A valid and accepted scientific methodology must be applied. Journal of Aafiyah Health Research (JAHR) is published by the Postgraduate Program in Public Health, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. The publication is issued twice a year (June and December). JAHR encourages the submission of studies from developing countries, as research publication from developing countries is underrepresented in international journals. We welcome all of the students, experts, practitioners, and academicians who are interested in JAHR to submit their articles. The authors can submit articles by following the scheduled publication of JAHR. Articles are written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Salah satu pelayanan rumah sakit adalah pelayanan keperawatan yang merupakan pelayanan yang sangat penting dan berorientasi pada tujuan berfokus pada penerapan asuhan keperawatan. Peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan merupakan tantangan bagi perawat karena perawat merupakan tenaga profesional yang mempunyai tugas kontak paling lama dengan pasien. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh organisational culture dan work engegment terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi tenaga keperawatan di RSUD Kota Kendari. Metode: Penelitian dilaksanakan di RSUD Kota Kendari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua tenaga keperawatan yang berada dan bekerja di RSUD Kota Kendari sebanyak 320 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebagian tenaga keperawatan berada dan bekerja di RSUD Kota Kendari sebanyak 177 orang menggunakan pengambilan sampel secara Purposive Sampling. Hasil: Organisational culture memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (p=0,003). Organisational Culture memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (p=0,008). Work Enggagment memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (p=0,001). Work Enggagment memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (p=0,005). Organisational Culture memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi (p=0,013). Work Enggagment memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi (p=0,028). ABSTRACT Background: One of the hospital services is nursing service which is a very important and goal-oriented service that focuses on the implementation of nursing care. Improving the quality of nursing services is a challenge for nurses because nurses are professionals who have the longest contact with patients. Objective: To analyze the influence of organizational culture and work engagement on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nursing staff at the Kendari City Regional Hospital. Method: The research was carried out at the Kendari City Regional Hospital. The population in this study was all 320 nursing staff who were and worked at the Kendari City Hospital. The sample in the research was 177 nursing staff living and working at the Kendari City Regional Hospital using Purposive Sampling. Results: Organizational culture has a significant influence on job satisfaction (p=0.003). Organizational Culture has a significant influence on organizational commitment (p=0.008). Work Engagement has a significant influence on job satisfaction (p=0.001). Work Engagement has a significant influence on organizational commitment (p=0.005). Organizational Culture has a significant influence on job satisfaction through organizational commitment (p=0.013). Work Engagement has a significant influence on job satisfaction through organizational commitment (p=0.028).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Hipertensi selain dikenal sebagai penyakit, juga merupakan faktor risiko penyakit jantung, pembuluh darah, ginjal, stroke dan Diabetes Mellitus. Kasus hipertensi menunjukkan sekitar 1,13 miliar orang di dunia. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah hipertensi dengan pemberian terapi nonfarmakologi yang dapat menurunkan tekanan darah yaitu menggunakan terapi dizikir. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahuai pengaruh terapi dzikir terhadap penurunan tekanan darah dan stress penderita hipertensi pada lansia di Panti Jompo PPSLU Mappakasunggu Parepare Tahun 2024. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasy Eksperiment dengan rancangan Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien hipertensi pada lansia. Waktu penelitian bulan November sampai Desember 2024 di Panti Jompo PPSLU Mappakasunggu Parepar dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang menggunakan metode total sampling. Analisa yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon Signed rank. Hasil: Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed rank menunjukkan bahwa p= (0,000<0.05), artinya ada pengaruh terapi dzikir terhadap penurunan tekanan darah dan stres penderita hipertensi pada lansia. ABSTRACT Background: Hypertension is not only known as a disease, but is also a risk factor for heart disease, blood vessels, kidneys, stroke and Diabetes Mellitus. Cases of hypertension show around 1.13 billion people in the world. Efforts made