Abstract This study aims to describe the improvement of mathematics learning results through the application of google meet assisted drill method in grade IV E SD 34 South Pontianak. Research method used is action research with a form of class action research. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis conducted in the form of average calculation data analysis and qualitative data analysis in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Data collection instruments in the form of observation sheets, interview sheets and documentation. The results of the study are as follows; The teacher planning phase makes learning tools include RPP, LKPD and learning media that support the implementation of drills; Teachers carry out learning by applying drill methods in two cycles that contain exercises to students; The learning outcomes of the first cycle students 93.54% of students got a score above completion, while in cycle II 96.77% of students got a score above completion; The student's response to the implementation of the drill carried out by the teacher is that the student feels interested because by repeating the exercise the student feels more quickly understood. During the Covid-19 pandemic in Class VII SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak, the purpose of this study is to describe the role parents played in allowing their children to study at home. This study employs a quantitative descriptive approach. Data was gathered using methods other than tests, like questionnaires. There were 210 people in the study's population, and up to 63 people were sampled. The showed that during the COVID-19 pandemic Class VII SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak, parents played a "good" role in helping their children study at home. In the category of "enough," parents played a role in providing learning resources at home for 59,87 percent of children. The job of guardians in giving inspiration to learn at home 67,33% is in the "upside" classification. The percentage of parents who supervise their children while they are studying at home reaches 67,14 percent, which includes the percentage of parents who help students overcome learning obstacles and is rated "good." Based on this description, it is possible to draw the conclusion that parents' participation in helping their children study at home during the Covid-19 pandemic at Class VII SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak is typically rated as "good." This indicates that parents of Class VII SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak students participate in helping their children study at home in a satisfactory manner. BK teachers should be expected to be able to visit students with learning difficulties at home, according to suggestions. in addition to actively contacting the parents of seventh-grade students to support their children's learning.

Abstract This study aimed to determine whether there are differences in student learning outcomes in the class applying expository learning models and classes that apply crossword puzzle learning models in geography learning for class XI IPS students of SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Raya. The research method used is quantitative experiments. The source of research data was primary data from the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS of SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Raya on geography learning. The results showed that the average student learning outcomes in the experimental class was 85 and the average student learning outcomes in the control class were 75. The next hypothesis test with the t-test polled variance obtained t count greater than t table that is 8> 1.99 with effect size of 1.4. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes in classes that apply expository learning models and classes that apply crossword puzzle learning models in geography learning in class XI IPS students of SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Raya. This article is entitled The Library Materials Processing System at Public Elementary School 34 Pontianak Kota. Every process of processing library materials should be in accordance with the procedures already given, and in the library studied it does not perform any of the procedures for processing library materials. The method used is a qualitative method of describing fact information in the field. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation of documentation techniques. The number of informants as a source of data in this study were two informants who served in the processing department. The resultsof this study show that the SDN 34 Library Materials Processing System of Pontianak City through inventory activities, book classification, book data input (Bibliographic data input), Lebeling, book completeness. The book's completeness consists of a book card and a bookcase, followed by a shelf. However, the Library of Elementary School 34 of Pontianak Kota did not perform the spelling. Processing in this library is still manual and electronic. The challenge faced was the lack of human resources in managing Library materials, so the processing of materials was slow

