Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of increasing the social inquiry model on elementary social studies education courses for students of the PGSD Study Program at the University of Flores. This research method is quasi-experimental. The population in this study was 75 students in the 1st and 2nd semesters of the PGSD Study Program at Flores University and the research sample was 32 students. The experimental class uses a social inquiry model with orientation steps, formulating problems, formulating hypotheses, collecting data, testing hypotheses, and formulating conclusions. Use of data using tests. Data analysis used the independent t test. The results of the research show that the social inquiry learning model has an influence on the learning of elementary social studies subjects in students of the PGSD Study Program at the University of Flores, with a calculated value of -26.455 with a significance level of 0.05 and df = n-2 = (42-2) = 40, significance 0.000 < 0.05 then Hodi is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the formation of social caring character through learning Social Sciences at SDI Ende 14, Mautapaga Village, East Ende District, Ende Flores Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this research were interviews, observation and documentation as well as questionnaires. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the formation of a socially caring character through learning Social Sciences is able to change the character of students for the better. Apart from learning in class, social care character formation is carried out through direct learning practices. After getting the theory from the teacher and being able to practice it in direct learning, students apply the character of social care, it becomes a habit and becomes a culture at SDI Ende 14, Mautapaga Village, East Ende District, Ende Flores Regency, East Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

This research is entitled Comparative Study between Jump Shoot and Shooting in Place Using Two Hands Above the Head in Basketball Games among Male Students at Tarvid Ende High School in 2023. The method used is Expost Facto research, Expost facto is a research method where manipulation (treatment) of the independent variable has been carried out. happened previously so that the research does not need to provide further treatment, just the effect on the dependent variable. The researcher can draw the following conclusion: "There is a difference between jump shooting and shooting on the spot using two hands above the head in the basketball game for class X boys at Tarvid Ende High School in 2023." (3.918 > 2.069) with degrees of freedom (db) = (N-1) = 24 – 1 = 23 and at a significance level of 5%. Thus, the t-test value obtained in the research is significant, so the null hypothesis (Ho) is reads: "There is no comparison between jumpshooting and shooting on the spot using two hands above the head in a basketball game for class in place of using two hands above the head in a basketball game for class X male students at Tarvid Ende High School in 2023 "accepted.

Abstract

This research is an implementation of the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model assisted by LKPD QR Code as a form of innovation in the learning and teaching process. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes in science subjects using the PBL learning model assisted by LKPD QR Code. This research was carried out for 1 month starting from 26 July to 25 August 2023, on 19 class V students of SD Negeri 1 Lalalinggah. This research procedure was carried out in 2 cycles with research methods using quantitative methods. In the initial research, it was found that 13 students out of 19 students scored less than 65. However, in subsequent learning activities through the PBL learning model assisted by LKPD QR Code, student learning outcomes could be improved. This can be seen from the average score before treatment which was 57.63. Meanwhile in cycle I the average score of students increased to 62.00 and in cycle II the average score of students' abilities increased to 72.55.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' writing skills and improve mastery of sentence patterns and vocabulary in learning English and improve students' writing learning outcomes, especially in class X of SMK Negeri 1 Ende, Mautapaga Village, East Ende District, Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The subjects of this research were 39 students of class X- SMK Negeri 1 Ende. This research was carried out in three cycles, namely cycle I presented short message texts with the topic "Announcement", while cycles II and III presented descriptive texts with the topic "Description of people or things". In both cycles using the EGRU-based Literacy learning model, the results of data analysis showed that the average writing test score in cycle I was 65.38, the average writing test score in cycle II was 70.83 and in cycle III was 74.84. In cycle I there were 56.41% of students classified as active and very active, in cycle II there were 97.44% of students classified as active and very active, while in cycle III all students appeared active. Based on the student response questionnaire, out of 39 people, 36 people stated that they agreed to use EGRU in learning English, especially writing. Based on this classroom action research, EGRU has a big influence on students' writing activities, skills and learning outcomes. Therefore, it is hoped that similar teachers will use EGRU with a literacy approach in learning English, especially writing.

