Abstract

This study aims to analyze errors in writing fiction essays for fifth grade students at 38 Sungai Ambawang Elementary School. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The participants of this study acted as data sources, namely the 11 students of class V Elementary School 38 Sungai Ambawang. The research instrument is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques and reading & note- taking techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there were 299 writing errors from 11 students' essays. Writing errors are divided into 25 errors of word choice (diction), or 8.36%, 244 errors or 81.60% of word writing (spelling) errors, and 30 errors of writing effective sentences or 10.30%.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is the ability of vertical jumps in volleyball players at Maniamas Ngabang High School, who follow volleyball extracurricular activities are still categorized as less and the circuit training method has not been implemented yet. The purpose of this research is "is there any influence of the circuit training method on the ability of vertcal jump on volleyball extracurricular activities at Maniamas Ngabang High School. The purpose of this research is to improve the ability of vertical jumps. The population in this study were students who participated in extracurricular activities at Maniamas Ngabang High School, totaling 24 people. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sampling technique that is a sampling technique if all populations are used as samples. The form of research used in this study is the Pre Experimental Design with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Desingn model, the research design that is given a pretest before being given treatment, so the treatment results can be known more accurately. Based on the chi square test for pretest = 4.5154 and posttest = 0.6810 smaller than the chi squared table (5.991), then the statistical distribution of 24 athletes can be stated normal, the calculated F value is smaller than F table 1.24 < 2,022 for F table of 5% thus it can be concluded that the data variants to be analyzed are homogeneous. T test calculations obtained the value of t count = 20.51> t table = 1.17 and the results of the study were vertical jump exercises using the Circuit Training Method proved to have an effect on the jump height of students who took Volleyball Extracurricular at Maniamas Ngabang High School.Keywords: Circuit Training, Leg Muscle Power

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Vogue vlogs used as media in teaching and learning English speaking skills. There were 36 students of grade XI Science occupied in one class, participated in this study as sample. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 16, Bekasi Barat, West Java, in even semester of academic year 2023/2024. This study was mixed-methods research with explanatory sequential research design. The tools used to collect the data were tests and interview. The data were firstly analyzed quantitatively followed by qualitative data analysis. Quantitative data were analyzed by using paired sample t-test, while qualitative data were analyzed by using thematic analysis. Quantitative data analysis showed that students"™ speaking proficiency improved up to 19.58 points after they studied by using Vogue vlogs. Besides, the significance value (2 tailed) of 0.000 was lower than 𝛼 = 0.005, in the significance level of 5%. Meanwhile, qualitative analysis revealed that the students were getting more motivated and encouraged to practice their speaking through Vogue vlogs. These findings confirmed that Vogue vlogs were said to be effective to uphold students"™ speaking skills. This research, hence, rejected H0 and accepted Ha.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe teacher professionalism, teacher training, and teacher workexperience at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Pemangkat. It also aims to determine the effect oftraining and work experience on the teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri KecamatanPemangkat. The form of this research is quantitative research with correlationaltechniques. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between theindependent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables in this studywere training (X1) and work experience (X2), while the dependent variable was teacherprofessionalism (Y). The population in this study were teachers at SMP NegeriKecamatan Pemangkat. The number of samples in this study were 69 teachers. Datacollection instruments used were questionnaire. The results of data processing showedthat the teachers professionalism in SMP Negeri Kecamatan Pemangkat is low, teachertraining in SMP Negeri Kecamatan Pemangkat is low, and the work experience in SMPNegeri Kecamatan Pemangkat is very low. It also showed that training and workexperience simultaneously have an effect of 26.10% on the teachers professionalism atSMP Negeri Kecamatan Pemangkat. This means that teacher training and workexperience simultaneously have a positive effect on increasing teacher professionalism.Keywords: Theacher Professionalism, Teacher Training, Teacher Work Experience

Abstract

National songs play a crucial role in shaping Indonesia's national identity. At SMP Negeri 10 Pontianak, a noticeable number of students showed limited mastery of these songs. This school, established since 1979 and led by Ibu Rozani Nofelinda, S.Pd, M.Pd, functions with various curricula for different grades. The study utilized qualitative methods, such as observations and interviews. The findings highlighted that many students lacked adequate mastery of national songs. Factors impacting their proficiency include personal interest, motivation, teaching techniques, and external environment. The institution's vision emphasizes excellence, discipline, environmental mindfulness, faith, and devotion. Despite the national songs' curriculum not being mandatory, it was introduced to bolster students' nationalism, especially considering the decline in this practice during the two-year remote learning due to the pandemic. The results underscore that only a portion of the students excels in these national songs, indicating a pressing need for improved methods to foster and sustain national pride through mastery of these songs.

