Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to analyze the effect of the implementation of the demonstration method on data persentation material of student learning utcomes in class IV of 42 state elementari school, Pontianak City. The method used is the experimental method,the from of this research is a pre-expeimental design with a pretest-posttest group research design. The population is the entire fourth ggrade of 42 state elementary schools, Pontianak City district, which consist of 143 students. And sample is class IVA elementary school 42 students in Pontianak City, which consists of 26 students. Based on data analysis, the students average pre-test results were 57,5 and the students post-test average results were 70,5. The results of the t-test obtained tcount 3,13 while the t table white db =26-1=25 and the significant level (a)=5% is 1,706, it turn out that tcount > table or 3,13 > 1,706 then ha is accepted which means there is an effect of the application of the demontration method in the presentation of data on student learning outcomes in class IV of 42 state elementary schools, Pontianak City. This means that the application of the demonstration method has an effect of the student learningoutcomes in data presentation material in class IV of 42 state zElementary School, Pontianak District, City. Abstract

The problem in this study is how to apply the evaluation of physical education learning during the COVID-19 pandemic mass which was carried out online by teachers at SMPNs throughout the city of Pontianak. This study aims to determine the mechanism for assessing student learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, the sample of this research is the teachers of Physical Education, Sports and Health. In this study using a questionnaire on google form about summative and formative assessments by teachers of Physical Education, Sports and Health. The results of this study indicate that 49% of teachers stated that they could assess the learning progress of students, while 51% of teachers stated that they could not assess the learning progress of students in online learning.

Abstract

AbstractResearchers want to know the implementation of group guidance about student confidence. The research problem is "how is the group guidance about the confidence of students in class X SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak". The purpose of the study was to obtain information and clarity and describe group guidance about the confidence of students in class X SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. Method used was descriptive quantitative approach in form survey. Population research was 24 students and 1 counselor. Data collection technique used was indirect communication of questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique used was percentage. Overall the implementation of group guidance on student confidence gained 54% category quite well. Characteristics of self-confidence of class X students SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak medium category, the results obtained are 40% medium category. The stage of forming a group guidance service on the students' confidence gained 51% quite good category. The transition phase of group guidance services on student confidence gained 63%, quite good category. The stage of group guidance service activities about the confidence of students gained 59% quite good category. The termination stage of group guidance services on the confidence of students gained 60% quite good category.Keywords: Group Guidance, Confidence

