Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of teaching experience, educational level, and training on teacher performance. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed in this research. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers as research respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The measurement model (outer model) indicates that all research indicators meet the validity and reliability criteria, as reflected by factor loading values, composite reliability, and average variance extracted exceeding the required thresholds. Furthermore, the structural model (inner model) testing reveals that teaching experience and training have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while educational level shows a positive but insignificant effect. The coefficient of determination indicates that teacher performance can be moderately explained by the independent variables included in the model. These findings suggest that practical experience and competency enhancement through training play a more dominant role than formal educational background in improving teacher performance. The results are consistent with Abdul Kadir’s findings, which emphasize that professional competence development and teaching experience significantly contribute to improving teacher performance and learning quality. This study is expected to provide valuable insights for educational policymakers in designing more effective and sustainable teacher development programs.

Abstract

Warehouse operations are increasingly required to deliver high levels of accuracy, speed, and real-time visibility in response to growing supply chain complexity and customer expectations. However, conventional barcode-based warehouse management systems remain constrained by line-of-sight scanning, sequential data capture, and heavy reliance on manual intervention, which often lead to inventory inaccuracies and operational inefficiencies. This study investigates the implementation of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology integrated with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to enhance inventory accuracy and operational performance in warehouse environments. Using a case-based experimental research design, the study compares warehouse performance before and after RFID implementation across key processes, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. Operational data were collected through time studies, inventory audits, and error tracking under comparable workload conditions. The results demonstrate that RFID integration significantly improves overall inventory accuracy, reduces processing time by more than half, and decreases operational error rates by approximately eighty percent compared to a conventional barcode-based system. These improvements are primarily driven by automatic, non-line-of-sight, and simultaneous data capture enabled by RFID, which minimizes human intervention and ensures real-time synchronization between physical goods movement and digital inventory records. This research contributes empirical system-level evidence on the performance impact of RFID-enabled warehousing and proposes an integrated RFID–WMS implementation framework that supports end-to-end warehouse operations. The findings provide both theoretical insights and practical guidance for organizations seeking to adopt RFID as a foundation for smart warehouse transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of truck drivers at PT Manggala Kiat Ananda, East Java area. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to truck drivers as respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that partially, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on truck drivers’ performance. Meanwhile, work motivation does not have a significant partial effect on performance. However, simultaneously, leadership style and work motivation significantly influence truck drivers’ performance. These findings suggest that drivers’ performance is more strongly influenced by structural and leadership factors than by individual motivational aspects alone. In a work environment characterized by standardized procedures and strict operational regulations, effective leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing discipline, responsibility, and work compliance. This study implies that transportation companies should strengthen operational leadership capacity and manage work motivation in an integrated manner to sustain performance improvement.
