Abstract

The Corona pandemic has occurred globally by closing access to residential areas by residents from immigrants and foreign traders. The protection of the area has caused almost all business activities of members of Paguyuban Jamu Gendong Desa Ngablak to stop because they cannot sell directly to consumers. The MSME empowerment program for Herbal Medicine in Ngablak Village aims to provide sales solutions for business actors without direct contact with consumers. Social media and e-commerce-based marketing assistance aim to increase the sales turnover of herbal medicine through direct orders for herbal products from Ngablak Village herbal producers by consumers. Meanwhile, the development of ready-to-brewed herbal products is expected to provide a more comprehensive market share with herbal products with a longer shelf life.

Abstract

The development of tourism villages has become one of important programs of current government. Wangunharja Village, one of area in Lembang District, West Bandung Regency in West Java, has tourism potential that can be developed by stakeholders. The implementation of this community service activity uses the focus grup discussion method in order to increase understanding and involvement among stakeholders of the Wangunharja Village. The subject of the intense discussion with the Village Community was about understanding strengthening social capital in the process of developing tourism destinations. As a result, community gave a positive response and expressed their commitment in strengthening social capital such as form of collective action for managing resources in their area. This subject condition will be followed up by the Wangunharja Village Government by developing policies that encourage positive affirmations that could lead to more involvement among village communities. This activity recommends further activities in the form of workshops to guide the community in the process of developing tourism destinations in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Based on the culture of new clothes on the New Year, Eid, and other special days, the demand for convection products will increase drastically. This condition is a big obstacle for small businesses in the creative industry in Indonesia, especially in Probolinggo. Increasing the amount of convection production in Probolinggo is by applying new technologies to accelerate the production. If convection production, both custom and general order, can be made quickly, the amount of production will increase. A buttonhole sewing machine is a machine that has the ability to embroider and buttonhole automatically. Edge sewing machine, a machine that works as a tool that is able to sew and smooth the edges of the fabric automatically. With these two machines, convection products will be faster. Both machine training service activities were carried out well. The results made using a buttonhole sewing machine show a good and short level of neatness. Edge sewing machines also provide satisfactory results. To sew and tidy up the fabric, it can be done quickly and neatly. All forms of service activities are carried out to be able to solve the problems experienced by small business partners in the creative convection industry in Probolingo.

Abstract

The existence of Covid 19 has paralyzed the world economy, including several MSME businesses out of business. The existence of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) requires people to stay at home. To overcome problems in the food sector in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Lumajang Regency PKK Mobilizing Team initiated the formation of the Pawon Urip Program. The purpose of this Community Service Activity is to support the Pawon Urip TP-PKK Lumajang Regency Program to improve food sufficiency and community welfare. Activities carried out in this Community Service include, firstly, providing training and assistance in plant cultivation. Second, optimizing the management of the Waste Bank. Thirdly, training and mentoring on the utilization of used cooking oil waste into goods of sale value in the form of biodiesel. Community Service activities have been running smoothly. This activity certainly provides great benefits to the community, from here the community can carry out plant cultivation well, knowledge of Waste Bank management is increasing so that they can do simple bookkeeping, even saving and buying and selling waste has become the culture of the local community. Furthermore, the community can also produce biodiesel independently, as a more economical and efficient substitute.

Abstract

Incentive use of family medicinal plants can increase body immunity and accumulate harmful residues in the environment. Family medicinal plants are natural alternatives in maintaining immunity, one of which is the use of ginger plants. This community service aims to characterize and determine the local biological potential (ginger) as an immune enhancer. This program consists of two parts, namely counseling which contains about how to maintain the body's immunity with processed ginger, and practices that teach how to grow ginger by utilizing a narrow land. With the procurement of the IJO (Processed Ginger Immunity) program in the Pakistaji sub-district, it is hoped that the community will be aware of the importance of environmentally friendly herbal medicines.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to help MSMEs of the Joint Business Group (KUB) Blessings of Karangasem Pemalang Village compile their financial reports simply, encourage orderly bookkeeping of transactions that occur daily, and motivate MSME participants to be able to record books so that expenses can be measured. Revenue and profits earned and knowing how your business is doing. For mentoring, using participatory techniques, participants participate in group discussions, share positive and negative experiences, and explore new lessons together. And after mentoring is carried out, participants are asked to implement what has been learned accompanied by the servicer. In conclusion, the activity went smoothly. All participants enthusiastically participated in the event until it was over and were optimistic that they would feel the benefits of mentoring for the progress of their business.

