Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio profitabilitas yaitu Gross Profit margin dan Return on Equity serta rasio aktivitas yaitu Total Aset Turnover dan Working Capital Turnover memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan ritel di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian terdapat 10 perusahaan ritel yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2008 sampai 2020 menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pada variabel Gross Profit Margin, Return on Equity dan Total Aset Turnover memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan ritel sedangkan untuk variabel Working Capital Turnover tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan ritel di Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi harga saham perusahaan sehingga para investor dapat melakukan investasi secara tepat. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of MSMEs in the furniture industry in the city of Makassar. MSME players, especially the furniture industry, are growing rapidly and innovatively, so that the market demands them to have the ability to compete in marketing their products. A quantitative approach is used in this study. The research method uses the associative method, which aims to explain the causal relationship or cause and effect and the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. The research population is the owner of the furniture industry in Makassar. By using saturated sampling method in distributing questionnaires. The data analysis tool used is SPSS. The conclusion of the study shows that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Furniture industry business owners continue to innovate, be proactive and dare to take risks as a competitive effort in winning the market.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid 19 diketahui telah melanda dunia termasuk Indonesia hingga saat ini. Hal tersebut berdampak memengaruhi pasar saham maupun pertumbuhan ekonomi. Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) pun pernah mengalami penurunan, pertumbuhan ekonomi sempat terganggu. Mengamati sejauh mana ketangguhan kinerja fundamental saham-saham perushaaan yang masuk indeks LQ45 dalam melalui pandemi Covid-19 menjadi suatu hal yang menarik buat dicermati. Saham indeks LQ45 merupakan indeks dari Bursa Efek Indonesia yang diberikan terhadap kinerja 45 saham yang memiliki likuiditas tinggi, kapitalisasi pasar besar serta fundamental perusahaan yang baik. Sehingga kerap menjadi pilihan pertimbangan bagi para investor buat berinvestasi. Dalam mengukur ketangguhan saham-saham ini penulis menggunakan data saham yang terindeks LQ 45 pada bursa efek Indonesia dari periode 2015 hingga awal tahun 2022.Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan tenik purposive sampling yang melalui pengecekan data seleksi terbaru indeks LQ 45 terbaru hingga awal tahun 2022. Maka diperolehlah data sampel berupa 11 emiten saham terindeks LQ 45 yang memenuhi kriteria berikut: 1) Perusahaan dalam kurun waktu tujuh tahun secara konsisten terindeks LQ45 dari periode 2015 sampai dengan 2021; 2) Perusahaan yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan tahunan selama periode tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2021 secara berturut-turut; 3) Perusahaan pada sektor non finansial; 4) Laporan keuangan disajikan dalam mata uang rupiah. Rasio yang digunakan dalam penelitian analisis fundamental ini ialah EPS, PER, DER, ROA, ROE dan PBV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari semua indikator yang digunakan maka emiten saham peringkat terbaik untuk indikator PER, ROA dan ROE diraih oleh emiten saham PTBA, peringkat terbaik EPS diraih oleh emiten saham INDF, peringkat terbaik DER diraih oleh emiten saham KLBF dan peringkat terbaik PBV diraih oleh emiten saham PTPP. Abstract

This article aimed to review academic research work carried out in the field of financial technology, and to analyze customer experience in the fintech sector. Fintech is a dynamic and innovative field that takes full advantage of advances in information and communication technology. The concept of customer experience was multidimensional, analyzed from multiple perspectives, and with different valence across different industries. Based on a stimulus approach where the customer experience in fintech was the result of customer evaluation of the stimuli proposed by the fintech company. Using equation modeling, articles sourced from journals were taken from the database using Harzing's Publish or Perish (PoP). The results showed that perceived value, customer support, assurance, speed, and perceived company innovation were related to the customer experience at fintech. In turn, the customer experience related to customer loyalty intentions. Keywords: customer experience, customer loyalty, fintech, financial company innovation.

