Abstract

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Its primary objective is to analyze the influence of lifestyle branding, perceptions of price fairness, and emotional satisfaction on customer loyalty at Pamella Satu Supermarket. The subjects of this study are regular customers who shopped more than once during November 2024. Primary data serves as the main source of information for this research. The data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to Pamella Satu Supermarket customers via Google Forms and shared through the WhatsApp (WA) application. The study's population consists of 100 customers, with a sample size of 80 respondents. The sampling method employed is purposive sampling. The findings from the partial analysis indicate that lifestyle branding does not significantly affect customer loyalty at Pamella Satu Supermarket. However, perceptions of price fairness and emotional satisfaction contribute positively and significantly to customer loyalty. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis shows that lifestyle branding, perceptions of price fairness, and emotional satisfaction collectively play a positive and significant role in shaping customer loyalty. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.802 indicates that 80.2% of the variation in customer loyalty at Pamella Satu Supermarket is accounted for by lifestyle branding, perceptions of price fairness, and emotional satisfaction. The remaining 19.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The concept of Otonomi Daerah is considered a novelty in post-reform government. However, the concept of Otonomi Daerah has actually been around since the days of the Nusantara Kingdom, known as the Daerah Swatantra. This study aims to compare Otonomi Daerah in the modern era with the Daerah Swatantra during the Nusantara Kingdom. This research was conducted using the Heuristic method by collecting various historical literature on the concepts of Otonomi Daerah and Daerah Swatantra to review the differences and similarities between the two concepts, then a comparison was made and a synthesis was drawn from the two concepts. It can be said that the concept of regional autonomy in modern Indonesia has significant differences with the autonomous regions in the era of the Nusantara Kingdom in particular, but there are still similarities between the two concepts. The concept of regional autonomy used in the Modern Indonesian Government is an attempt to take a residual part of the past by first modifying it to suit the interests of the times

Abstract

Noise generally depends on the level of noise intensity and the length of exposure time. The influence of high intensity noise (above NAB) in engine room activities causes damage to the ears which can reduce hearing quality, both temporarily and permanently. Based on the problems above, it is deemed necessary to conduct research in the form of designing a monitoring system that is capable of detecting noise. In this research, the sensor used is the GY Max 4466 sound sensor to detect noise at 4 object points. The microcontroller used is an ESP WROOM-32 because it has 16 ADC pins which makes it possible to run more than one analog sensor. Before use, the sensor will be tested with the aim of finding out the sensitivity of the sensor that will be used as a monitoring system tool. This noise monitoring system is carried out in real time based on the Internet of Things so that it will be easier to monitor directly to support work health and safety data. Through graphic analysis and comparison tables of accuracy values above, information is obtained that the GY Max 4466 sensor has a very high level of accuracy to be able to provide information on noise levels in the ship power plan laboratory at the Jakarta College of Maritime Science. This is given by the percentage value of the accuracy of the measuring instrument made. exceeds 90% or has a coefficient of determination R2 value close to 1.

Abstract

The high number of work accidents caused by low worker participation in safety initiatives indicates that the implementation of work safety culture in various sectors is not optimal. This study aims to analyze the role of social participation in strengthening work safety culture while increasing workers' citizenship awareness. Using a qualitative descriptive method based on literature study, this study examines relevant literature related to work safety culture, social participation, and citizenship awareness. The results of the study indicate that social participation, through worker involvement in training, discussions, and decision-making related to safety, can increase solidarity, collective responsibility, and compliance with safety protocols. This has an impact on reducing the risk of work accidents and creating a safer, more productive, and more collaborative work environment. The conclusion of this study confirms that the integration of social participation in work safety culture not only reduces work risks but also internalizes citizenship values in workers, which contributes to organizational sustainability. The prospect of implementing these findings can be an effective strategy in creating a sustainable work safety culture based on collective values in various sectors.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an urgent necessity for companies to remain competitive in the rapidly advancing digital era. Through digitalization, businesses can enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability by automating processes, reducing errors, and providing accurate real-time data for better decision-making. However, the adoption of digital technology varies across different sectors, with the building materials distribution sector lagging behind. PT. Bumi Pembangunan Pertiwi, part of Success Jaya Distribution, which operates in building materials distribution sector in East Java, still relies on manual processes in its operations. Observations and interviews reveal that key activities such as the creation of historical data reports, inventory management, billing, and approvals are still handled manually. This situation negatively impacts the efficiency and accuracy of the company’s operations. Key issues identified include a lack of well-documented historical data, inconsistencies in inventory management, slow and error-prone billing processes, and time-consuming approval procedures. Additionally, excessive paper usage contributes to inefficiencies and environmental harm. Digitizing business processes through the development of a Business to Business (B2B) platform offers a solution to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and business sustainability. The implementation of this platform is expected to address the challenges faced by PT. Bumi Pembangunan Pertiwi and improve the performance of other building materials distributors in the digital era.The evaluation results showed a very good level of user satisfaction with a total CSI of 84.42%, where the components of User Experience, Satisfaction with Process and Output, and General Satisfaction were respectively 25.64%, 34.52%, and 24.25%.

Abstract

Indonesian local traditions have encountered difficulties in the digital age, particularly in their preservation via social media. TikTok, a social media platform focused on short videos, has emerged as a novel venue for communities to display and promote their cultural heritage. This essay seeks to elucidate the utilization of TikTok as a tool for the preservation of local traditions and the consequences stemming from the digitization process via the TikTok platform. Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology and media analysis, data gathered from five TikTok accounts that feature local tradition content demonstrates the efficacy of this platform in promoting local traditions. This study revealed that local traditions showcased through several creative mediums, including narrative, text films, voice-overs, carousels, and live streaming, have garnered audience interest and enhanced their engagement in local cultural dialogues. Nonetheless, obstacles are inevitably faced with the digitization of traditions, including the risks of excessive aestheticization, cultural commodification, and distortion of meaning resulting from adaptation to digital formats. This essay aims to elucidate techniques for leveraging social media to preserve local traditions, ensuring their authenticity and values remain pertinent for future generations.
