<![CDATA[In an era of globalization that continues to develop with increasingly fierce competition, the teaching and academic profession has become a key element in ensuring the sustainability of a country's educational aspects. Teachers and academics in the field of education are individuals who have a big responsibility to lead educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, in providing education to students from generation to generation. The balance between work and personal life, often referred to as work-life balance, has become an increasingly important topic in discussions about workplace well-being. This research aims to deepen the analysis of teachers and academics in their efforts to achieve balance between demanding work lives and diverse personal lives. Through a phenomenological approach, we will explore the world of teachers and academics from their own perspective, understanding their feelings, thoughts and experiences in facing these challenges. Based on the results of this research, it shows that work life balance in the teaching profession and academics who work in the educational environment can be achieved with various supporting and inhibiting factors. Primarily, the biggest supporting factor in achieving work-life balance is determined by self-management in dividing needs in the world of work and in the personal world such as home and family. This self-management certainly cannot be measured by the same standards because of the similarities between the teaching and academic professions, between one individual and another individual who has different backgrounds, positions and responsibilities. Therefore, the work life balance expected for each individual is certainly different from one individual to another.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the role of Values, Attitudes and Job Satisfaction in organizations. This research is a literature study with a descriptive analysis approach. Meanwhile, the data source used is all literature regarding the role of values, attitudes and job satisfaction in the organizational context. The data is then collected and processed into research results. Data validity is carried out by source triangulation, namely comparing data obtained from various sources. This research shows that the role of values, attitudes and job satisfaction is proven to have a significant dominant influence. The results of this research indicate an increase in satisfaction among organizational members, which can be achieved by encouraging strong work motivation and strengthening commitment to the organization based on organizational cultural values. This effort can be started by creating a conducive work environment; The organization is able to provide all facilities that support the smooth running of learning and teaching. To improve the quality of human resources, apart from effective management, high discipline is required from all members of the organization.]]>

<![CDATA[Decision making is a human cognitive process that results in selecting beliefs or actions among several available alternative options, either rationally or irrationally. In organizations, decision making is a factor that really determines the success of the organization in achieving its stated goals. Decision making is also one of the functions of a leader, therefore every leader must be aware of his strategic position and at the same time strive to be able to make every decision correctly and with quality. Apart from having to master various decision-making techniques, he must also be able to implement them correctly. Because in the end it is the subordinates who will implement every decision taken, the involvement of subordinates in every decision-making process must always be sought. In reality, the color of the decisions taken by a leader will really depend on the style he adopts, but every leader needs to realize that the situation faced is not always the same for everyone. <![CDATA[This research aims to: (1) determine whether or not there is an influence of vocabulary mastery on the exposition writing ability of class X SMA Negeri Se-Kota Yogyakarta (2) determine whether or not there is an influence of mastery of Indonesian grammar on the ability to write expositions of class X SMA Negeri Se-Kota Yogyakarta, and (3) determine whether or not there is an influence of mastery of Indonesian vocabulary and grammar on the ability to write expositions of class This research is ex-post facto research. The research subjects were students class X SMA Negeri Se-Kota Yogyakarta. Sampling used a stratified random sampling technique with a total of 345 students taken. Data collection was carried out using ability tests including vocabulary, grammar and expository writing. Data analysis uses product moment correlation analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The level of error in the analysis results is determined at 5%. The results of the research show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of vocabulary mastery on expository writing ability class X student of SMA Negeri se-Kota Yogyakarta with a calculated r value of 0.164, r table of 0.098, relative contribution of 30.29% and effective contribution of 1.82%; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of mastery of Indonesian grammar on the exposition writing ability of class X student SMA Negeri se-Kota Yogyakarta which is indicated by the calculated r value of 0.221, r table of 0.098, relative contribution of 69.71% and effective contribution of 4.18%; (3) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the mastery of Indonesian vocabulary and grammar on the exposition writing ability of class X student SMA Negeri se-Kota Yogyakarta indicated by an F value of 10.950, a regression coefficient (R) of 0.245, and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.060. This means that 6% of expository writing ability is influenced by mastery of vocabulary and grammar, while the remaining 94% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine and analyze the role of school principals in improving teacher professionality, the obstacles faced by school principals in increasing teacher professionality, what efforts the principal makes to increase teacher professionality at Al Azhar 4 Islamic High School Kemang Pratama. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative research. This research was written by describing or describing what the researcher saw and found. The subjects in this research were school principals, curriculum representatives, teachers and students. The results of this research show that the role of the principal in increasing the professionality of teachers at Al Azhar 4 Islamic High School Kemang Pratama Bekasi is The principal plays a role as a leader in directing and providing direction to teachers. They are responsible for designing professional development strategies, providing training, and providing support to improve teachers' skills and knowledge. The principal also plays a role in creating a school environment that supports professional growth. Obstacles occur due to limited resources, resistance to change from some teachers, heavy workload demands, time constraints, lack of support from the education center. Techniques for increasing the professional competence of School Principals include regular training, individual approaches in developing teacher professionality, collaboration between teachers for the exchange of experiences.]]>

<![CDATA[The Education Unit is a place where educated and knowledgeable future generations of the nation are created, because there is a learning process from educators to mature children into people of high character, not only at school but can be applied in everyday life. However, the purpose of this educational unit sometimes does not meet expectations, there are still cases of problems that come from schools due to a lack of absorption of the values and norms taught by educators. The research study was carried out by means of a literature study with a narrative literature review approach. Based on the researcher's analysis, there are several efforts that can be made in schools, namely 1) a teacher approach by providing education and advice that can shape an educated personality so as to avoid bullying, 2) asking for help from other fellow teachers when it cannot be done personally, 3) installing anti-bullying posters in every corner of the school as a form of socialization, 4) assistance from Babinkamtibmas in providing education on the impact of bullying, and 5) assistance from social services in the form of rehabilitation activities for children who are deemed to experience social barriers in socializing.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out and describe whether there is an influence of Torso Media on improving the learning achievement of science subjects at fourth grade students, at SD YPK Elim Malanu, Sorong City. In this study, researchers used a multiple choice test which was given twice (pretest and posttest) to 32 students as the research sample. The method used is a quantitative method, with data analysis techniques using the paired sample t test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of Torso Media on improving the learning outcomes of science subjects at fourth grade students. It was seen from 13,806>2.0422, or tcount > ttable, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is the using of Torso media has a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes in science subjects and based on the sig value, namely 0.00 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there is an average difference between the pre-test and post-test, and there is an influence from learning using Torso Media on Learning outcomes of fourth grade students at YPK Elim Malanu Elementary School, Sorong City.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning media is one of the tools used to achieve learning. It is kind of visual or audio. Learning media is easy to understand the material from teacher’s explanation. This research is quantitative method with pre-experimental design. The sample of this research is the third students and the total number is 20 students. To analyse the data is used SPSS application to calculate the result of pre-test and post-test. Based on the result, the average of post-test score is 87.30 with the standard deviation 4.74 and the average of pre-test score is 72.75 with standard deviation 6.27. It means that those scores are calculated statistically to get the score of ttable 0.10 and the significant of paired samples test is 0.00 < 0.05, it indicates that there is an improvement of experimental class that uses comic media in writing sentence. The use of comic media can help the student in writing sentence and students motivate in learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[In this paper, the author wants to examine the development of the benefits of Gili Sulat mangrove ecotourism in relation to the concept of blue carbon which can be integrated into efforts to develop ecotourism on sustainable coasts and waters. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out by interviews using questionnaires, focus group discussions and observation of all activities in the Gili Sulat ecotourism area. Secondary data was obtained by searching literature and publications carried out by relevant agencies and documenting research results. Interview techniques using questionnaires were carried out to be more efficient in identifying the parameters to be analyzed and to find out the respondents' desires. The aquatic ecosystem on Gili Sulat is very beneficial for the people of Tekaloq hamlet, Sugian village as protection from disasters, such as abrasion, erosion, high waves. The link between blue carbon and ecotourism can be a strong measuring tool to support the preservation of coastal and aquatic ecosystems. Increasing public awareness about environmental conservation, ecotourism, and the role of blue carbon in mitigating climate change is very important to achieve sustainability and is a step in increasing public awareness and knowledge that can be carried out by stakeholders in collaboration with experts and environmental activists. By increasing public awareness and sustainable management efforts, it is hoped that it can support ecotourism activities which can make a significant contribution to mitigating climate change through the blue carbon concept.]]>
