<![CDATA[The use of mobile technology influences educational institutions, including the achievement of distance learning goals. Various media are used to support the implementation of online learning. One of the gadget media used in online learning is the smartphone. The use of digital devices (smartphones) for a long time is one of the consequences of eye fatigue (asthenopia). The purpose is to increase students' knowledge about preventing asthenopia (eye fatigue) during online learning. The form of community service activities through education are lectures and discussions. The target of the activity is the students of Stik Bina Husada Palembang. The implementation time is June 22, 2022. The media used is google meet. Evaluation methods include; pretest and posttest on students' knowledge about preventing asthenopia during online learning. The instrument for evaluation is a google form distributed before and after educational activities. Data of community service activities were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The educational activities that have been carried out have a positive impact on students' knowledge about preventing asthenopia during online learning]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this Village Thematic Community Service Program is to help and provide solutions to the problems faced by the community as well as to provide real work experience in the field to apply the knowledge gained during college to the community. The thematic KKN-Thematic to build this village has been carried out in Ngargosari Village, Sumber Lawang District, Sragen Regency. Several program activities that have been implemented are models for developing local potential to improve the standard of living of the local community. Activities carried out include Socialization and Training on Maggot Cultivation, Vegetable Cultivation Training with the Floating Raft Hydroponic Method, Vegetable Crop Cultivation Training with Polybag Media, Socialization on Ecosystem Conservation and Fish Seed Release in Kedungombo Reservoir. The method used is empowering the target group including learning techniques in the form of providing theory and simulation to the target community and then direct practice with students and the community so that it provides enormous benefits in food security for villagers. ]]>

<![CDATA[KWT Soka Makmur faces challenges in the digital world but does not yet have sufficient skills to manage its business digitally. Thus, it is necessary to hold 1). Training and mentoring in business digitization strategies using e-commerce marketplace 2). Training and mentoring in mastering internet-based customer governance using a mobile web page. The training and mentoring activities results show an increase in KWT Soka Makmur members' capability to manage business digitally. After the mentoring activity, KWT Soka Makmur has an e-commerce marketplace account and a mobile web page for business digitization. KWT Soka Makmur management also has sufficient skills in managing businesses digitally.]]>

<![CDATA[Business owners in the village of Bluder, Kemuning and Plosokerep are still experiencing difficulties in developing their business, so they need to gain knowledge about entrepreneurship and are invited to discuss and share with fellow business owners to be excited again in managing their business. The purpose of this training is to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship holistically. The method used is classical discussion and group discussion. The result of this service is that the participants understand more about the concept of entrepreneurship, especially regarding pricing and promotion, and are more enthusiastic in continuing their business. The discussion result show that they have difficulty setting prices. Their tendency to set prices too high because they feel that all goods produced can be marketed through tourist attractions. The reality is not so, they find it difficult to sell the goods that have been produced.]]>

<![CDATA[e purpose of the service activities carried out by Lecturer of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, IKIP Budi Utomo, is to provide positive development for children's Indonesian language attitudes in the realm of social media for parents of students at Syuhada Kindergarten Malang. This service activity is expected to provide understanding to parents to give a positive attitude in the use of the Indonesian language. The method used in this activity is to give permission to the principal as well as discuss the problems experienced by partners. The activities were then carried out for three days. The results of this activity, namely providing an understanding to parents about the positive attitude of speaking Indonesian children in the realm of social media for parents. <![CDATA[The level of political representation of female political party cadres in regional legislatures has not yet reached a minimum of 30%. This condition is caused by various internal and external factors that hinder the progress of female cadres to compete with male cadres. One of the obstacles and challenges faced by these female cadres is the weak leadership capacity. Female cadres cannot compete with male cadres in the contestation for the provincial legislative elections. The cadres must be able to increase their leadership capacity if they want to be able to compete with male cadres. The purpose of this training is to increase the leadership capacity of female political party cadres as a strategy to win seats in the DKI Jakarta Provincial House of Representatives. The methods used are education, training and simulation. The results achieved show that the training participants have gained understanding and skills in formulating strategies for winning the legislative elections for the next period.]]>

<![CDATA[Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important and strategic role to move the community's economy in conditions of economic crisis or pandemic. The sizeable absorption of MSMEs contributes to an increase in people's income which in turn reduces unemployment and poverty. MSMEs in Ulu Lakara village are still on the scale of Livelyhood Activity, and Micro Enterprise. One of the weaknesses of MSMEs at this scale is their low knowledge of product marketing. Marketing strategy has an important role for MSMEs to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. The solution that can be given is to provide training on product marketing strategies both offline and online marketing. <![CDATA[The problem of teamwork at the Nando mushroom house business is that the employees are still less compact in the work given, they are more likely to work individually in completing the work, they do not help each other in terms of work, they prefer their own work and finish while other employees not ready in terms of work but they look indifferent without offering help to each other. this will affect employee performance in the future. The purpose of this service is to provide socialization of the role of the employee work team, which is to be able to support business performance at the Nando Mushroom House UMKM in Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. The result of this service is that the participants understand more about the concept of an Employee Work Team that can support business performance. The mushroom business owner Nando becomes a facilitator to help the team, mediate and resolve conflicts between teams, and interact with the work team.]]>

<![CDATA[Graphic design or video editing that can be operationalized using mobile devices (smartphones) using applications found in the store on smartphone devices such as the Play Store (Android) or Ios (Apple) that uses a computing system and is equipped with cloud computing access that functions as well as machine learning, it makes it very easy for everyone to create works and produce content through their respective mobile devices without having to use high-spec computer devices. Therefore, graphic design training with Canva and video editing with Kinemaster aims to foster students/I RGI Al Azhar, Depok to be able to produce graphic works both visual graphics in the form of still images and also manage multimedia content with mobile devices such as editing images, adding and image design, and video editing can be done quickly, practically and anywhere as part of the student's debriefing when working later.]]>

<![CDATA[This Community Service Activity (PPM) aims to provide insight and skills in efforts to increase MSME entrepreneurship in Gemblegan Village, Kalikotes District, Klaten Regency by providing development and improvement of production management and increasing knowledge of online marketing management for MSME players. The problem is resolved in four stages of activity, namely pre-activity, preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparation was carried out by conducting a preliminary survey to see the real conditions in the field regarding the problems faced by MSMEs in Gemblegan Village, Kalikotes, Klaten. The implementation is carried out by training and mentoring using the lecture method, namely through face-to-face holding in Gemblegan Village by following the prevailing health protocol, followed by discussion and question and answer. Activity evaluation is carried out for each stage through data collection from each activity stage. The methods used in this stage of community service implementation include lectures, question and answer and discussion, training and mentoring. The results of the training showed that the level of understanding of 80% of the participants really understood the material presented by the speakers and. The usefulness of the material shows that 75% of participants strongly agree if the material presented is useful]]>
