AbstrakThis study aims to describe the teacher's strategy during online learning in improving the speaking skills of children aged 4-5 years at Global Maju Khatulistiwa Kindergarten, Pontianak. The method used is a case study method with a qualitative research form. The subjects in the study were class teachers of group A1 at Global Maju Khatulistiwa Kindergarten, Pontianak. Data collection techniques used in this study were in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that: 1. The initial activities during online learning in improving the speaking skills of children aged 4-5 years were praying, greeting, singing and rhyming. 2. The core activity during online learning in improving the speaking skills of children aged 4-5 years, namely the teacher invites children to mention, imitate sounds, sing. 3. Closing activities during online learning in improving the speaking skills of children aged 4-5 years, namely the teacher asks again today's activities, informs tomorrow's activities, sings and prays before going home. Thus, the teacher's strategy during online learning in improving children's speaking skills after 4- 5 years at Global Maju Khatulistiwa Kindergarten, Pontianak has been implemented well.Keywords: Eacher Strategies During Online Learning, Speaking Skills, 4-5 Years Old Children

This study aims to provide a comprehensive description and analysis of the Hadrah dance movement in Sanggar Jaya Raya, Ranai, Natuna Regency, Riau archipelago using textual information, photos, and videos. The issue arises from the manner in which the movements and components of the Hadrah dance are executed in Sanggar Jaya Raya in Ranai. This study employs the descriptive qualitative method, in addition to utilizing semiotic and ethnochoreological methodologies. The methods employed for data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. Extended observation and triangulation are methods used to evaluate the accuracy of data. According to the data analysis, it can be inferred that the Hadrah dance style in Sanggar Jaya serves as a hospitable dance for esteemed guests or as an introductory dance during an event. Sanggar Jaya Raya offers a Hadrah dance variation that comprises an initial greeting movement, followed by a sequence of "bunga silet ukel" movements leading to "bercocok tanam" movements, and concludes with a closing greeting movement. This dance showcases an equal number of female and male dancers, with both even and odd numbers. The floor features a horizontal pattern. The researcher anticipates that the results of this study will be highly beneficial to readers, offering profound insights into the analysis of the Hadrah dance movement, and serving as a reliable and precise reference.

ABSTRAKThis study aims to determine the state of misconceptions on global warmingexperienced by students at SMA Negeri 1 Serawai and see whether there aredifferences in the proportion of misconceptions between male and femalestudents. The research method used is descriptive in the form of quantitativeresearch. The subjects of this study were students of class XI science for the2018/2019 academic year and the data was student answer sheets for thediagnostic test (AREPDiT). The results showed that 22 out of 29 people (75.86%)students had misconceptions about global warming. When viewed by gender, thenumber of male students who experienced misconceptions was 14 out of a total of16 people (87.50%), while the number of female students who experiencedmisconceptions was 8 out of a total of 13 people (53.84%). Thus, it can be saidthat male students experience greater misconceptions than female students.Keywords: Description, Global Warming, Misconception, Students

This research and development aims to develop supplementary teaching materials in the form of booklets that are suitable for use by junior high school students in grade VIII. the method used embraces research and development by borg and gall which includes 7 stages out of 10 stages. conducted the feasibility test, content validity test and student response test. the results obtained in the feasibility test include aspects of the display 84.74%, aspects of the presentation of material 78.46% and aspects of the benefits 81.46%. the results of the validity test aspects of the feasibility of the contents, the feasibility of presentation, the assessment of language and the feasibility of graphic conclusions booklet supplement teaching materials are appropriate to use. and got 81.76% of student responses.

AbstractThe first education that children receive in their lives comes from their family, particularly their parents, and might take the shape of parenting, attitudes, or conduct demonstrated by parents toward their children in daily life. The researcher is looking into the Parenting Pattern for Class XI Students at Taman Mulia Sungai Raya Private High School in this case. The purpose of this study is to examine the parenting patterns of Taman Mulia Sungai Raya Private High School's class IX students. The research method is descriptive and quantitative, with a survey as the research form. This survey included 56 pupils from Taman Mulia Sungai Raya Private High School. Indirect communication approaches and data collection instruments including questionnaires were employed to obtain data. The % formula is used in the data analysis technique. According to the findings of this study, the overall Parenting Pattern achieves a percentage of 81 percent, placing it in the "High" category, parental control reaches a percentage of 85 percent, and parental behavior demands reach a percentage of 78 percent in the "High" category, In the "High" category, communication between parents and children received 79 percent of the vote, and parenting practices for children received 83 percent.Keywords: Parenting, Parents, and Students.