to overcome the problem of hypertension by providing non-pharmacological therapy that can lower blood pressure are using dhikr therapy. Objective: To determine the effect of dhikr therapy on reducing blood pressure and stress in elderly hypertension patients at the PPSLU Mappakasunggu Parepare Nursing Home in 2024. Method: The type of research used was a Quasy Experiment with a Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study were elderly hypertension patients. The research period was from November to December 2024 at the PPSLU Mappakasunggu Parepare Nursing Home with a sample of 30 people using total sampling method. The analysis used is the Wilcoxon Signed rank test. Results: The results of the Wilcoxon Signed rank test show that p = (0.000 <0.05), meaning that there is an effect of dhikr therapy on reducing blood pressure and stress in elderly hypertension sufferers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kantor BTLKPP Kelas I Makassar didukung oleh sejumlah pegawai yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil dan pegawai PPPK. Jumlah pegawai sebanyak 68 orang. Studi pendahuluahn yang dilakukan terhadap 10 pegawai negeri sipil yang terdiri dari 8 orang responden perempuan dan 2 orang responden laki-laki. Lima responden mengatakan merasa beban kerja melebihi kapasitas atau potensi diri dan tiga orang mengatakan merasa mengalami tekanan dan sikap pimpinan kurang wajar bahkan dua orang mengatakan beban kerja yang sulit. Dari seluruh responden enam responden mengatakan sering berusaha untuk melihat masalah dengan pandangan yang positif dan 4 responden berusaha untuk mendapatkan saran atau bantuan dari orang lain tentang apa yang harus dilakukan dalam menghadapi situasi ini. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan mekanisme koping pada aparatur sipil negara di Kantor Balai Teknik Kesehatan Lingkungan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Kelas I Makassar. Metode: Penelitian ini ditujukan pada semua pegawai yang berada pada kantor BTKLPP Kelas I sebanyak 68 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dengna memberikan kuesioner kepada responden saat penelitian. Data sekunder pada penelitian ini data yang diperoleh dari bagian administrasi umum kepegawaian. Adapun data yang didapatkan yaitu jumlah pegawai dan tingkat pendidikan. Hasil: Ada hubungan tingkat stress dengan mekanisme koping, ada hubungan umur dengan mekanisme koping, ada hubungan jenis kelamin dengan mekanisme koping, ada hubungan status perkawinan dengan mekanisme koping, ada hubungan dukungan sosial dengan mekanisme koping, ada hubungan lingkungan/tempat tinggal dengan mekanisme koping. ABSTRACT Background: The BTLKPP Class I Makassar office is supported by a number of employees who have the status of civil servants and PPPK employees. The number of employees is 68 people. Previous studies conducted on 10 civil servants consisting of 8 female respondents and 2 male respondents. Five respondents said they felt the workload exceeded their capacity or potential and three people said they felt pressure and the attitude of the leadership was not reasonable and even two people said the workload was difficult. Of all the respondents six respondents said they often tried to look at the problem with a positive view and 4 respondents tried to get advice or help from others about what to do in dealing with this situation. Objective: To know the factors associated with coping mechanisms in state civil servants at the Makassar Environmental Health and Disease Control Engineering Center Class I Office. Method: This research is aimed at all employees in the BTKLPP Class I office as many as 68 respondents. The data collection technique in this study is primary data obtained from the results of research by giving questionnaires to respondents during the study. Secondary data in this study are data obtained from the general administration of staffing. The data obtained are the number of employees and the level of education. Results: There is a relationship between stress levels and coping mechanisms, there is a relationship between age and coping mechanisms, there is a relationship between gender and coping mechanisms, there is a relationship between marital status and coping mechanisms, there is a relationship between social support and coping mechanisms, there is a relationship between environment/place of residence and coping mechanisms.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Secara global angka prevalensi defisiensi zat besi masih sangat tinggi pada ibu hamil di seluruh dunia adalah sebesar 43,9%. Prevalensi defisiensi zat besi pada ibu hamil diperkirakan di Asia sebesar 49,4%, Afrika 59,1%, Amerika 28,1% dan Eropa 26,1% (WHO, 2018). Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi tentang efektifitas standar tablet tambah darah bagi ibu hamil berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan nomor 88 tahun 2014 terhadap kasus anemia di UPTD Puskesmas Larompong Kab. Luwu. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil: Hasil indikator output dari segi cakupan pemberian TTD di Puskesmas Larompong Kab. luwu berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan kepada koordinator kegiatan pemberian TTD sebesar 80 %. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan informan kunci dan informan pendukung didapatkan informasi bahwa prevalensi anemia pada kelompok sasaran mencapai 80 % ibu hamil yang mengkomsumsi TTD selama kehamilan tidak mengalami anemia. Kesimpulan: Aspek input merupakan tugas tenaga kesehatan yang terlibat dalam program pemberian TTD. Proses merupakan ketersediaan TTD dilaksanakan melalui jalur pemerintah. Segi output merupakan cakupan program pemberian TTD belum mencapai target SPM dan outcome merupakan jumlah prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil sebanyak 80% ibu hamil tidak mengalami anemia setelah mengkomsumsi obat TTD. Abstract Background: Globally, the prevalence of iron deficiency is still very high in pregnant women worldwide at 43.9%. Luwu. Method: The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Results: The results of the output indicators in terms of the coverage of TTD administration at Puskesmas Larompong, Luwu Regency based on the results of interviews conducted with the coordinator of TTD administration activities amounted to 80%. Based on the results of interviews with key informants and supporting informants, information was obtained that the prevalence of anemia in the target group reached 80% of pregnant women who consumed TTD during pregnancy did not experience anemia. Conclusion: The input aspect is the task of health workers involved in the TTD program. Process is the availability of TTD implemented through government channels. The output aspect is the coverage of the TTD program has not reached the SPM target and the outcome is the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women as much as 80% of pregnant women do not experience anemia after consuming TTD drugs.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Keselamatan pasien merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi risiko bahaya yang tidak perlu terkait dengan perawatan kesehatan hingga ke tingkat minimum yang dapat diterima. Masih terdapat beberapa indikator Keselamatan Pasien yang belum terlaksana dengan baik di RSUD Lamadukkelleng. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, beban kerja, supervisi, dan motivasi dalam penerapan keselamatan pasien di RSUD Lamadukkelleng Kabupaten Wajo. Metode: Jenis penelitian menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cros sectional studi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 153 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan (p=0.00), beban kerja (p=0.009). supervisi (p=0.00) dan motivasi (p=0.00) terhadap penerapan keselamatan pasien. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah variabel supervisi dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,405. Kesimpulan: Terjadi peningkatan penerapan keselamatan pasien yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel pengetahuan, beban kerja, motivasi, supervisi dan motivasi perawat di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng Kabupaten Wajo. Rekomendasi Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkakan penerapan Keselamatan pasien di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng perlu memperhatikan pengetahuan, beban kerja, motivasi, supervisi dan motivasi perawat. There are still several indicators of Patient Safety that have not been implemented properly at Lamadukkelleng Hospital. Objective: To analyze the influence of knowledge, workload, supervision, and motivation in the implementation of patient safety at Lamadukkelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. Method: The type of research used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study approach. The sampling method used saturated samples with a sample size of 153 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Results: There was an Influence of Knowledge (p = 0.00), Workload (p = 0.009). Supervision (p = 0.00) and Motivation (p = 0.00) on the implementation of Patient Safety. The most dominant variable is the Supervision variable with a t value of 7.405. Conclusion: There is an increase in the implementation of patient safety which is influenced by the variables of knowledge, workload, motivation, supervision and nurse motivation at Lamaddukkelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. The recommendation of this study is to improve the implementation of Patient Safety at Lamaddukkelleng Hospital, it is necessary to pay attention to knowledge, workload, motivation, supervision and nurse motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 72 tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di rumah sakit menyebutkan bahwa penyelenggara pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit harus menjamin ketersediaan sediaan obat dan BMHP yang aman, bermutu, bermanfaat, dan terjangkau. Ketersediaan sediaan obat dan BMHP di RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar sudah hampir tercapai, meskipun masih ada beberapa yang mengalami stock out. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis secara mendalam Manajemen Pengelolaan Sediaan Obat dan BMHP di RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif . Hasil: Adanya kolaborasi lintas departemen dalam proses pengelolaan sediaan obat dan BMHP di RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar, yang memastikan bahwa sediaan tersebut diperiksa dari berbagai aspek. Proses pemilihan merupakan proses yang kompleks dan melibatkan berbagai pihak. Proses perencanaan harus mempertimbangkan kebutuhan pasien dengan menggunakan metode konsumsi. Proses penerimaan bukan hal yang mudah dilakukan karena tenaga kefarmasian di gudang harus memperhatikan barang yang diterima sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan fakturnya. Proses pengendalian dilakukan secara berkala. Sarana dan prasarana untuk proses administrasi sudah memenuhi. Kesimpulan: Manajemen pengelolaan sediaan obat dan BMHP di RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar menunjukkan bahwa RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar masih memerlukan peningkatan dalam beberapa aspek, terutama pada penganggaran, sarana dan prasarana, proses penyimpanan dan proses pendistribusian. Dengan menghadapi kendala, diharapkan manajemen pengelolaan sediaan obat dan BMHP dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. The availability of drug preparations and BMHP at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar has almost been achieved, although there are still some that experience stock outs. Objective: To analyze in depth the Management of Drug Supplies and BMHP at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar. Method: The research method used is a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach. Results: There is cross-departmental collaboration in the process of managing drug preparations and BMHP at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar, which ensures that the preparations are examined from various aspects. The selection process is a complex process and involves various parties. The planning process must consider patient needs using the consumption method. The receiving process is not an easy thing to do because pharmaceutical personnel in the warehouse must pay attention to the goods received in accordance with the specifications and invoices. The control process is carried out regularly. The facilities and infrastructure for the administrative process are adequate. Conclusion: The management of drug and BMHP supplies at Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar shows that Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar still needs improvement in several aspects, especially in budgeting, facilities and infrastructure, storage processes and distribution processes. By facing obstacles, it is hoped that the management of drug and BMHP supplies can run more optimally and support the improvement of the quality of health services in hospitals.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Citra rumah sakit, sebagai salah satu strategi dalam manajemen pemasaran, berperan penting dalam membentuk kepuasan pasien. citra yang baik dapat menciptakan pengalaman yang positif bagi pasien terhadap rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menaganlisis pengaruh citra terhadap kepuasan. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cros sectional studi. Jumlah populasi 247 dan sampel sebanyak 150. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan acak sederhana. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakaan SMART PLS dengan ujis statistik regresi liniear. Hasil: Nilai sig 0.565 lebih besar dari pada 0.05 berarti bahwa variabel citra rumah sakit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien (0.565). ABSTRACT Background: Hospital image, as one of the strategies in marketing management, plays an important role in shaping patient satisfaction. A good image can create a positive experience for patients towards the hospital. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of image on satisfaction. Method: This type of research uses observational analytic with a cross-sectional study approach. The population is 247 and the sample is 150. Sampling is done by simple random. Data processing is done using SMART PLS with a linear regression statistical test. Results: The sig value of 0.565 is greater than 0.05, meaning that the hospital image variable does not affect patient satisfaction (0.565).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Antenatal Care Terpadu (ANC) adalah pelayanan kesehatan pada ibu hamil selama kehamilan yang dilakukan secara komprehensif dan berkualitas. Berdasarkan Permenkes Nomor 21 Tahun 2021, ibu hamil diharapkan mendapat pelayanan ANC minimal 6 kali (1 kali trimester 1, 2 kali di trimester 2, dan 3 kali di trimester 3). Standar pelayanan Antenatal Care (ANC) dapat dinilai berdasarkan indikator capaian K1 (kunjungan pertama ibu hamil) dan K6 (kunjungan ibu hamil minimal 6 kali). Tahun 2023 tercatat bahwa diantara 8 Puskesmas di Kota Parepare, Puskesmas Lakessi memiliki capaian K1 dan K6 tertinggi yaitu K1 sebesar 102,3% dan K6 sebesar 94,48% sedangkan Puskesmas Cempae memiliki capaian K1 dan K6 terendah yaitu K1 sebesar 75,2% dan K6 sebesar 14,75%.  Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis implementasi program pelayanan Antenatal Care Terpadu berdasarkan faktor input, proses, dan ouput di Kota Parepare dengan sampel Puskesmas Lakessi dan Puskesmas Cempae.  Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konten. Hasil: Dari segi faktor input tentang kebijakan dan SOP, SDM, sarana dan prasarana, dana sudah memadai, sedangkan faktor proses tentang pendataan, pelayanan 10T, pencatatan dan pelaporan telah dilakukan sesuai standar meskipun masih kurang maksimalnya pendataan sasaran ibu hamil terutama di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cempae akibat mobilisasi masyarakat dan rendahnya kesadaran ibu hamil untuk memeriksakan kehamilan sehingga output untuk capaian K1 dan K6 di Puskesmas Cempae belum mencapai target. Kesimpulan: Faktor input dan proses sudah memenuhi standar pada kedua puskesmas, namun masih kurang maksimalnya petugas dan mobilisasi serta kesadaran ibu hamil kurang di Puskesmas Cempae sehingga output belum tercapai.   ABSTRACT Background: Integrated Antenatal Care (ANC) is a health service for pregnant women during pregnancy that is carried out comprehensively and with quality. Based on Minister of Health Regulation Number 21 of 2021, pregnant women are expected to receive ANC services at least 6 times (1 time in trimester 1, 2 times in trimester 2, and 3 times in trimester 3). Antenatal Care (ANC) service standards can be assessed based on the achievement indicators K1 (first visit of pregnant women) and K6 (minimum 6 visits of pregnant women). In 2023, it was recorded that among the 8 Health Centers in Parepare City, Lakessi Health Center had the highest K1 and K6 achievements, namely K1 of 102.3% and K6 of 94.48%, while Cempae Health Center had the lowest K1 and K6 achievements, namely K1 of 75.2% and K6 of 14.75%.  Objective: To analyze the implementation of the Integrated Antenatal Care service program based on input, process, and output factors in Parepare City with samples of Lakessi Health Center and Cempae Health Center. Method: This type of research is qualitative research with a content analysis approach. Results: In terms of input factors regarding policies and SOPs, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, funds are adequate, while process factors regarding data collection, 10T services, recording and reporting have been carried out according to standards, although the data collection of pregnant women targets is still less than optimal, especially in the Cempae Health Center work area due to community mobilization and low awareness of pregnant women to check their pregnancies so that the output for K1 and K6 achievements at the Cempae Health Center has not reached the target. Conclusion: The input and process factors have met the standards in both health centers, but the officers are still less than optimal and the mobilization and awareness of pregnant women are lacking in the Cempae Health Center so that the output has not been achieved.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Tingkat kepuasaan pelayanan sangat dipengaruhi oleh mutu suatu produk (baik berupa barang maupun jasa). Pengukuran tingkat kepuasan atau suatu produk sangat erat hubungannya dengan mutu produk tersebut. Pelanggan puas akan membeli lebih banyak dan lebih sering, mereka yang akan merekomendasikan kepada kerabat dan teman-teman nya. Selain itu pasien yang merasa puas akan mematuhi pengobatan dan mau datang berobat kembali. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis mutu pelayanan rawat inap dengan metode importance performance analysis di RSUD Karel Sadsuitubun Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di instalasi rawat inap, ruangan bedah RSUD Karel Sadsuitubun Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara pada bulan Oktober – November 2024. Pada penelitian ini digunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil: 1) Tingkat persepsi pasien rendah terhadap atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan tangibles yaitu kebersihan, kerapian, dan kenyamanan ruangan dan tingkat persepsi pasien tinggi terhadap atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan reliability yaitu ketepatan waktu pelayanan pemberian makan; 2) Rata-rata skor tingkat persepsi dan harapan seluruh atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk menyusun diagram. Sedangkan rata-rata nilai harapan dan nilai persepsi tiap atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan digunakan untuk menetukan posisi dari masing-masing atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan dalam diagram; 3) Atribut-atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles tersebar ke dalam 4 kuadran pada diagram. Dimana sebagian besar atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan terletak pada kuadran B yaitu, tujuh atribut terletak pada kuadran A, delapan belas atribut terletak pada kuadran B, empat atribut terletak pada kuadran C, dan tiga atribut terletak pada kuadran D; 4) Mutu pelayanan rawat inap yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mempertahankan performance (kinerja) layanan kesehatan tanpa mengabaikan atribut lainnya yang berada di kuadran A, C, dan D.   