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-learning utilization on the learning outcomes of eighth grade students at SMP Islam Bawari Pontianak. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive form. The sample in this study was class VIII SMP Islam Bawari totaling 70 students using saturated sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire that is about of E-learning utilization with 3 indicators : knowledge, the character of E-learning and the application of E-learning . And documentation techniques are used to retrieve learning outcomes. Based on data analysis, it shows that: 1) the use of E-learning for eighth grade students at SMP Islam Bawari Pontianak is in the medium category with a percentage yield of 74.3%. 2) the learning outcomes of eighth grade students at SMP Islam Bawari Pontianak have a percentage of 72.9% in the medium category. 3) Based on the analysis of the use of E-learning on learning outcomes, the regression coefficient results are 0.716 and the standard value of significance is 0.00 < 0.05. And the results of tcount > t table are 7.005 > 1.997.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the thematic learning implementation plan based onthe regulations on education and culture number 22 of 2016 concerning thestandard of the primary and secondary education process. The research methodused is descriptive method with qualitative research forms. The data source ofthis research is the fourth grade teacher of elementary school 06 PontianakSelatan. The data researched was in the form of a thematic learningimplementation plan document and the results of the interview for thepreparation of the learning implementation plan for the fourth grade teachers inElementary School 06 South Pontianak. The results show that the preparationand components of the learning implementation plan made by the teacher havenot yet referred to the Minister of Education regulation 22 of 2016 concerningprocess standards. Then based on the results of the analysis description refers toPermendikbud No. 22 of 2016 on the design of RPP that is in accordance with theCore Competencies, Basic Competencies, Learning Media, and Learning Stepssections.Keywords: description, implementation plan, thematic learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an effect of usedPowtoon-basedPower Point media learning. This research was conducted in MAN 2 Pontianak withstudents in class X IPS 1 and X IPS 2. The research method used in this research isdescriptive quantitative method. The data in this study were in the form of studentlearning outcomes and learning evaluation question sheets. Data analysis usedMicrosoft Excel 2010. This research produces some data such as the value of studentlearning outcomes before and after usedPowtoon learning media, validity test,reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test, and Effect Size test.Student learning outcomes have increased after used the Powtoon learning media.Learning outcomes before used powtoon media in the control class were 55.3 whilefor the experiment class the averange learning outcomes were 63. Learning outcomesafter used powtoon media had increased, especially in the Ekperiment class. For theControl class in this Post-Test activity, the average student learning outcomes are58,2. While the average student learning outcoes in the Ekperiment class is 76,6. Testof the hypothesis it is known that t is 1.99, which means that the used of this media has an effected on the learning outcomes of students. The last one is the Effect Size test which scores 0.15 in the "Very Small" category.Keywords: Effect Size, Learning Media, Powtoon.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify the correlation between parenting styles and the learners' learning behaviors on Social Science lessons at SMPN 2 Pontianak. This study is ex post facto research with a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample was collected using the simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, involving 100 of 801 students in the population. During the research, some students whose names registered on the list were absent, and thus the substitutes were taken incidentally. The variables observed were parenting style (x) and the learners' learning behavior (y). The data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. The instrument validity was assessed by the expert, while the reliability with internal consistency was tested using the Alpha Cronbach. The Technique of data analysis used was a product-moment correlation. The findings showed that the two variables were in the medium category with the obtained data by 60% and 84%, respectively. The parenting style includes three aspects: democratic, authoritarian, and permissive. The learning behaviors include cognition, affection, and conation aspects. The correlation between the two variables was low, with the level of significance of 5% with r count value larger than r table (0.313 > 0.195). Keywords: Parenting Styles, Learning Behavior.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the cultural value contained in the anthology of East Selakau folklore. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitatives research from. The data source of this research is a document in the form of an anthology book Kunang-Kunang folklore of East Selakau and the data is a cultural value that is reflected in qoutes in the form of words, phrases or sentences. The results of the study show that cultural values describe the relationship between humans and religious systems, namely believing in God, believing in ghosts, and namely believing in the unseen. Cultural values that describe the relatonship between humans and social system, namely deliberation to reach consensus and mutual cooperation. Cultural values that describe the relationship between humans and their means of life, namely food equipment for human life and equipment for human life.cultural values that describe the relatonship between humans and themselves are emotional, strong-willed, and diligent.   Keywords: Anthologies, Cultural values, Selakau East.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve student learning outcomes by using a guided inquiry modelon vibration and wave at SMP Negeri 24 Pontianak. The form of this research is pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 33students of class VIII E who were selected through non-probabilty techniques. Theresearch instrument was a multiple choice test consisting of 10 questions and 3 essayquestions. The results of this study consisted of: 1) There were differences in learningoutcomes before and after the application of the inquiry guide model with an averagepretest score of 28.67 and an average post-test score of 73; 2) There was an increase instudent learning outcomes after using the guided inquiry model on vibration and wavematerial, namely 44.33 (moderate category); 3) the effect size on the use of guidedinquiry models in learning activities is 2.94 (high category). The use of guided inquirymodels is expected to be an alternative in improving physics learning outcomes.Keywords: Application, Vibration and waves, Learning Outcomes, Model GuideInquiry Learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the independent curriculum in the learning of biography texts in class X C SMA Negeri 1 Mempawah Hilir. The method used is descriptive to explain the planning, implementation, and learning outcomes analyzed using the Teacher Performance Supervision Tool (APKG) 1 and 2. The subjects of this study are Indonesian teachers of class X, Mrs. Dewi Setiyani, S.Pd and students of class X C SMA Negeri 1 Mempawah Hilir totaling 36 people. The data obtained is the result of planning analysis in the form of a teaching module made by teachers using APKG 1 which got a score of 69 (Less), the implementation of learning was analyzed using APKG 2, the score of the first meeting was 81.6 (Good) and the second meeting was 66.3 (Poor). The learning results of students showed that half of the students in the class were above KKTP. The learning outcomes of students showed that half of the students in the class got a score above the KKTP. In the attitude assessment, teachers used 4 out of 6 Pancasila Student Profiles (P3), knowledge there were 21 people who got a score above KKTP and 12 people below KKTP, and skills as many as 20 people above KKTP, 6 people equivalent to KKTP, and 6 people under KKTP.