Abstract

Quality is the most basic thing in an industry, especially for the dairy and dairy products industry. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a system used to implement standards for quality improvement and is the company's commitment to quality development which involves all elements of employees so that they can compete globally. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of TQM implementation on customer satisfaction at the operational division of PT Frisian Flag Indonesia (FFI). PT FFI is a manufacturer of dairy-based nutritional products for children in Indonesia under the Frisian Flag brand, which is also known as Susu Bendera. The research method used is descriptive qualitative data analysis obtained through observation, interviews and documentation to be used to strengthen the data when comparing theory with implementation in the field. The results showed that the implementation of TQM at PT FFI had a 61% effect on reducing customer complaints. However, in practice, employee involvement must still be a concern because there are still employees who do not play an active role in implementing TQM, while the principles and components of TQM explain that the active involvement of all employees is required. Abstract

Local Indonesian cosmetic products are currently starting to dominate in their own country, there are many choices of cosmetic / skincare products in Indonesia, only those that carry the concept of eco branding are still small, even though currently young people in Indonesia have a very high interest in environmental concepts, and this used by some cosmetic manufacturers by promoting environmentally friendly cosmetic products. Of course the eco-branding concept applied aims to increase trust and interest in buying products. This is certainly an interesting theme to study. This research method uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis of literature reviews in national journals systematically from eco-branding theory using the Publish or Perish application and VOS Viewer. The results of the study show that eight Indonesian local cosmetics have fulfilled aspects of the eco-branding theory. Keywords: Eco Branding, Cosmetic Products, Environmentally Friendly

Abstract

Abstrak: Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah jenis usaha yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, harus terus mengembangkan usahanya dengan memahami faktorfaktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui hubungan modal usaha dengan perkembangan usaha. Data bersumber dari pelaku UMKM di sekitar Pantai Slopeng dengan responden sebanyak 50. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dari modal usaha terhadap perkembangan usaha UMKM di wilayah pesisir Madura.. Kata kunci: Modal Usaha, Perkembangan Usaha, UMKM

Abstract

Abstrak: Fenomena minum kopi telah menjadi lifestyle dari berbagai kalangan. Dibuktikan dengan data konsumsi kopi yang terus meningkat dari tahun 2016-2021. Hal ini yang kemudian memunculkan banyaknya usaha yang berjalan di bidang industri kafe. Oleh karenanya, terciptalah persaingan bisnis antar pelaku bisnis kafe, yang mana membuat mereka harus melakukan pengelolaan risiko agar dapat bertahan pada industri tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan identifikasi manajemen dan sumber risiko, melakukan penilaian terhadap kemungkinan risiko dan dampaknya, serta penanggulangan yang dapat dilakukan. Adapun objek yang diteliti adalah Kedai Kopi dan Rempah Trem, dengan proses analisis menggunakan metode RSCA. Dalam hal ini, didapatkanlah hasil bahwa terdapat tiga belas hal kemungkinan risiko yang dapat mengganggu efektivitas kafe, yang terbagi ke dalam tiga klasifikasi faktor, seperti faktor alam, manusia, serta sistem dan infrastruktur. Menimbang frekuensi kejadian dan dampak yang ditimbulkan, risiko yang tergolong ke dalam level tertinggi adalah human error dan ketidakpuasan pelanggan, dengan penanggulangannya adalah menerapkan konsep human awareness, quality control, dan menyediakan kotak saran. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of tourist attraction, accessibility, and tourist satisfaction on the cultural tourism object of Taman Tujuh Hiang Sakti Village, Sitinjau Laut District, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. The type of data used is primary data is quantitative. The primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to tourists who visited the cultural tourism object of Taman Tujuh Hiang Sakti Village. Respondents amounted to 80 people. The results showed that the demographic characteristics of visitors to the Taman Tujuh cultural tour were the majority aged 17-27 years, were female, had an undergraduate degree and were students. Based on multiple regression analysis, it shows that the variable tourist attraction (X1) Accessibility (X2) and Tourist Satisfaction (X3) have a significant effect on Interest in Returning to the cultural tourism object Taman Tujuh Hiang Sakti village. This research has implications that Hiang Sakti village needs to carry out more intensive promotions and offer even better wosata product offers.
