2021. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The data source in this research is the facilities and infrastructure available at Lake Laet tourist attraction and the data are the results of field observations and the results of interviews with tourists, tourist attraction managers and the Sanggau Regency tourism office. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that the factors that support the development of Lake Laet tourism include Attractiveness, Facilities, Accessibility and Government Support. The factors that hinder the development of Lake Laet tourism include lack of promotion, simple tourist attraction development programmes, poor entrance roads, lack of professional labour and limited internet networks. Based on the above conclusions, the suggestions given are the need for cooperation between the government in this case the Sanggau Regency tourism office and the private sector on an ongoing basis, evaluating existing development in order to carry out integrated and sustainable facility development

Abstract

Abstract This research was qualitative research that presents the result of critical discourse analysis of DKI Jakarta Gubernatorial Election Final Debate on 2017. This research applied Norman Fairclough’s critical discourse analysis as the major theory. The results are as follows. (1) The language form that represented ideology and power in DKI Jakarta governor candidates’ speeches are classification schemes, dominant words, metaphor, transitivity, active-passive sentences, and positive-negative sentences. Relation and power expressed in euphemism, formality and informality words, modality, and pronouns. Negative-positive evaluations and expressive modality used to represented social identity. Domination, power, and ideology expressed in interruption, enforcing explicitness, and formulation. (2) Interpretation process in DKI Jakarta governor candidates’ speeches contextually shown the events of what happened, who was involved, what relationship that the participants have, and the role of language. Discourse, texts, or events that occurred before the final debate and influenced the DKI Jakarta governor candidates’ speeches represented in interpretation of intertextual context. (3) Explanation process in DKI Jakarta Gubernatorial Election Final Debate explained the change of situation, institution, and social during the debate and after the debate. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the thematic learning tools 2013 curriculum theme 1sub-theme 1 class VI semester 1 State Elementary School 15South Pontianak whichrefers to the regulation of the minister of education andculture in circular letternumber 14 of 2019 regarding simplificationlesson plan. The research method usedisdescriptive method with a qualitative approach. The things that are describedarecompleteness of the learning implementation plan (RPP) and alignment ofteaching materialswith the 2013 curriculum thematic learning implementation plantheme 1sub-theme 1 grade VI Elementary School 15 South Pontianak. Datasourcein this study obtained from the sixth grade teacher of State ElementarySchool 15South Pontianak. The data from this research is in the form of animplementation plan documentthematic learning, teaching materials and theresults of interviews and questionnaires. Abstract

Customary marriage is a traditional wedding ceremony that has been carried out for generations in Samalantan Village Binua Gajekng Bengkayang Regency. The problem in the research is how the inventory of terminology in traditional marriage, lexical meaning, cultural meaning, and semantic function. This study aims to describe the terminology in the traditional marriage process of the Dayak Badameay. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with qualitative research form. The data source in this research is Badamea Dayak language. The data in this study are the form of terminology of the traditional marriage process. The data collection technique used open chitchat technique, recording technique, and note-taking technique. The results of the analysis carried out based on the problems in the study which include pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation terminology. This research describes the form of inventory of terminology, lexical meaning, cultural meaning, and semantic function.   Based on data analysis, there are 54 data of terminology in the traditional marriage process of Dayak Badamea Binua Gajekng Bengkayang Regency. The lexical meaning amounted to 53 data, the cultural meaning amounted to 21 data, and the semantic function amounted to 54 data.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe and analyze the application of a combination of GoogleClassroom and Google Meet learning media in increasing student motivation inentrepreneurship subjects for class XI RPL at SMK Koperasi Pontianak. This research usesclassroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were students of class XI RPL atSMK Koperasi Pontianak in the odd semester of the 2019-2020 school year, totaling 34students. The data involved in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. The researchinstruments used by the researcher are: Learning Implementation Observation Sheet, StudentLearning Motivation Questionnaire, Written Test and Documentation. The data analysistechnique used is data presentation. Triangulation, and drawing conclusions. This classroomaction research is planned in several cycles, with planning procedures. Implementation ofaction, observation and reflection. The student learning outcomes starting from before theaction was carried out until the third cycle also increased. The percentage of student learningoutcomes in the pre-cycle (63.53%) increased in the first cycle (65.57%), increased again inthe second cycle (71.5%) and increased again in the third cycle (77.64%). Based on thedescription above, it can be concluded that the application of a combination of GoogleClassroom and Google Meet learning media can increase student learning motivation inentrepreneurship subjects in class XI RPL at SMK Koperasi Pontianak.Keywords: Motivation to Learn, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Learning Media, Covid-19

