Abstract

The Sempol Ayam business is a snack business that uses chicken as the main ingredient. Currently the Sempol Ayam Mudzky branch operates in the East Jakarta and South Jakarta areas. This business idea arose because of the COVID19 conditions, where the MSME business at that time was very influential on the wheels of the Indonesian economy. This business is online and offline based, using the gofood and grabfood platforms as online media and outlets as offline media. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the Sempol Ayam business in the Jakarta area in terms of market aspects, operational aspects, human resource aspects, financial aspects and strategic aspects. Researchers are targeting 2% of the total population in Jakarta. The study results show that the business is feasible to run from the aspects that have been tested

Abstract

The digital printing machine business is a business in the printing sector that focuses on selling digital printing machine equipment to those involved in printing activities and has a central operation in Tangerang. This business continues to run because the increasing need for packaging to meet people's interest in opening SMEs has made the digital printing market increasingly growing. Using various digital platforms as promotional media for PT. X targets the national market. This study aims to evaluate and find out the appropriate development to be carried out in the future by PT. X is reviewed from the marketing aspect, financial aspect, operational aspect, strategic aspect and human resources aspect. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure on profit at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Capital structure is measured through the composition between own capital and loan capital. The data used in this study are the financial statements of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk for three years, from 2020 to 2022. The research method used is simple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship between capital structure and company profits. The results showed that there were fluctuations in the components of own capital, loan capital, and profit level during the study period. In 2020, own capital amounted to 120,889 billion rupiah and loan capital amounted to 126,054 billion rupiah with a total profit of 29,563 billion rupiah. In 2021, own capital increased to 145,399 billion rupiah and loan capital increased to 131,785 billion rupiah with a profit of 33,948 billion rupiah. However, in 2022, own capital increased slightly to 149,262 billion rupiah, while loan capital decreased to 125,930 billion rupiah with a profit of 27,680 billion rupiah. This finding shows that changes in capital structure have a significant impact on corporate profits. The optimal capital structure can maximize the profit earned, because the use of an efficient combination of own and borrowed capital can increase the value of the company and prevent the company from financial difficulties. This research is expected to contribute to financial decision making in the company and become a reference for further research.

Abstract

PT Sepatu Bata Tbk is one of the companies listed on the IDX which is engaged in the footwear manufacturing industry which creates various types of leather shoe sandals, this company creates products that are comfortable and durable. However, it shows that almost every year the company's net sales value has decreased rapidly from 2020 to 2023 which will affect the company's profits. This study aims to determine the condition of the health level (Financial Distress) using man Z-Score at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. In this study , a quantitative method wasused , which explains by calculating the ratios in the company using the Altman Z-Score formula. From this research, it is obtained that PT Sepatu Bata Tbk in 2021 has a z-score value of 3.56 so that it can be classified as a company in the healthy zone. Where the Z-score value is at the > 2.99 point. Meanwhile, in 2022 it is in a bankruptcy position (Grey Area), with a Z-score value of 2.09 where the Z-score value is at the cut off point of 1.81 <Z<2.99. In 2023 the Z-score value is 1.41, so the company can be classified as a company in the danger zone. From this research it is concluded that PT Sepatu Bata Tbk is classified as a company in the danger zone

Abstract

In the management of crossing port areas, public ethics and accountability are crucial elements in strategic planning. This study aims to analyze the role of public ethics in creating transparency and public trust in resource management. Additionally, public accountability is expected to enhance community participation and support decisions oriented toward public welfare. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, this research explores best practices in the implementation of ethics and accountability, as well as the challenges faced in the context of port area management. The findings indicate that the application of ethical and accountability principles not only improves management performance but also strengthens the legitimacy and responsiveness of the government in facing social dynamics. This study is expected to provide strategic recommendations for port area managers in formulating more inclusive and sustainable policies

Abstract

Repeat visit interest is a reciprocal result of the value that a customer has spent on an object and makes another form of customer satisfaction. This study intends to examine the effect of (1) Facilities, (2) Promotion, (3) Service Quality on Revisit Interest, either partially or simultaneously. This research is quantitative in nature using primary data. To test the quality of the data, validity and reliability tests were carried out. Observation and questionnaire distribution are the techniques used. From a total sample of 68 with the method of determining the sample, namely purposive sampling. The results of the partial influence between (1) Facilities of 0.232, (2) Promotion sig. value of 0.132, (3) Service Quality has a sig. value of 0.098 on Revisit Interest and the value of these three is greater than alpha 0.05 it can be said that the independent variable has no effect on revisit interest. The simultaneous f test of the three independent variables on the dependent variable in the form of a comparison of the calculated f value of 4,222 which is greater than the calculated f value of 2,758 and the sig. value of 0.009 <0.05, it can be concluded that together (simultaneously) the three independent variables can have an effect on Revisit Interest (Y).