Abstract

Strengthening education has the aim of improving the quality of human resources in an area. Based on the observations made, several cases of delay in reading ability have been found in the category of high grade elementary school children. With these problems, we provide a solution by holding the "Bengkid Study Rolling" program. This community service activity aims to improve the quality of human resources, especially in reading skills. The obstacles experienced by children on average are difficulty reading syllables and consonants, the method of reading without spelling is one of the effective reading solutions and according to children's needs because learning is designed in a fun way but still firm and straightforward in learning.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the drivers of the people's economy. In a number of conditions, MSMEs are the wheels of economic rotation for the Indonesian nation. The MSME development strategy is needed so that the business being carried out progresses. If no strategy is used, it can result in the business being run in place, initiative is an answer for a change both in terms of administration and product promotion. Of course it will be an interesting concern if strengthening the economy will further strengthen the people-based economy. The service method uses Community Based Research (CBR) which is a service model that prioritizes community needs and actively conducts research that combines various elements of society to answer challenges that arise within the community itself. The result of this service is that the community understands the importance of simple bookkeeping in developing a business or business being run. Direct practice in the dedication process becomes an integral part of the dedication implementation process. In addition, the support from the Mattirotasi village government was extraordinary, as evidenced by its involvement in the community service process.

Abstract

Batik Craftsmen in Paiton Probolinggo as a business entity for the cultural heritage of the archipelago has to handle challenges that arise as a consequence of increasing competition. The marketing strategy must be carried out as well and as effectively as possible. One option is to apply an online strategy with e-commerce media which is presently the best answer for all business entities. This is due to infrmation through internet media is more effective to meet buyers in terms of informing or marketing their products without having to meet face to face. E-commerce creates it simple for consumers and producers to do business. Therefore, target of this program is to build e-commerce skills of these batik craftsmen. Technique for implementing the activities consists of a participatory approach with the local industry and trade office, e-commerce training and ends with a simulation and evaluation. Based on the evaluation analyisis of the training execution, it was revealed that the positive response of Batik Paiton craftsmen and through periodic assistance has given hope for business continuity. Even sales then experienced a lot of increase, which is very likely as an implication of the wider reach of marketing areas through e-commerce.

Abstract

Grogolan Lake ecotourism was initiated to save Grogolan Lake as one of the major water sources which play a vital role in Agriculture and various other sectors in the Bojonegoro area, with another aim to empower the community around natural attractions. The Wana Abadi Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) has introduced the concept of Grogolan Lake Ecotourism and the Ngintir Nang Kali Grogolan for the economic development the residents of Ngunut Village. Implementing the Community Partnership program is intended to help solve some of the problems currently faced by POKDARWIS Wana Abadi, namely management problems and marketing problems in ecotourism development. The solutions offered to solve this problem include assisting in the preparation strategic plan of POKDARWIS Wana Abadi, pioneering outbound education, developing ecotourism educational tours, developing ecoprint educational tours, and social media-based ecotourism marketing assistance to make Grogolan Lake and River Ecotourism become a leading tourist destination in the Bojonegoro city. The results of implementing a series of community partnership programs include formulating the Statute Documents of Wana Abadi Organizations, increasing interest in visiting Grogolan ecotourism through offering outbound tours and ecoprint educational tours, and implementing a social media-based tourism marketing strategy.