ABSTRACT Background: The level of service satisfaction is strongly influenced by the quality of a product (both in the form of goods and services). Measuring the level of satisfaction or a product is closely related to the quality of the product. Satisfied customers will buy more and more often, those who will recommend to their relatives and friends. In addition, satisfied patients will adhere to treatment and want to come back for treatment. Objective: To analyze the quality of inpatient services with the importance performance analysis method at RSUD Karel Sadsuitubun, Southeast Maluku Regency. Method: This study used a quantitative descriptive research design. This research was conducted in the inpatient installation, surgical room of the Karel Sadsuitubun Hospital, Southeast Maluku Regency in October - November 2024. This study used univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: 1) The level of patient perception is low on the attributes of the tangibles service quality dimension, namely cleanliness, neatness, and comfort of the room and the level of patient perception is high on the attributes of the reliability service quality dimension, namely the timeliness of feeding services; 2) The average score of the level of perception and expectation of all attributes of service quality dimensions is used as the basis for compiling the diagram. While the average expectation value and perception value of each service quality dimension attribute is used to determine the position of each service quality dimension attribute in the diagram; 3) The service quality dimension attributes of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are spread into 4 quadrants on the diagram. Where most of the service quality dimension attributes are located in quadrant B, namely, seven attributes are located in quadrant A, eighteen attributes are located in quadrant B, four attributes are located in quadrant C, and three attributes are located in quadrant D; 4) The quality of inpatient services that can be done is to maintain the performance of health services without ignoring other attributes that are in quadrants A, C, and D.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Masalah kesehatan yang terkait pada lansia adalah anemia, sebuah studi menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi anemia lansia pada penelitian tersebut adalah 73,5% dengan proporsi yang terdiri dari 68% anemia ringan, 62,7% anemia normochomic dan normocitari. Madu mengandung lebih dari 200 komponen dan merupakan salah satu bahan pangan yang bergizi lengkap. Madu merupakan bahan pangan yang kaya glukosa dan fruktosa alami. Bahan lain yang terkandung dalam madu adalah asam amino, enzim, vitamin, protein, asam organik, flavonoid dan komponen fenolik lainnya. Madu juga kaya komponen antioksidan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pola konsumsi madu dengan kadar hemoglobin pada lansia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis peneltian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bangges I Kabupaten Majene. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 183 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu Random Sampling dengan Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi square. Hasil: Pola konsumsi madu mempunyai hubungan secara signifikan terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada lansia dengan nilai (Pvalue 0.000). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pola konsumsi madu dengan kadar hemoglobin pada lansia. ABSTRACT Background: A related health problem in the elderly is anemia, a study showed that the prevalence of elderly anemia in the study was 73.5% with proportions consisting of 68% mild anemia, 62.7% normochomic and normocitari anemia. Honey contains more than 200 components and is a nutritionally complete food. Honey is rich in glucose and natural fructose. Other ingredients contained in honey are amino acids, enzymes, vitamins, proteins, organic acids, flavonoids and other phenolic components. Honey is also rich in antioxidant components. Objective: To determine the relationship between honey consumption patterns and hemoglobin levels in the elderly. Method: This study used a quantitative descriptive research design. This research uses analytical observational research with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all elderly people in the Bangges I Health Center Working Area of Majene Regency. The number of samples in this study were 183 people. The sampling technique in this study was Random Sampling with the statistical test used was the Chi square test. Results: Honey consumption patterns have a significant relationship to hemoglobin levels in the elderly with a value of (Pvalue 0.000). Conclusion: There is an association between honey consumption patterns and hemoglobin levels in the elderly.