AbstrackThis research aimed to know about the intrinsic structure of folklore, the physical structure of the spells, and the structure of the expression of the prohibition of people's beliefs. The method used in this research was descriptive method. The data source in this study was the people's prose stories, spells, and expressions of the prohibition of people's beliefs in the antar ajong tradition which are told from informants from Desa Tanah Hitam. Data collection techniques used were document study and interviews. The conclusion that folklore has a character that can’t be separated from the King, the plot used is the forward plot, the setting is a place, time, and social setting. The diction contained in the spell consisted of 28 lines. There are 16 lines of auditive images, 5 lines of visual images, and 2 lines of tactile images. The concrete word contained in the spell consisted of 6 lines, while there are 4 lines of metaphorical figure of speech and 1 personification of figure of speech. The expression of the prohibition of popular belief consists of 3 two-part structures and 2 three-part structures. Keywords: antar ajong, folklore, structure, tradition.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work discipline on the work productivity of elementary school teachers in Suhaid District, Kapuas Hulu Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the type of correlation research. The subjects of the research are elementary school teachers who are civil servants/non civil servants with a minimum working period of two years. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection technique with data analysis using the IBM SPSS Statisticts 26. From the results of the research, the conclusions are: (1) career development has a strong and positive effect on teacher work productivity; (2) work discipline has a strong and positive effect on the work productivity of elementary school teachers; (3) career development and work discipline simultaneously have a strong and positive effect on the work productivity of elementary school teachers; (4) career development has an influence on the work productivity of elementary school teachers by 34.4%; (5) work discipline has an influence on the work productivity of elementary school teachers by 25.2%; (6) career development and work discipline simultaneously have an effect on the work productivity of elementary school teachers by 38.7%.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the characteristics of students who experience isolation, the factors that cause students to be isolated, the impact that occurs on isolated students and the efforts that have been made by Guidance and Counseling teachers for isolated students in the study group of SMP Negeri 8 Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method, qualitative approach, collecting technique used is interview, documentation, sociometry and the research form is survey research. The subjects in this study were five students and their close friends and one Guidance and Counseling teacher. From the results of data analysis that has been carried out, the characteristics of isolated students are the lack of maturity in emotional control, selfconfidence and wisdom. The internal factors of isolated students are unable to adjust, quiet, closed. External factors are ignored from the group. The assistance provided by the Guidance and Counseling teacher in dealing with this isolated case is the provision of classical services, individual counseling, group guidance and group counseling.Keywords: Characteristics, Factors, Isolated Impact, Students

AbstractThis study aims to describe what factors can affect the low learning outcomes of students who viewed from external and internal factors in class XII IIS 2 SMAN 02 Pontianak. This research is descriptive research. This research is located at SMAN 02 Pontianak, Jalan R.E Martadinata Pontianak in class XII IIS academic year 2017/2018. Data pengumpula using the method of konsioner and interview. Data analysis using Data Reduction technique, display data, cloncusion and drawing / veriviction. The results showed as follows. (1) Internal factors that affect the low of student learning outcomes in class XII IIS 2 SMAN 02 Pontianak (rest period: 65,79%; intelegence: 86,84%; attitude: 81,58%; talent: 81,58%; : 84.21%, motivation: 84.21%). (2) External factors affecting low student learning outcomes in class XII IIS 2 SMAN 02 Pontianak (community environment: 31.58%; family environment: 34.21%; school facilities: 100%; residential facility: 26.32 %; stationery: 52.63%, convenience at school: 100%).Keywords: Low Learning Outcomes, Internal Factors, External Factors

This research is motivated by the low use of learning media that can increase students' interest in learning in PPKn learning, because it is felt that PPKn subjects are less attractive to students. Therefore, learning media is needed that supports especially digital-based media that uses technological sophistication in PPKn learning the meaning of Pancasila for grade IV elementary school. In addition, due to the lack of interest of students in learning Civics subjects. The purpose of this study is to determine the design of application-based google sites media on the meaning of Pancasila and to determine the feasibility of the media from the validation results of material experts and media experts. The method used is D&D with ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) procedures. This research produces a product in the form of google sites media based on the application of Pancasila meaning material for PPKn learning in fourth grade elementary school. The media feasibility test was obtained through validation by experts, namely material experts and media experts using a validation questionnaire so as to obtain a "Very Eligible" value category.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the improvement of social skills through the traditional game of spanking for children aged 5-6 years at the Santa Gemma Sekadau Kindergarten. The reason or the importance of researchers conducting research on improving social skills through traditional jumping spans is to find out how children's social skills increase when the learning method is applied through traditional games of spanning jumps at Santa Gemma Sekadau Kindergarten. The method used is descriptive method with the type of research used is classroom action research. The source of the data for this research was the 8 students of the B4 Kindergarten Santa Gemma Sekadau group. The collaborators in this study were the class B4 teacher, which consisted of 1 person. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques and document studies. The instrument of data collection was through observation sheets, and documentation. The results of the study show (1) Lesson planning is shown when the teacher can prepare lesson plans well. (2) The implementation of learning is shown when the teacher can carry out learning well in accordance with the plans that have been made. (3) The improvement of children's social skills is shown when children want to communicate and socialize, share, cooperate, and participate when playing with their friends.Keywords: Social Skills, Traditional Game of Jump Jengkal
