Abstract

This study aim to determine the comparison of digital marketing on customer loyalty between SumselPost and Mattanews in the city of Palembang. This tudy uses a quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents and processed using SPSS software to be analyzed statistically. Qualitative data was obtained from interviews and observations as a complement to provide an in-depth explanation of the quantitative results. Statistic analysis used a comparative hypothesis test in the form of an Independent Sample T-test to see whether there were differences between the two companies. The results of the study show that there is no significant differences in the implementation of digital marketing and customer loyalty between SumselPost and Mattanews. There are slight differences in strategy between the two companies but statistically not sufficient to provide a significant difference.

Abstract

This study aims to examine differences in workload levels on employee performance at PT Dinamik Putra Perkasa Palembang and CV Honda Lestari Motorindo. The approach used is the independent Sample t-test method with saturated sampling technique, involving 35 respondents each from both companies. The results of validity, reliability, and normality testing show that the data collectedare eligible for further analysis. Based on the t-test results, a significance value of 0,000 was obtained which is smaller than 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the two companies. The average workload and employee performance were recorded higher at PT Dinamik Putra Perkasa . The findings of this study indicate that differences in the work system applied affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to prove whether there is an effect of job descriptions and worker This study aims to determine the effect of job descriptions and job specifications on employee performance at PT Cipta Prima Synergy in Palembang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees selected through probability sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that the research instrument has met the validity requirements because the calculated r value is greater than the r table (0.3), and is reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.07 which is close to 1. Partial test (t test) shows that both job descriptions and job specifications have a significant influence on employee performance. Likewise with the results of the simultaneous test (F test), which shows that the two variables together have a significant effect on employee performance. The object of this research is PT Cipta Prima Synergy, a national private company incorporated in the field of coal transportation services as well as the sale of spare parts for heavy equipment vehicles, located on Jl. Pangeran Ayin No. 302/06-07 RT.03/RW.05, Sukamaju Village, Sako District, Palembang City.

Abstract

Dalam era industri 4.0, transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan mutlak bagi perusahaan untuk tetap kompetitif di tengah perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Perusahaan yang melakukan transformasi digital menunjukkan komitmen untuk terus berinovasi dan menjadi pilihan utama bagi konsumen, khususnya di sektor keuangan dan investasi yang sangat bergantung pada pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia (MASI), sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang investasi, terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi melalui implementasi sistem digital yang terintegrasi guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi operasional, sesuai dengan regulasi dari otoritas terkait seperti Bursa Efek Indonesia, OJK, dan pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan transformasi digital di PT MASI dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Fokus utama penelitian terletak pada persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan kebergunaan sistem digital yang diterapkan perusahaan dalam mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan, riset pasar, dan pelayanan nasabah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses transformasi digital di PT MASI diterima secara positif oleh para pemangku kepentingan internal, didorong oleh dukungan manajemen, keterlibatan karyawan, serta infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai. Teknologi digital terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi layanan, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam hal integrasi sistem dan peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Secara keseluruhan, PT MASI berada pada jalur yang progresif dalam membangun ekosistem digital yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Price, Promotion, and Trust on Product Purchase Decisions on the Shopee Marketplace, this research method is a quantitative type of population in this study are Students of Pelita Bangsa University Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2017 who have transacted on the Shopee marketplace, researchers used a Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique totaling 95 people. The data taken in this study used a questionnaire method. Instrument testing in this study used a validity test, reliability test, and analysis method using multiple linear tests with a coefficient of determination test (R2), t test, and f test. This study used the help of the SPSS version 23 application. The results of this study indicate that the price variable does not have a partial effect on product purchase decisions on the Shopee marketplace, this is proven by the t test. while the promotion variable and the trust variable have a positive and significant partial effect on the product purchasing decision variable on the Shopee Marketplace. The price, promotion, and trust variables have a simultaneous effect. This is proven by the f test conducted by the researcher where the calculated f value is greater than the f table, namely 49.046> 3.097 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and the results of the determination coefficient test (R2) obtained a percentage of 60.5% of the Purchase Decision variable influenced by the Price, Promotion, and Trust variables, while 38.2% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Word Of Mouth as an intervening variable between Store Atmosphere and Purchasing Decisions on Cendana Coffee, Food & Beverage Tasikmalaya consumers. The development of the food and beverage industry in Tasikmalaya encourages relationships between small and large food and beverage businesses, especially in the café industry. When consumers experience a positive atmosphere in a coffee shop, they are more likely to share their positive experiences online. This has the potential to influence purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative with a causal associative research type with a survey approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 consumer respondents of Cendana Coffee, Food & Beverage Tasikmalaya, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, and simple mediation models with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that store atmosphere has a significant influence on purchasing decisions of Cendana Coffee Food & Beverage Tasikmalaya consumers. Store Atmosphere has a significant influence on Electronic Word Of Mouth at Cendana Coffee Food & Beverage Tasikmalaya. Store Atmosphere has a significant influence on purchasing decisions through Electronic Word Of Mouth. Electronic Word Of Mouth is proven to be able to mediate Store Atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Cendana Coffee Food & Beverage Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Astra International Tbk during the period 2009–2024. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, along with t-tests and F-tests to assess the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings indicate that, partially, the Current Ratio does not have a significant effect on ROA, with a t-value of 0.745 and a significance level of 0.470 (> 0.05). Conversely, Total Asset Turnover has a significant positive effect on ROA, evidenced by a t-value of 5.198 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). Simultaneously, both CR and TATO significantly influence ROA, as demonstrated by an F-value of 14.345 and a significance level of 0.001 (< 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Operational Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Non-Performing Loans (NPL) at PT Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk for the period 2015-2024, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is the Quantitative Method. The sample used is the income statement and balance sheet of PT Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk for the period 2015-2024. Data analysis is performed using descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the study show that partially, the Operational Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) has a significant effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPL) with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.5 and a t-value of 3.990 > t-table 2.365. The Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) does not have a significant effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPL) with a significance value of 0.216 > 0.05 and a t-value of 1.361 > t-table 2.365. The results of the simultaneous test of Operational Costs to Operational Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a positive and significant effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPL) with a significance value of 0.015 < 0.05 and calculated F value of 8.099 > table F value of 4.74. The results of the Coefficient of Determination test show R Square of 0.698 or 69.8%, which means that together the influence of Operational Costs to Operational Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Non-Performing Loans (NPL) contributes 69.8%, while 30.2% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand millennial lifestyle trends, social identity, millennial characteristics, and coffee shop design for millennials, in addition to being a place to gather, do office work, or complete student assignments. Cafes are also often recognized by many people as indicators of social class identity for the younger generation in Bengkulu. This study can also help improve understanding, especially about the phenomenon of human behavior that makes cafes a place to show social class. This study is conducted using phenomenological research and qualitative methodology. The informants are sixty millennials who often spend their free time in high-end cafes, which were the main data sources. Data allocation was spread across six cafes in Bengkulu, which were categorized accordingly. Data collection was carried out through interviews, field observations, and documentation. The analysis stages were carried out. The findings showed that lifestyle trends have a very high level of attraction. In addition, identity and social recognition are very important, because millennials often seek recognition from their friends through hanging out in cafes. Cafes as a second home for millennials who consider cafes to be the most comfortable place to gather and relax, even to do office work to college assignments. an attractive cafe interior design can increase millennial interest in hanging out there. technology and lifestyle of a millennial, seen from how millennials order menus and use technology can reflect their lifestyle. attitude and motivation, millennial attitudes can be seen from the way they interact with cafe staff and enjoy their time there, while their motivation can be influenced by the desire for relaxation and increasing peace of mind and even wanting a high social class from others.
