This research aims to determine the influence of individual abilities and individual characteristics on the service quality of employees at the Multipurpose District Office in Serdang Bedagai Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The nature of this research is replication. The analytical method used is a multiple linear regression model to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables, whether each variable has a positive or negative relationship. The results of this research testing the first hypothesis are accepted, meaningvariableIndividual Abilitiesinfluentialon the Multipurpose District Office Service Quality variable. The second hypothesis test is accepted, meaningvariableIndividual Characteristicsinfluentialon the Multipurpose District Office Service Quality variable. The third hypothesis test is accepted, meaning the Individual Ability variable and the Individual Characteristics variablehave a joint (simultaneous) effect onService qualityMultipurpose District Office. It is better to hope that the Serdang Bedagai District Office of Serdang Bedagai Regency can better appreciate or appreciate every work that has been completed by its employees, which can be shown by expressions given directly or by rewards for employees in order to improve employee performance.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a commitment to improving community welfare through free business practices and contribution of company resources. However, the funds provided only created dependency and some businesses were even forced to close because they were unable to be independent. The Asset Based Community Development method is in line with the CSR spirit to improve community welfare. Therefore, the stages carried out in the research are collecting asset data, determining targets, developing asset-based strategies, determining the duties and responsibilities of each actor, and preparing steps to achieve the strategy that has been prepared. In this way, eight strategies were obtained which aimed at community independence and increasing the income of community members.

This research was motivated by the conditions that occurred at the BKKBN Representative of North Sumatra Province after downsizing as a result of the merger of agencies within the local government. Employee performance has decreased fluctuatively. digital involvement that is still lacking so that it demands high employee commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work commitment, downsizing, work ambiguity on employee performance moderated by digital involvement at the BKKBN Representative of North Sumatra Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach by distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were 257 family planning extension civil servants. The number of research samples was 195 people. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative using a causality approach. The data analysis method in this study uses SEM which is operated through the SmartPLS program. The results showed that work commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the BKKBN Representative of North Sumatra Province. Role ambiguity has a negative but insignificant effect on the performance of employees of the BKKBN Representative of North Sumatra Province. Downsizing has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the BKKBN Representative of North Sumatra Province. Digital engagement weakens and does not significantly affect work commitment to the performance of employees of the BKKBN Representative of North Sumatra Province. Digital engagement weakens and does not significantly affect role ambiguity on the performance of employees of the BKKBN Representative of North Sumatra Province. Digital engagement weakens and significantly affects downsizing on the performance of employees of the BKKBN Representative of North Sumatra Province.

One retail company that is popular with consumers in the field of household equipment and furniture is Ace Hardware. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of customer experience and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at ACE Hardware Juanda Medan. The population in this study are the people of Medan City who have visited at least 2 times with an unknown number. The sampling technique in this research was nonprobability sampling of 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research results show that customer experience influences customer loyalty. Service quality has a negative effect on customer loyalty. Customer experience influences customer satisfaction. Service quality influences customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty. Customer experience influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Service quality influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.

This research was conducted to see how much impact the conversion of agricultural land into residential areas had on farmers' income in Gampong Padang, Manggeng District, Southwest Aceh Regency. The research was conducted in Padang Village, Manggeng District, Southwest Aceh Regency. This research was carried out in October-November 2022. In this research the type of data used is data (descriptive) while the data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative, namely the data obtained and collected is then studied and presented in tabular form. The results of the research show that the impact of agricultural land conversion in Padang village is negative, where farmers' income after land conversion decreases up to two times compared to before land conversion.

Employee performance is the result of implementing the goals of an organization, therefore good performance is an important thing for all employees to do. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work stress on the performance of PT employees. Bank Sumut Medan Head Office in the credit admin legal operations division. This type of research is quantitative. The data source was obtained through distributing questionnaires to employees at PT. Bank Sumut Medan Head Office in the credit admin legal operations division. The population and saturated sample in this study were 50 employees at PT. Bank Sumut Medan Head Office in the credit admin legal operations division. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this research indicate that partially leadership style, work motivation and work stress influence employee performance. Simultaneously leadership style, work motivation and work stress influence employee performance by 61.8%, while the remaining 38.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

The background to this research is counterproductive work behavior found at BBPPTP Medan and indications of organizational injustice. This research discusses the influence of organizational justice which includes distributive, procedural and interactional justice on counterproductive work behavior. Quantitative methods are used in this research to test and analyze the influence of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice on counterproductive work behavior. Responses from respondents were collected through distributing questionnaires using a random sampling method and using a sample of 40 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 22 software. The research results show that distributive justice has a negative and significant effect with a significance level (0.00 greater than 0.05), procedural justice has no significant effect on counterproductive work behavior with a significance level (0.272 greater than 0.05) and interactional justice has a positive and significant effect on counterproductive work behavior with a significance level of (0.005 less than 0.05). This shows that the higher the level of distributive justice received by employees, the level of counterproductive work behavior will decrease, the higher the interactional justice, the more counterproductive work behavior will increase. This research provides important implications for agencies to minimize counterproductive work behavior by paying attention to organizational justice, especially distributive justice and implementing procedural justice according to applicable regulations.

This research was investigated to see how much influence the strategy of increasing public service user satisfaction has in the basic education data section (dapodik) of the Medan City Education and Culture Office. This research was conducted using descriptive research and a qualitative approach. The results of the qualitative research were described in the form of words. and language by utilizing various natural methods, research focus is used to limit the scope of the problem so that the research process is not too broad, good research must be supported by valid and accurate data. This data can be obtained from appropriate sources and is appropriate to the problem being studied, Data collection techniques are carried out using appropriate data collection instruments. The research results show that the Dapodik service of the Medan City Education and Culture Service is generally quite good and satisfies service users. Even though it can be said to be quite good, there are still a number of crucial aspects that need to be improved. There are several factors that influence service user satisfaction in the Dapodik section of the Medan City Education and Culture Service. There were at least 6 internal supporting factors and 3 external supporting factors found, and the position of the Dapodik section of the Medan City Education and Culture Service in the SWOT quadrant was found to be between "Weakness" and Opportunity. The WO strategy is the most appropriate to be implemented in the Dapodik section of the Medan City Education and Culture Service.

Issues regarding the environment have become a problem for the wider community and have resulted in changes in consumer preferences to become more inclined to use environmentally friendly products. This is an opportunity for companies to make environmentally friendly products and use more environmentally friendly raw materials. The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the influence of green products, green place, green price and green promotion on purchasing decisions for Tupperware products by the people of Lhokseumawe City. This type of research is quantitative research with a consumer population in Lhokseumawe City. There were 100 respondents, taken using purposive sampling technique. The data source comes from primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis methods and multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, instrument testing (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination and correlation testing and analyzed with the help of the SPSS version 26 application program. The results of this research show that simultaneously green product, green price, green place and green promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Tupperware products by the people of Lhokseumawe City. Meanwhile, partially the green product variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, the variables green price, green place and green promotion have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions for Tupperware products by the people of Lhokseumawe City. Green promotion is the most dominant variable that influences consumer purchasing decisions with a t value of 6.467.
