Abstract

The Analytical Chemistry Fundamentals course, particularly the qualitative analysis content involving group IV and V cations which are abstract and conceptual, creates challenges for students in comprehending the instructed material. Several measures have been implemented to address these challenges, and one of them involves creating Instagram media content.. This study aims 1) develop Instagram media content related to qualitative analysis material of group IV and V cations, and 2) describe the level of feasibility   Instagram media content on the material. This research and development uses the RD method with   4D development model by Thiagarajan. The outcomes of this research manifest as Instagram media content covering the qualitative analysis of group IV and V cations, deemed suitable for utilization.This feasibility level is shown in the results of media validation of 92,29%, material validation of 93,63%, and readability trials of students in the five semester of the Department of Chemistry, State University of Malang by 93,46%.

Abstract

A growing number of L2 novice writers in the EMI context lead the present study to examine the learner"™s lexico-grammatical features employment and a comprehensive description of the distinction of the L2 novice writing phenomena of interest in employing these features across independent and integrated tasks in the EMI context. The 24 samples of two task types from 12 learners were analysed. The present study used a quantitative approach and case study research design  to gain insights into  the detailed investigation and description. The phrasal features are frequently employed and repeated in integrated tasks to emphasize important features to support their ideas. Surprisingly, prepositional and finite adverbial phrases are frequently employed in independent tasks. Whereas, the noun + to clauses were revealed to be found only in integrated tasks to support their claim. Then, the other intermediate features are found as the least features produced across the two task types.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan kontekstual secara terperinci mengenai sikap eksistensial pasca positivisme menuju konstruktivisme dalam mata kesusastraan serta bagaimana kedudukannya dalam kontribusinya terhadap aspek literasi siswa. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, ditemui bawa arah pendidikan suku anak dalam dalam dekade ini mulai beranjak dari paradigma positivisme mengarah pada ranah konstruktivisme. Kendati demikian, kemampuan literasi siswa suku anak dalam pada tingkat dasar masih sangat kurang terutama jikalau disandingkan dengan siswa pada umumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resistensi terhadap intervensi luar, kurangnya pemahaman tentang kearifan lokal, dan rendahnya motivasi belajar menjadi tantangan utama. Namun, kolaborasi yang efektif antara semua pihak dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan relevan. Dengan mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal ke dalam pendidikan, siswa dapat lebih terhubung dengan materi ajar dan mengembangkan identitas budaya yang kuat.

Abstract

AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis augmented reality pada topik mengenali hewan laut untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (RD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE, yang meliputi tahap persiapan melalui pengumpulan data, identifikasi masalah, studi pustaka, dan penetapan tujuan. Tahap perencanaan melibatkan desain konsep, penentuan spesifikasi, pembuatan konsep awal, dan pengembangan prototipe. Tahap pengembangan terdiri dari tes validasi oleh materi pelajaran dan pakar media, serta revisi berdasarkan saran ahli. Tahap implementasi meliputi uji coba lapangan dan penilaian menggunakan kuesioner, dilanjutkan dengan tahap evaluasi media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata persentase validasi material sebesar 92,28% dan persentase validasi media sebesar 100,00%. Kuesioner kepraktisan pengguna di TK Islam Al Azhar 21 Pontianak mencetak rata-rata 96,67%, sedangkan di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 3 Sintang mencapai 98,89%, dengan kategori "Sangat Layak".Kata Kunci: Augmented Reality, Media Pembelajaran, Hewan Laut, Anak Usia 5-6 TahunAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis augmented reality pada materi mengenal hewan laut bagi anak usia 5-6 tahun. Abstract