Abstract

A destination or region with many factors taken into consideration. This research aims to determine the influence of (1) tourist attractions, (2) accessibility, and (3) facilities on visiting decisions, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative research method with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to people who have visited the Gajah Mungkur Wonogiri Reservoir tourist attraction. This research was conducted at the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir Wonogiri tourist attraction. The time this research was conducted was 10 November 2024 - 31 January 2025. This research used primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are people who have visited the Gajah Mungkur Wonogiri Reservoir tourist attraction, including all subjects who have characteristics according to the research focus. Samples were taken using an accidental sampling technique. The minimum number of respondents required in this research is 100 people. To test the quality of the data, validity and reliability tests were carried out. Data analysis was carried out using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that tourist attractions partially influence the decision to visit by 29.8%. Accessibility has an impact of 15.3%, and Facilities has an impact of 60.2%. Simultaneously these three variables have a significant impact on Visiting Decisions, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination obtained shows that 67.7% of the variation in Visiting Decisions can be explained by Tourist Attraction, Accessibility and Facilities, while 32.2% is explained by other variables not studied

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership in employee career development at PT. Pegadaian, Pematangsiantar City Branch, the type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Pegadaian, Pematangsiantar City branch and the number of samples in this study was 30 respondents (covering the entire population of the data source in this study using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and the processed data was tested using SPSS Version 25. The validity test for transformational leadership can be seen from having the lowest r count value of 0.376 while the r table is 0.349, so 0.376> 0.34 and it can be stated that all are valid. Meanwhile, the validity test for career development can be seen from all statements having the lowest r count value of 0.365 while the r table is 0.349, so 0.365> 0.349 and it can be stated that all statements are valid. Based on the calculation results, the Cronbach's Alpha value for transformational leadership is 0.842, which indicates that this questionnaire is reliable (consistent) because the Cronbach's Alpha value is> 0.7, while from the results of the reliability test, the value of Cronbach's Alpha for the career development variable is 0.839, which means it is greater than the threshold value of 0.7. This shows that all questionnaire instruments have good internal consistency, so they are reliable for use in research. For the t-test, the transformational leadership variable has a sig. value of 2.04841 and the tcount result> ttable, (10.9215> 2.04841), then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that the price coefficient partially has a significant effect on employee career development at PT Pegadaian Branch Kota Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana variabel independen yang terdiri dari Return on Assets (ROA), ukuran perusahaan, debt to equity ratio (DER), dan ukuran Dewan Komisaris memiliki dampak langsung pada variabel dependen pengungkapan CSR. Data sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan analisis deskriptif digunakan secara kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sebelas sampel diambil dari perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Menurut hasil penelitian, ukuran perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Namun, Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan ukuran dewan komisaris tidak secara parsial mempengaruhi pengungkapan CSR. Sebaliknya, Return on Assets (ROA), ukuran perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan ukuran dewan komisaris secara simultan mempengaruhi pengungkapan CSR secara signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja bisnis, kinerja pemasaran, karakteristik pemilik-manajemen, dan budaya inovasi terhadap penggunaan strategi manajemen akuntansi pada perusahaan di Jakarta dan Yogyakarta. Dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) versi 4.0, penelitian ini mengolah data dari 97 sampel yang diperoleh melalui survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja bisnis, kinerja pemasaran, dan budaya inovasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan strategi manajemen akuntansi. Namun, karakteristik pemilik-manajemen berpengaruh negatif, menunjukkan bahwa faktor kepemilikan dan pengambilan keputusan oleh pemilik cenderung menekan penerapan strategi manajemen akuntansi. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya inovasi, strategi pemasaran yang adaptif, dan kinerja bisnis yang kuat dalam mendukung optimalisasi strategi manajemen akuntansi guna meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan.