Abstract

The objective of this research determine the utilization of waste from palm oil processing at PT. Fajar Saudara Kusuma in Sebawi Village,Sebawi Sub-District, Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. The research method used in this study is the traditional case styudy method. The data collection technique in this study used a triangulation technique, which is a combination of observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data collect with laptop and observation sheets, cameras and interview guidelines. Data analysis wear the Miles and Huberman design which be composed of data reduction, data presentment, and inference drawing. The out put showed that (1) the utilization of the waste used was in the form of solid waste and liquid waste, the solid waste used were shells, empty leaves and fibers, while the liquid waste itself was liquid waste originating from palm oil processing. (2) the form of utilization of palm oil fibers and shells is used as fuel for steam boilers as a resource of electrical force for the palm oil processing process at PT. Fajar Saudara Kusuma, while the empty leaves used as soil fertilizer and processed to form ash. Liquid waste is used as soil fertilizer for oil palm plantations in the company's plantations.

Abstract

Abstract This article is titled "Analysis of the Role of Community Leaders in Maintaining Harmonization of People's Lives in Batu Mas Village, Nanga Tayap District, Ketapang Regency". A common problem in this study is "How is the role of community leaders in maintaining the harmonization of people's lives in Batu Mas Village, Nanga Tayap District, Ketapang Regency?". The general purpose in this study is "To find out how the role of community leaders in maintaining the harmonization of people's lives in Batu Mas Village, Nanga Tayap Subdistrict, Ketapang Regency". The approach used in this study is qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interview guides, and documentation. The informants in this study are community leaders such as village heads, religious leaders, indigenous leaders, and educators in Batu Mas Village, Nanga Tayap Subdistrict, Ketapang Regency. The results of this study show that there is a role as a mobilizer, as a motivator and as an example of each community leader in an effort to maintain the harmonization of people's lives in Batu Mas Village.Keywords: Role of Community Leaders, Harmonization of Life, Society

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers as mentors, motivators and facilitators in training children's independence at the age of 5-6 years at Kindergarten Bruder Melati Pontianak. The form of research used is qualitative research, data obtained from two sources, namely human data sources (3 teachers) and documentation data sources. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach and the type of research is case study. The results of the study show that (1) Teachers can fulfill their role as mentors by communicating learning, building good relationships with students and participating in games. (2) Providing mental stimulation by encouraging, appreciating and giving praise to students is the role of the teacher as a motivator in learning. The teacher makes daily lesson plans, carries out activities, conducts assessments and evaluations of the process and student achievement shows variable indicators, provides facilities for train children's independence in the role of the teacher as a facilitator.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the marketing strategy to increase income of the TariuClothing Brand in Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive research with aqualitative research form. The data source of this research uses financial data from2019 to 2020 and 3 respondents who are taken include the Owner, Marketing Staffand Financial Staff of the Tariu Clothing Brand. The results of this study indicate thatthe analysis of marketing strategies on increasing income of the Tariu Clothing Brandrefers to the online sales media, there is an increase in income in January - June 2020amounting to Rp. 171. 077,000, while in offline sales the increase occurred in January- June 2019 amounting to Rp. 204,800,000.Keywords : marketing strategy and increasing revenue

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of disciplinary, creative andresponsibility characters through PAIKEM in class III SDN 58 TOLONGLandak. The formulation of the problem described in this study is how theteacher's planning for learning with PAIKEM, teacher implementation ofPAIKEM learning, the results of the integration of students' discipline,creative and responsibility characters after studying with PAIKEM,obstacles encountered in the implementation of PAIKEM and efforts toovercome obstacles and results learn students through PAIKEM. Thisresearch is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjectsin this study were principal, teacher, and students. Data collection wascarried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Dataanalysis was carried out in stages: data reduction, data display, anddrawing conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the data usedtriangulation. The results showed that the character of discipline, creativity,and responsibility through integrated PAIKEM at the planning,implementation, and evaluation stages of learning had been carried out bythe teacher. The implementation of learning by applying the character ofdiscipline, creativity and responsibility is carried out by the teacher byapplying PAIKEM which is carried out through the example of the teacherand habituation activities carried out every day, so that it can build thecharacter of students towards a better direction, with continuous guidanceand motivation from the teacher.Keywords: Discipline, Creative, Responsibility, PAIKEM
