Abstract

This study examined the influence of awareness and perception on digital change communication and its impact on the transfer of management of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Rail Link. The service, initially managed by PT Railink in 2018, was officially transferred to PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) in 2023 as part of efforts to improve public transportation integration in the Greater Jakarta area. A quantitative approach with inferential statistical analysis was employed to test the relationships among the variables. The findings revealed that awareness did not significantly affect digital change communication, indicating that the level of awareness alone was not sufficient to enhance communication effectiveness. In contrast, perception significantly influenced digital change communication, showing that positive public perceptions could strengthen digital communication efforts. Furthermore, digital change communication had a significant effect on the transfer of management, emphasizing its crucial role in facilitating organizational transitions. The conclusion highlighted that effective digital communication strategies were essential in ensuring smooth management transitions in public transportation services.

Abstract

Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) is one of the government’s initiatives to improve school children’s nutrition and reduce stunting rates in Indonesia. However, its implementation in West Bandung Regency still faces various challenges. The occurrence of mass food poisoning among students after consuming MBG meals highlights weak food quality monitoring, limited resources, and suboptimal coordination between schools, food providers, and related agencies. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the MBG program in West Bandung Regency using a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings reveal that the MBG program has not been fully implemented in accordance with the expected standards. The main inhibiting factors include weak monitoring systems, lack of food safety education, and inadequate cross-sectoral collaboration. Therefore, strengthening monitoring mechanisms, enhancing implementers’ capacity, and encouraging community involvement are essential to ensure that the MBG program is safe, healthy, and sustainable.

Abstract

The progression of digitization requires commercial entities, especially state-owned enterprises (SOEs), to improve online sales optimization. This study investigates the influence of service quality, product quality, and pricing on customer loyalty, mediated by customer satisfaction, in online wood product sales via Toko Perhutani (PoTP). The sample consisted of 128 active PoTP clients from the Commercial Wood Business Unit in West Java and Banten, obtained by selective sampling. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.0. The results demonstrate that the quality of services and products positively affects consumer satisfaction, although does not directly foster loyalty. Customer satisfaction acts as a vital intermediate between service and product quality concerning loyalty, but price significantly impacts loyalty directly, regardless of satisfaction mediation. The results highlight the crucial impact of pricing on consumer loyalty in SOE e-commerce, suggesting that competitive pricing strategies, along with improvements in service and product quality, can promote both satisfaction and loyalty. This study provides theoretical insights into e-commerce consumer loyalty and practical recommendations for Perum Perhutani concerning its digital transformation

Abstract

The agricultural sector faces significant challenges due to increasing pressure on natural resources and the need for more sustainable production systems. The linear economic model that has dominated agricultural activities has led to high levels of waste and decreased resource efficiency. In this context, implementing a circular economy is a strategic step towards creating an efficient, environmentally friendly, and competitive agricultural system. This study aims to analyze how technology integration can strengthen the implementation of a circular economy in sustainable agricultural waste management. The study used a qualitative approach, collecting data from various sources, including previous research, policy reports, and scientific publications relevant to the theme of sustainable agriculture. The data obtained were then analyzed thematically to identify the relationship between technology implementation, policy, and multi-stakeholder collaboration in supporting a circular agricultural system. The results show that transforming agricultural systems toward resource efficiency requires strong support from digital technology, adaptive public policies, and active community participation in waste management. In addition to increasing farmer productivity and welfare, a circular system also strengthens local economic resilience and environmental sustainability. Therefore, technology integration in a circular agricultural economy is a crucial pillar for realizing modern agriculture that is equitable, inclusive, and long-term resilient.

