In addition, the Management Journal is also a medium for disseminating research information for lecturers, researchers and practitioners. The Palembang Economics Faculty Management Journal is published fourty times a year with ISSN print 2686-2530 and ISSN online 2089-6832. In this Jurnal Manajemen, authors are required to register first and upload manuscripts online. The script creation process can be monitored via OJS. Authors, readers, editorial boards, editors, and peer reviewers can get the status of manuscripts in real time. A hard copy of the journal can be purchased by the system. Several other changes are announced in the History Journal.

Abstract

Financial literacy and lifestyle have an important role in determining wise financial management behavior in students. Through good knowledge can encourage students to make the right and efficient decisions in the use or allocation of funds owned so as to achieve individual financial welfare. This study aims to determine how financial literacy and lifestyle influence the financial management behavior of students in Lahat district. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 66 students in Lahat Regency. Based on the analysis, it shows that financial literacy is not proven to affect student financial management behavior, but lifestyle is proven to significantly affect student financial management behavior. Students with a consumptive lifestyle will find it more difficult to manage finances that can lead to financial problems in the future.

Abstract

The study aimed to examine the relationship between the work environment, work culture, work rotation, and employee productivity at the Human Resources Development Centre (PPSDM) Kemendagri Regional Yogyakarta. The research method used in this study was quantitative descriptive research. The study population comprised all employees working at the Human Resources Development Centre Kemendagri Yogyakarta, while the sample consisted of 100 respondents, including 83 civil servants (PNS) and 17 non-civil servant government employees. The results of the study showed that work environment, work culture, and work rotation had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at the Human Resources Development Centre Kemendagri Yogyakarta, based on the results of simple linear regression analysis and t-test.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, intellectual intelligence on the performance of employees of Primary Cooperative Iqro (PRIMKOPIQ). The variables used are emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, intellectual intelligence as independent variables, and employee performance as dependent variables. The research method used in this study is the survey method, while the population in this study are employees of Primary Cooperative Iqro (PRIMKOPIQ). The number of samples determined in this study was 37 respondents. Sampling was carried out by taking the entire population. The data analysis technique used was multiple correlation analysis and determinant coefficient (R2). The results of the coefficient analysis show that the t-test of the emotional intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on performance (t count 2.087> t table 2.034), the spiritual intelligence variable on performance shows a positive and significant effect (t count 4.604> t table 2.034), the intellectual intelligence variable on performance shows a positive and significant effect (t count 2.089> t table 2.034), and the emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and intellectual intelligence variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Primary Koperasi Iqro (PRIMKOPIQ) employees. This is based on the results of the f-test with an ftable value of 3.27 while the fcount value is 14.701.

Abstract

The mining sector is an industrial sector characterized by capital and technology-intensive business characteristics, and cannot be renewed. Companies that implement Green Accounting are business entities that prioritize environmental sustainability in their operations and financial management. Companies that are committed to environmental performance not only consider financial aspects, but also pay attention to the ecological impacts of their operational activities. This study aims to evaluate the effect of the implementation of Green Accounting and Environmental Performance on the Financial Performance of Mining Companies in the Coal sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used are secondary data from the annual financial reports of companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2023. This study covers a population of 8 companies, with a sample of 40 data. The method used is descriptive statistics. The results of the partial t-test show that Green Accounting and Environmental Performance do not affect the Company's Financial Performance individually. However, the F test shows that Green Accounting and Environmental Performance simultaneously affect the Company's Financial Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to identify variables that can influence purchasing decisions mediated by trust. This research approach is quantitative-descriptive. Sampling used a purposive sampling method to achieve a sample size based on the Lemeshow formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google Form. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hypothesis testing shows that brand ambassadors and brand awareness influence trust and purchasing decisions. Trust is able to mediate the influence of brand ambassadors and brand awareness on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study was conducted on employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Solok Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Solok Regency. With a sample of 53 respondents studied using the total sampling method. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be interpreted that Motivation partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the t test with a significant value of t count 6.255> t table 1.990 in the significance level value, 0.000 <0.05. So it can be interpreted that Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that the Work Environment partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the t test with a significant value of t count 7.133> t table 1.990 and a significance level value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance. It can be concluded that simultaneously Motivation and Work Environment have a significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Solok Regency. This is proven by using the F test with a significant value of f count 57.434> f table 3.11 and the significant value produced is 0.000 and this value is much smaller than a (0.05). This can also be seen from the R Square value obtained 0.590 or 59% and the remaining 41% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of Service Quality and Price on Purchase Decisions Through Customer Satisfaction as Mediation in Retail Building Stores in Sekayu City. This type of research is Associative. The variables used by the researcher were the variables of service quality, price, satisfaction and purchase decisions. The sample in this study is Customers as Mediation in Retail Building Stores in Sekayu City which amounted to 100 people who were selected by Accidentail Sampling. The data used in this study is primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis technique used is Structural Modeling Equation (SEM) with the Lisrel Program Application. The results of this study show that: (1) Service quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in Retail Building Stores in Sekayu City. (2) Price has an effect but not significantly on Customer Satisfaction at Retail Building Stores in Sekayu City. (3) Service quality has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions at Retail Building Stores in Sekayu City. (4) Price has an effect but not significantly on the Purchase Decision at Retail Building Stores in Sekayu City. (5) Customer Satisfaction has a Significant Effect on Purchase Decisions at Retail Building Stores in the City of Sekayu Consumer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects on audit quality in Food and Beverage Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2023 Period consisting of factors such as company size, audit period, and audit committee. The secondary data source for this study is the financial statements of companies in the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2023 period. A total of 21 companies that met the sample selection requirements became the research sample. Logistic regression analysis is the method used for data analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, audit quality in Food and Beverage Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2023 Period is simultaneously influenced by company size, audit tenure, and audit committee. In Food and Beverage Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2023 Period, company size has a partial effect on audit quality. Audit tenure does not have a partial effect on audit quality in Food and Beverage Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. For the 2020–2023 Period, companies in the Food and Beverage Subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were partially impacted by audit quality from the audit committee.

Abstract

Students' decisions in choosing a university are influenced by the brand image and internet marketing carried out by the agency/company. The use of data collection in this research is the purposive sampling method, with the Heirs formula, namely 20 indicators x 10, namely 200 sampling, the analytical tool used in the research is Smart Pls 3.0, the findings obtained in this research are positive Brand Image and are significant for student decisions Choosing Malahayati University, social media is positive and significant for the decision to choose students at Malahayati University, Website is positive and significant for the decision to choose Malahayati University, advice obtained from research results, website maintenance which is sometimes late compared to social media for the latest information in providing information on the website . The results that have been obtained by websites that do not provide the latest information for information seekers do not provide information that is comprehensive and easy to understand. This must be taken into greater consideration by information seekers in searching for information for universities. The results that have been obtained are that the latest information meets the needs they have Information seekers want via social media to not be able to provide information quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The method used in this study is the experimental and descriptive method, namely description, explanation, and analysis. The population in this study were housewives in the Musi Hilir River Basin Area, Palembang City, which consists of the base zone, namely Gandus Village, the middle zone, namely 7 Ulu Village and 16 Ilir Village, while the end zone is Sungai Lais Village. The samples taken in this study were for the base zone, middle zone and end zone. Determination of the sample in this study used the purposive sampling method, meaning that there is a specific purpose to describe a particular social symptom or social problem. from the study obtained that the perception of housewives based on education experienced differences, the understanding of housewives based on education did not differ and the attitude of housewives based on education had a good attitude towards managing aquatic ecosystems.