PROVINSI KALIMANTAN BARAT dan Nahak Marta Abuk, Innocentia. 2022. The purpose of conducting this research is describing the existence of Likurai dance. The study case is about the development and the starting point of the existence of Likurai traditional dance of Belu Tribe in Bhakti Jaya Village, district of Meliau, the regency of Sanggau, West Kalimantan Province. Descriptive methodology in a form of qualitative research and using an anthropology approach. The sources of data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation, with key sources namely, Mr. Dominikus Nahak, Mr. Muhammad Iwanie and Miss Ursula Uluk. Techniques to test validity using extension of observation and Triangulating of compiled data sources was systematically analyzed. Likurai dance is a traditional dance that was originally came from a village called Kereana, Botin Leobele district, the regency of Malaka, East Nusa Tenggara. The dance was introduced by a transmigrant society that was migrated from East Nusa Tenggara to Bhakti Jaya Village, the district of Meliau, Sanggau regency, West Kalimantan in the year of 1992. The dance started to develop and became well-known since 1998 until 2019. The uniformity of the transmigrant society is one of the main reasons behind the sustainability of Likurai dance in Bhakti Jaya Village. On the other, there is a risk that this traditional dance would be fading away due to the lack of the dance personnel and lack of interest in the younger generation as well as lack of assistance and motivation from the local government is feared to be an obstacle to the development of Likurai Dance.

AbstractThis study aims to improve the skills of writing biographical texts using the inquiry method in class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. This study consisted of two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II with the research subjects of class X IPS at SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. The implementation of this research was carried out based on the problems found in learning to write biographical texts, namely the low student learning outcomes. The research method used in this research is descriptive method to reveal the real situation in the form of the process and learning outcomes about improving the skills of writing biographical texts using the inquiry method in class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. The increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II has increased. The results of the test cycle I obtained an average value of 70.30 and the test cycle II increased with an average value of 81.78. From this study it can be concluded that the use of the inquiry method can improve the ability to write biographical texts of class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 5 PontianakKeywords: Inquiry Method, Writing Biographical Text, X Grade High School Student

Abstract This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the integration of misconceptions remediation through generative learning models to reduce misconceptions and increase student learning outcomes about waves in class XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. The sample in this study was intact group and selected based on the recommendations of the physics teacher. The research instrument consisted of 8 diagnostic test questions and 4 questions of learning outcomes test. (1) There was a significant change in the conceptual of students,(???? 2 count = 131,33 > χ 2 table = 3,84) with df = 1 and α = 5% (2) The decrease in the number of students who misconcepted each concept was 71.6%. (3) The effectiveness of the generative learning model in reducing the number of students who had misconceptions with the value of The Decreasing of Quantity of the student that Misconception (DQM) was 71.6 % classified as high. (4) The effectiveness of the generative learning model in improving student learning outcomes with an N-Gain value of 0.702 was high. Based on the analyzed data it can be concluded that Generative learning model was effective in reducing misconceptions and increasing student learning outcomes. English becomes an important subject that the teacher must teach, from junior to senior high school level. Because of the online teaching and learning process, it isn't easy to teach English because the online teaching and learning process makes teachers cannot do it face to face. To make the English teaching and learning process simple and enjoyable, teachers must be familiar with the use of relevant teaching and learning material. PowToon is one of the tools that may be used as a medium for online teaching and learning. Aside from that, teachers need to know what students think about the use of animated video, particularly from PowToon. This research aims to know students' perception of the use of PowToon in online English learning. The research participants were 181 seventh-grade students of SMPN 17 Pontianak from A-F class. This descriptive research used a questionnaire and interview as the data collection. The findings of students' perception toward the use of PowToon in online learning was 75%, which is indicated as a positive perception. It means that animated videos from PowToon are recommended to become a teaching and learning media for online English Learning.

AbstractThis research aims to describe the culture of Tudang Manre Sipulung, Bugis ethnic, as a heritage in Teluk Pakedai Hulu Village which experienced a cultural value transformation. In the process of describing the four sub-problems related to early cultural values, the form of transformation of present cultural values, then the factors causing the transformation, and the regeneration of the cultural value heritage of Tudang Manre Sipulung. through a narrative approach to obtain primary data obtained from traditional and religious leaders through observation and in-depth interviews to reduce data and get a good data presentation. The results of research related to early cultural values originate from religiosity asking for protection of natural spirits, then in the transformation of cultural values that prioritizes gratitude to Allah SWT as the creator of nature, from the causecultural transformation lies at the level of gratitude, kinship, changes in economic and moral values from environmental influences. In the process of cultural regeneration of Tudang Manre Sipulung, it is seen from the internalization of culture at home, the socialization of Islamic cultural values and enculturation as a medium for exchanging information in the life of a cultured society.Keywords: Transformation, of Culture Values, Tudang Manre Sipulung