Abstract

Burn injuries are a major clinical concern due to their complex pathophysiology, prolonged recovery, and risk of complications. Conventional therapies, although widely applied, often present limitations such as delayed healing, microbial resistance, cytotoxicity, and adverse effects, thereby necessitating the search for safer and more effective alternatives. Natural products have attracted considerable attention as sources of bioactive compounds that may accelerate tissue repair while minimizing complications. Papaya (Carica papaya L.) root has been traditionally recognized for its antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory activities, yet its therapeutic potential in burn wound management remains underexplored compared to other plant-derived agents. This study was designed to formulate and evaluate a topical gel containing papaya root extract as a candidate therapy for second-degree burns. The gel was prepared through ethanol extraction and standard pharmaceutical formulation, followed by in vivo evaluation in experimental models. Parameters assessed included wound contraction, epithelialization period, and expression of molecular markers relevant to inflammation and angiogenesis, particularly TNF-α and VEGF. Results demonstrated that papaya root gel enhanced wound closure, tissue regeneration, and neovascularization compared to control, suggesting its ability to modulate inflammatory pathways, reduce oxidative stress, and stimulate vascular remodeling. These findings provide evidence that papaya root extract represents a promising, accessible, and cost-effective therapeutic approach for burn wound healing, with potential advantages over conventional agents. Further studies, including clinical trials, are recommended to validate efficacy and ensure safety for human application.

Abstract

This paper discusses the implementation of the concept of Tarbiyah in the formation of early childhood character at TAUD SaQu Arinal Haq Bandung. The background of this research departs from the phenomenon of declining values of politeness, empathy, and increasing aggressive behavior in society, so that educational intervention is needed during the golden age (0–6 years) as a crucial phase of character formation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the subjects of school principals, teachers, and students. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of Tarbiyah is carried out through routine activities such as greetings and prayers, daily dhikr, congregational Dhuha prayers, the use of thayyibah sentences, recitations of the Qur'an with the At-Tibyan method, as well as learning aqidah and fiqh. This practice is effective in fostering discipline, responsibility, empathy, and love for the Qur'an and Islamic teachings. Thus, Tarbiyah has proven to play a fundamental role in shaping children's character and personality holistically through habituation of Islamic behavior and exemplary in a religious and fun learning environment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on firm value with financial performance (Return on Equity/ROE) as a moderating variable. This study focuses on financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period to determine how corporate governance mechanisms and profitability interact to influence firm value. This research employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis. The sample consists of 105 financial sector observed from 2020 to 2024, resulting in 524 unbalanced panel observations. The model estimation applies the Random Effect Model (REM) based on the results of the Lagrange Multiplier (LM) and Hausman tests. The variables analyzed include independent commissioners (JDKI), audit committee (KA), institutional ownership (KI), and financial performance (ROE), with interaction terms (JDKIROE, KAROE, KI*ROE) used to test moderation effects. The empirical results reveal that institutional ownership (KI) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV), indicating that higher institutional ownership improves market perception through better monitoring and governance. Conversely, the audit committee (KA) shows a negative and significant effect on firm value, suggesting that an ineffective audit committee may reduce investor confidence. The independent commissioner (JDKI) and ROE have no significant direct effects on firm value. The moderation test indicates that ROE does not significantly moderate the relationship between JDKI, KI, and firm value, but slightly moderates the relationship between the audit committee and firm value, implying that profitability can weaken the negative effect of audit committees on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of law and the form of liability of offenders in collective narcotics crimes as reflected in the District Court Decision of Mentok Number 35/Pid.Sus/2025/PN Mtk. The research method used is normative legal research with a case approach and statutory approach. The primary data are obtained from court decisions and Law Number 35 of 2009 on Narcotics, supported by secondary legal materials such as legal literature and academic journals. The results show that Article 114 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) point 1 of the Indonesian Penal Code was applied to prosecute the defendants who collectively committed the illegal distribution of Class I narcotics in the form of 55 kilograms of marijuana. Although the defendants had different levels of involvement, the court imposed heavy collective sentences, reasoning that their participation was active and organized. Nevertheless, the proportionality of sentencing among the defendants remains a legal concern regarding the implementation of the principle of justice in criminal law. This finding emphasizes the importance of assessing the degree of culpability and individual role in determining criminal liability within collective narcotics offenses.