Abstract

AbstractThe research aims to improve student learning outcomes, carried out using the Peer Tutor method in a qualitative descriptive type of classroom action research in stages. Pre cycle, cycle I and cycle II, 4 meetings. The results of the pre-cycle, 35% of the total 31 students, 11 people completed the KKM (75). 3.76. Then the second cycle of meeting 3 related to RPP 3.71, and implementation 3.88. Then the fourth meeting related to RPP 3.92, and implementation of 4.00. Improvement of learning outcomes from pre-cycle to cycle 1 and cycle 2, from planning and implementation of learning cycle I to cycle II, there was a change. It turns out that thematic learning research using peer tutoring methods is proven to improve elearning outcomes and students. Student Worksheet Data in the first cycle of 31 students 61% who completed, then in the second cycle 31 students scored above the number 75, meaning 100% reached the KKM target. From the data, it is proven that the use of peer tutoring methods on the theme 8 Neighborhoods of Our Friends, sub-theme 1 Humans and the Environment, can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at the State Elementary School 07 Delta Pawan.Keywords: Peer Tutor Method, Thematic Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The research aims to describe the analysis of teachers' efforts in dealing with children with learning difficulties at Pembina Pontianak Barat Kindergarten. Descriptive qualitative research methodology is used. The group B class teacher at Pembina Pontianak Barat Kindergarten is the focus of this study. Interviews, observations, and documentation were the methods used for this study's data gathering. Data analysis was done, including gathering data, reducing it, presenting it, and generating conclusions. Triangulation is a method for validating data. The findings of this study are: 1. Teacher's efforts to communicate in conveying things related write reading the beginning of using examples of sentences and vocabulary that is easy for children to imitate and understand. 2. Efforts in refraction are made by teacher"™s by repeating the learning material of writing and reading the beginning so that childrend recall the vocabulary that have been taught. 3. The teacher's efforts in telling stories to stimulate children active in speech to reveal words in order to use easyly understand by children. The conclusion from this research awe that was prepared by the teacher in the analysis of the teacher's efforts in dealing with children has difficulty learning. The suggestions: the teacher delivers learning materials using mild language and is easy to understand by children, providing examples of easy to be imitate and apply by the child, and when telling stories, are expected to use styles or gestures and variaty of face expressions.

Abstract

AbstrakVolleyball game factors to achieve maximum performance is not only required physical ability, technique and tacrics but not lose importance role psichic or anxiety. Anxiety synonymous with negative feelings. Everyone has different levels of anxienty depending on the cause, this difference depends on each athlete in handling anxiety experienced. This research aims to determine how high the level of anxiety volleyball athletes before competing. This research design uses a descriptive method, with survey research.The sample in this research using technique sampling jenuh with total 87 people. The data collection technique used questionnaire the Sprot Anxiety Scate 2 (SAS). The data analysis technique used in this research is a desciptive analysis with percentage. The results showe that the level of anxiety volleyball athletes before competing, somatic factor 40%, while the concentration factor 25%, and the worry factor 35%Keywords: Anxiety, volleyball.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing and multimedia strategiesused to increase sales turnover of Asus brand products at the MenaraComputer Pontianak store. The research method used is descriptivewith a case study research form. The data sources for this study were10 shop owners, shop employees and customers of the MenaraComputer Pontianak store who had bought Asus brand products. Theresults of the study show that the marketing strategy used is 9P,namely product, price, promotions, place, process, people, physicalevidence, payment and packaging. Various kinds of multimedia thathave been used, namely print media such as magazines andbrochures, electronic media such as television, outdoor media such asbillboards, banners, posters and neon boxes, bottom line media suchas exhibitions and digital media such as websites, sms, marketplace,shopee and tokopedia as well as social media whatsapp, instagram,youtube and facebook. Based on the results of the study, the salesturnover of Asus brand products in 2019 and 2022 has increased anddecreased or fluctuated every month.

Abstract

AbstractAmong the goals of national education is to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty and have noble character. Talking about believing and being obedient to God Almighty and having a noble character, it is very relevant to relate this to religion. This is because every religion requires its adherents to become human beings who are righteous and have noble character in their own ways. Therefore, religious education should be combined with learning activities, especially mathematics learning. There is a close relationship between the religious sciences of mathematics. This study aims to describe the mathematical concepts contained in the fiqh thaharah from Imam Shafi'i school. This research is included in qualitative research. The form of this research is literature study research. The data source in this study is the book Safinatun Najah written by Syekh Salim bin Samir Al-Hadhrami. The data analysis in this study used Miles and Huberman's model and combined it with a scientific approach. The results of this study were found several mathematical concepts contained in the fiqh thaharah from Imam Shafi'i school, namely set, logic, inequality, conversion, geometrid and natural numbers.Keywords: exploration, mathematic concept, Imam Shafi'i school