Abstract

The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Based on the research that has been carried out, it is concluded that alternative strategies in building the economic independence of students at the Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Islamic Boarding School are carried out using several empowerment models, including; First, the model for economic empowerment of students by fostering the potential/intellectual development of students, Second, the model for empowering students through activity programs launched by the Entrepreneur Islamic Boarding School, Third, the Model of empowerment through Social and Moral. Referring to the three empowerment models above, economic development of santri through PesantrenPreneur at STIES Riyadlul Jannah, PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto is the first step to build the economic independence of Islamic boarding school students by utilizing Islamic boarding school students as objects for sharia business management.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) describe Islamic boarding school-based school management in developing students' academic and non-academic achievements. (2) describe the principal's strategy in developing students' academic and non-academic achievements, (3) describe the success of Islamic boarding school-based school management in developing students' academic and non-academic achievements at SMPIT Nurul Islam Tengaran.This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were the principal, teachers and students of SMPIT Nurul Islam Tengaran. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in the following stages: obtaining data, data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The research results show that; (1) Islamic boarding school-based school management implemented by SMPIT Nurul Islam to develop students' academic and non-academic achievements has shown that the system is working well. (2) The strategy carried out by the school principal is realized through several activities, namely by providing tutoring to students, developing students' talents and potential through student activities, developing student learning activities, upgrading competition coaches, and providing motivation to students. (3) The success of Islamic boarding school-based school management in developing the academic and non-academic achievements of SMPIT Nurul Islam Tengaran students is due to the increase in the number of students and the many types of achievements achieved by the school.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of educators' professional ethics. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the quality of education management at the Darul Ma'arif Islamic Boarding School in Rejang Lebong. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection uses in-depth interview techniques and documentation. The data analysis technique uses a conclusion drawing technique by identifying various special characteristics of a message in an objective, systematic and generalist manner. The research results show that the professional ethical role of educators in Islamic boarding schools has been well developed. Professional ethics have been determined based on the principal's policy when determining the curriculum and recruiting teaching staff. The boarding school leadership determines the quality components and quality of activities as well as the activity implementers who can manage the education management at the Darul Ma'arif Rejang Lebong Islamic Boarding School. This is proven to be able to apply the professional ethical role of educators well. This research also found that the quality of education management at the Darul Ma'arif Rejang Lebong Islamic Boarding School is running well, which can be seen from the activities that have been carried out. There are regulations for teaching staff and students who have good consistency and direction in carrying out professional education management.​

Abstract

This evaluation research aims to evaluate the competence of matriculation teachers at Tribuana Kalabahi University which is based on student assessments to assess the competence of matriculation teachers in carrying out the learning process in the classroom which includes pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence. This evaluation activity is a routine activity carried out by LPM with the aim of ensuring that learning activities carried out by matriculation teachers have been carried out in accordance with the plans, objectives and standards or targets that have been set. This study uses a type of evaluation research with a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population in this study is 502 new students who took part in matriculation activities spread across 11 study programs at Tribuana Kalabahi University with data collection techniques using an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics with percentage calculation techniques. The evaluation results show that in general the competency of matriculation lecturers can be concluded that the overall perception of respondents towards the 28 matriculation lecturers received a positive response with an average percentage score of 82.29% or in the High category. Pedagogical competence 81.14%, professional competence 82.55%, personality competence 83.80% and social competence 83.65%.

Abstract

MI Alam Ali Thaibah is a formal school that employs the natural school curriculum as its primary curriculum. In the teaching and learning process, the natural school curriculum is integrated with the national curriculum. The concept of the natural school combines three pillars of education: faith, knowledge, and leadership, as reflected in the vision and mission of MI Alam Ali Thaibah. The school envisions producing leaders who are devout, knowledgeable, and possess noble character, becoming a source of blessing for the entire universe. The mission includes fostering students' awareness of their responsibilities as servants of Allah, creating an environment that upholds moral values, instilling religious habits, preparing students to be trustworthy leaders, providing basic entrepreneurship education for student independence, developing effective communication skills, honing emotional intelligence in interactions, facilitating students to acquire extensive knowledge, and instilling awareness of the importance of preserving the environment.implementation of ZPD Lesson Plan (RPP) in MI Alam Ali Thaibah in Cibitung - Bekasi.this research employed qualitative research, the result show that the target audience for this community service activity is the teachers of MI Alam Ali Thaibah in Cibitung - Bekasi. The presentation of community service material for these teachers includes lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises with question and answer sessions. Lectures are used to explain introductory concepts and theories of teaching media, demonstrations illustrate the stages of creating RPP using the ZPD method, and question and answer sessions provide participants with the opportunity to consult on overcoming challenges in implementing teaching techniques.
