Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Double Jobbing superstructure and political infrastructure in finding sympathizers in the general election. Double Jobbing, which doubles as a role in various power structures, has great potential to influence political dynamics, particularly in terms of mobilizing sympathizers and mobilizing support. Political superstructure refers to formal institutions, such as the executive, legislature, and political parties, while political infrastructure includes non-formal organizations, such as civil society groups and social networks. This study uses a library research method using a conceptual approach and a case approach, with these methods to explore how it influences both structurally and operationally and the long-term impact of democracy. The results of this study show that the existence of Double Jobbing can increase the effectiveness of sympathetic mobilization, but also has the potential to create conflicts of interest and the emergence of oligarchs. Thus, the influence of Double Jobbing in the political superstructure and infrastructure plays an important role in the process of finding sympathizers, but it is necessary to study the impact on democracy and electoral integrity.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of the aqidah in the Al-Qur'an on student behavior at MA Raudlatul Huda Al-Islamy. Aqidah has a central role in shaping students' character and morality, which is not only related to human relationships with Allah SWT, but also relationships between humans and the environment. Along with the times and external influences such as technology and social media, implementing aqidah in student behavior has become a challenge in itself. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to explore this phenomenon in depth through observations, interviews with Aqidah Akhlak teachers, madrasa heads, and students. The research results show that although the majority of students have demonstrated behavior that reflects the values of aqidah, awareness of these values still varies. The influence of the external environment, especially social media, is one of the main obstacles in the internalization of aqidah. Collaboration between schools, parents and the community has proven important in strengthening the implementation of aqeedah in student behavior. This research concludes that with the right approach and support from all parties, the implementation of aqidah can produce good character and behavior that reflects Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of transformational leadership in improving teacher performance in madrasahs. Transformational leadership is known as an approach that motivates and inspires individuals to achieve common goals through positive changes in attitudes, behaviors, and commitments. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies in several madrasahs in certain areas. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with madrasah principals, teachers, and observations of classroom learning activities. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect on teacher motivation and performance. The application of leadership principles such as providing a clear vision, recognition of achievement, intellectual stimulation, and empowering teachers in decision-making has improved the quality of learning and teacher professional development. Teachers who feel emotional and professional support feel more motivated to give their best in their teaching. In addition, training and career development provided by the madrasah principal also enrich teachers' teaching skills and improve student learning outcomes. However, this study also identified several challenges in implementing transformational leadership, including limited resources and cultural barriers that hinder change. This study suggests the need for further support from various parties, including parents of students and other educational institutions, to realize sustainable change in madrasahs. Overall, the results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has great potential to improve teacher performance and the quality of education in madrasas.

Abstract

The world of education is not free from various challenges, one of which is psychological disorders that can have an impact on the academic development and mental well-being of students. Behavioral disorders and learning disorders are two aspects that are often found in educational environments and have a complex relationship with mental health. Behavioral disorders such as ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and social anxiety disorder can affect students' social interactions and discipline at school. Meanwhile, learning disorders such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia are often obstacles to academic achievement, which in turn can increase the risk of stress and low self-confidence in students. This study aims to examine the relationship between behavioral disorders and learning disorders with mental health in the world of education. The method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies and empirical analysis of various related studies. The results of the study show that behavioral disorders and learning disorders not only affect academic achievement, but also the psychological condition of students, including the emergence of anxiety, depression, and feelings of helplessness. Therefore, a comprehensive approach is needed from various parties, including educators, psychologists, and parents, to create a supportive learning environment and effective intervention strategies to minimize the negative impact of psychological disorders in the world of education.
