The need for health services is increasing in line with population growth and increasing public knowledge and awareness about the importance of health. One challenge for the development of SMEs is the lack of access to financial institutions and markets, so it is difficult for SMEs to develop. Difficult access to financial resources will impact the limitations of business expansion which has an impact on the weakness to expand business volume. With the deployment of Belitung as a geopark region by UNESCO, it also saw a significant increase in the growth of the homestay in Belitung. With the devotion of this society, it is expected that the homestay owner will be able to provide the best service given to guests; the homestay owner will need to gain more insight and knowledge on how to make proper and proper bed—enforcement methods. Perform community service through training of homestay management in both theory and practice. The target of dedicated activities is the homestay owner, private employees, entrepreneurs, homemakers, and tourist workers. The result of this activity is (1) a well held, smoothly executed performance, and the participants have the enthusiasm of those participating for three days and two nights; (2) participants are particularly active and follow with high motivation; and (3) trainees gain new skills in making a bed, enabling them to be implemented in the homestay they run so that it can improve the quality of service in their homestay.

During the pandemic of Covid-19 outbreak, maintaining air quality in the house or room is very important considering that most activities are carried out indoors (indoor activities). Some of the activities carried out including e making air ventilation in each room, opening windows in the morning and letting sunlight enter the room so that there is an exchange or healthy air circulation in the room, and also by putting indoor plants which enable to purify air in the surrounded area. t. In this program, the author makes an activity by socializing the types of plants that are useful as air purification. The application of SOPs in service to the community needs to be considered between the organizational structure and the division of tasks within the government and is associated with several important things in the implementation of SOPs which include efficiency, consistency, error minimization, problem solving, protection of workers (employees), work maps and defense boundaries. It is a tourism hamlet that has been running for 1.5 years and has been visited by many tourists, but in all the activities carried out it does not yet have an SOP about tourist villages in Segunung hamlet, Wonosalam, Jombang Regency.” The implementation of the service activities that have been carried out has resulted in a conclusion that the Segunung Indigenous Tourism Hamlet is a tourist area that has the opportunity to be developed, Good governance has been carried out, even though it is in improvised conditions and it is necessary to set a standard operating procedure that can be used as a standard in the development and implementation of activities for the creation of a Tourism Village that provides education to the community. Financial statements are tools that present entity information in terms of assets, liabilities, and equity. With the financial statements, the financial condition of a business can be reflected. Financial reports can be used as a tool to evaluate as well as a tool in determining the capabilities of business actors in carrying out the operations of a business. Not only that, with the existence of financial reports, projections of future business operations can be better planned. However, for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs, not all business actors are able and understand the importance of financial reports for the sustainability of these Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs. In reality, there are still many MSMEs who do not understand the importance of financial reports for the sustainability of a business or business. The results of this activity provide assistance and training for MSMEs to compile a financial report in a simple form in accordance with SAK EMKM which is regulated by the IAI Council.

Posyandu activities are routine activities carried out in all regions in Indonesia, especially in Cabea village. However, so far the posyandu activities in Cabean village have not been effective in accordance with the purpose of establishing the posyandu. Therefore, to increase the effectiveness of posyandu activities in Cabean village, the team from USM provided assistance to motivate posyandu cadres in Cabean village to activate routine posyandu activities. The motivational method used is through assistance in providing material to increase motivation and exposure to the importance of managing motivation. In addition to providing motivational materials and motivation management, the team from USM conducted questions and answers and discussions related to the knowledge of cadres related to posyandu activities in Cabean village. The results of the PKM activities carried out by a team from USM, namely posyandu cadres in Cabean village, greatly appreciated and were motivated to reactivate posyandu activities in Cabean village

Covid-19 pandemic has made a negative impact on the health status of many people in Indonesia. While vaccination is a great tool for decreasing the infection rate and increasing the survival rate, consuming functional foods and vitamins is also beneficial for increasing the body immunity and maintaining a good health. Black garlic is one of the functional foods derived from garlic. Black garlic has many beneficial health effects such as reducing blood pressure and cholesterol, thereby reducing the risk of getting heart disease and stroke. In addition, Black garlic has a good antioxidant compound which can increase the body immunity and reduce oxidative stress. In order to disseminate the health benefits of black garlic, we conduct training on making black garlic to Al Ihsan religious group in Pedurenan, Tangerang City.

Jayagiri Village, Lembang District, is located in the government area of ??West Bandung Regency. Most of the population in Jayagiri Village work as employees, laborers, entrepreneurs, employees and farming. For potential commodities in this area, there are several home industries as well as in the field of agribusiness. One of the agricultural commodities found in this area is the Jayagiri Coffee product which is ready to be consumed or ready to serve anytime anywhere. The development of information technology is very rapid. One example is the development of the internet, its existence has an influence on SMEs. related to the world of business or business. In addition to simplifying and accelerating the process of communication and information, information technology has many conveniences and functions from the use of digital media, encouraging the public or entrepreneurs to take advantage of the digital media in every activity.