Supervisi akademik berbasis digital (e-supervisi) adalah pendekatan inovatif untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di wilayah 3T (terdepan, terluar, dan tertinggal) yang menghadapi tantangan geografis, infrastruktur terbatas, dan minimnya pengawas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka untuk menganalisis penerapan e-supervisi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-supervisi mengatasi kendala geografis, memperluas akses supervisi, serta meningkatkan literasi digital dan kompetensi guru. Namun, tantangan seperti infrastruktur yang kurang memadai, rendahnya literasi digital, dan beban kerja pengawas tetap menjadi hambatan. Penguatan infrastruktur, pelatihan, dan kebijakan mendukung penting untuk menjamin keberhasilan e-supervisi. E-supervisi berpotensi menjadi strategi berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di wilayah 3T.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengembangan kurikulum sekolah di SMK Negeri 1 Sajingan Besar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif oleh dengan model analisis interaktif oleh Miles Huberman dengan langkah-langkah pengumpulan data, pemadatan data, pemaparan data dan membuat kesimpulan. Jenis data dalam penelitian terbagi menjadi primer dan sekunder. Data primer meliputi wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan informasi langsung dari proses pengembangan kurikulum. Sumber data sekunder adalah informasi yang sudah ada, termasuk dari peneliti terdahulu atau organisasi lain. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum di sekolah tersebut dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah sistematis. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara guru, kepala sekolah, dan perwakilan industri lokal serta pendekatan evaluatif yang berkelanjutan memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan kurikulum yang relevan dan efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa.

Abstract

This study investigates the English proficiency of 117 pre-service teacher students, aged 19 to 21, assessed using the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Focusing on listening comprehension, structure and written expression, and reading comprehension, the research employed descriptive statistics for analysis. The average score was found to be 412, with a range from 370 to 497. Based on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), students were classified within the A2 to B1 proficiency levels, indicating elementary to intermediate skills. Reading and listening comprehension proved to be particularly challenging, with mean scores of 39.3 and 38.7, respectively. Analysis revealed that difficulties primarily arose from struggles with unfamiliar vocabulary, suggesting that limited vocabulary knowledge significantly hindered performance. The findings indicate that identifying specific areas of difficulty can help students focus on essential concepts for improvement in future assessments. Moreover, the study highlights the need for systematically mapping student scores to enhance preparation strategies. These insights provide a clearer understanding of the challenges faced by pre-service teachers in developing their English language skills, leading to recommendations for targeted interventions in their academic training.

Abstract

This research aims to explore child protection policies in education in Southeast Asia. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research examines policy implementation strategies and the challenges faced. Data sources were obtained from journals indexed in the Scopus and Google Scholar databases with a publication period of 2020-2024, and selection criteria were based on the PRISMA method. The research results show that child protection policies in education require a holistic approach that involves collaboration between government, educational institutions and society. Key findings include the need to strengthen regulations, socio-economic support for families, and safe and inclusive learning environments. The main challenges faced include unequal access to education, lack of resources in  remote areas, and weak law enforcement against child exploitation. The original  value of this research lies in its focus on Southeast Asia, providing comprehensive insight into the regional context of child protection. Recommendations for future research include developing policies that are more responsive to socio-political dynamics and economic conditions in the region, as well as increasing awareness of the importance of child protection in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aim to principal"™s strategy in estabilishing school and community relationship  by school"™s activity. The approach in this study is a qualitative approach.  The research was conducted in  Junior High School  An  Nur Bululawang. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. To obtain the validity of the data obtained by using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this research are that there are strategic steps taken by the school principal to increase community participation, namely 1) there are several activities that involve the community, (2) several results were found from community participation, not only from the increasing number of prospective new students but also from the assistance from the community in the form of materials or energy to support the activities carried out at the school

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of the artistic supervision model on enhancing teaching creativity and innovation in primary schools within the Toho District, Mempawah Regency. The background of this research stems from the low level of teaching creativity observed in the region, which negatively affects student participation and motivation. Using a quasi-experimental design, this study involved 40 teachers divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received artistic supervision, while the control group received traditional supervision. Data were collected using pre-test and post-test measures, assessing teaching creativity with the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (TTCT). The results revealed a significant increase in creativity scores in the experimental group, with a t-statistic of -16.47 and a p-value of 7.95e-05, demonstrating that artistic supervision significantly enhances teaching creativity. In contrast, the control group showed only a modest improvement. This research provides empirical evidence supporting the effectiveness of artistic supervision in fostering creative and innovative teaching approaches, particularly in rural areas. The findings suggest the need for targeted teacher training and increased resources to support creative education methods.
