Abstract

The demand to produce performance to each individual (employee) is based on the conformity between the realisation and the target that must be achieved by employees and formulated on the established performance indicators and organisational needs. This study investigates and analyses the effects of transformational leadership style and the use of Information technology on employee performance. The data collection used primary data through distributing questionnaires using all employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province as a population, the sample was drawn using total sampling so that a sample size of 138 employees was obtained, but the results of distributing questionnaires showed that there were 11 defective questionnaires leaving 127 questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using structural equation analysis with the assistance of Partial Least Square. The results of testing the outer model show that if the construct of transpormational leadership style in the ideal influence dimension, so it must be excluded from the research model. The test results show that all constructs used meet the outer model testing criteria. Hypothesis testing through inner models provides evidence that the transformational leadership style is in a good categorization as well as the construct of the use of information technology which shows high intensity so that it is proven to be able to improve employee performance towards higher. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions at the Theyuji Scraft store in Sorong City. This study uses a quantitative method. with a sample of 130 people. The quantitative data used in the study uses a Likert scale and the analysis used in this study is multiple regression and then the data is processed using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that content marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT Bumi Maros Sejahtera (Perseroda Maros). This research variable consists of Leadership Style and Compensation as independent variables and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative associative in nature. The population in this study amounted to 34 employees of PT Bumi Maros Sejahtera (Perseroda Maros). The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a sample size of 34 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27 software. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bumi Maros Sejahtera (Perseroda Maros).

Abstract

Globalization has significantly changed the business landscape, forcing companies to face increasingly complex and diverse environments. Human resource management (HRM) becomes crucial in corporate strategy in the context of globalization. This study uses a qualitative method of systematic literature review to explain the typology of global HRM planning strategies with four quadrants (Development, Expansion, Productivity, and Redirection). The use of the Growth Readiness Matrix Approach can help companies manage HRM effectively amidst global market dynamics. Optimal HRM planning plays an important role in improving the quality of HRM, creating value for the company, and achieving competitive advantage in terms of the 4-quadrant strategy (Development, Expansion, Productivity, and Redirection).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of academic service quality and administrative service quality on student satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative associative method. The population in this study were all students of Tjut Nyak Dhien University. The sampling used was students of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Stambuk 2022, Semester 4, Class 03, totaling 51 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire filling media with a Likert scale, which then the data would be analyzed using the multiple linear regression method with SPSS using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, Hypothesis Testing and determination coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that partially the quality of academic service has a significant effect on student satisfaction at Tjut Nyak Dhien University, the quality of administrative service has a significant effect on student satisfaction at Tjut Nyak Dhien University. While simultaneously the quality of academic service and the quality of administrative service have a significant effect on student satisfaction at Tjut Nyak Dhien University

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This study adopts a quantitative associative methodology, the population in this study are all employees at Carefast Grand Jati Junction. To determine the sample size, using a saturated sample method where all members of the population are used to fill out a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using the SPSS approach. The findings of the study revealed that partially work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of Carefast Grand Jati Junction employees, work discipline does not affect the performance of Carefast Grand Jati Junction employees, simultaneously work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of Carefast Grand Jati Junction employees

Abstract

The conflict in the South China Sea continues to be a crucial issue triggered by overlapping territorial claims and its wealth of natural resources, making it the centre of geopolitical attention. For Indonesia, as the largest archipelagic state, maintaining maritime security, especially in Natuna waters, is a top priority. Despite increased military efforts, challenges such as illegal fishing, territorial violations and limited naval resources remain. This article explores the potential of Autonomous Vehicles (AV) technology-including Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV), Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), and Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles (UCAV)-as a transformative solution to enhance maritime security. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this research highlights how AVs can optimise border surveillance, ensure continuous monitoring, and reduce operational risks for personnel. The article also discusses the importance of international collaboration and technology transfer to develop AV capabilities for Indonesia's maritime defence. By combining advanced technology and strategic diplomacy, Indonesia can strengthen its sovereignty while contributing to regional stability in the South China Sea

Abstract

Online loans can be an important tool in meeting economic needs, it is very important for Muslims to find solutions that are not only practical, but also halal in accordance with Islamic law. This research uses the library research method, where the main source analyzed is scientific literature relevant to the topic, such as journal articles, research reports, and legal documents. The results of the study show that, 1). The view of Islamic law on the concept of riba applied in online loans is that riba is expressly prohibited because it is considered a form of exploitation and injustice. In the context of online loans, riba often appears in the form of high interest charged to borrowers, thus burdening them and unfairly benefiting the lender. 2). Islamic law's view of the uncertainty aspect (gharar) in an online loan agreement is that gharar refers to uncertainty or ambiguity in a transaction that can cause losses to one of the parties. In the context of online loans, gharar can arise if the terms and conditions in the agreement are not clearly stated, for example regarding additional fees, interest, or hidden fines. 3). The role of government regulation and Islamic financial institutions in online loan services from the perspective of Islamic legal principles is that the government and Islamic financial institutions have an important role in ensuring that online loan services run in accordance with Islamic principles. Islamic financial institutions offer financing alternatives that are in accordance with Islamic law, such as interest-free loans (qardh hasan) or profit-sharing systems (mudharabah/musyarakah)

Abstract

Internal communication plays a vital role in the successful implementation of change in an organization. However, many organizations face challenges in ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders, which impacts the level of acceptance and success of change. This study aims to analyze how internal communication strategies can improve the effectiveness of change implementation in the context of organizational management. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with a case study at Nokia, where data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of related documents. This study also adopts a strategic communication framework to evaluate the internal communication practices that have been implemented. The expected results of this study are the identification of effective internal communication strategies, such as information transparency, the use of appropriate communication media, and the active involvement of leaders in conveying the vision of change. This study is expected to contribute to the development of change management theory, as well as offer practical guidance for organizations in improving the success of change implementation through better internal communication management

Abstract

The ability of an organization to adapt becomes important in the modern era full of dynamic changes, as seen in the Blackberry failure. In the context of Blackberry change management, this study examines the failure through the Satir Change Model approach, which emphasizes the emotional dynamics and individual behavior during the change process. These stages include Status Quo, Resistance, Chaos Integration, and New Status Quo. This study uses a qualitative approach based on case studies. It is hoped that this study will provide knowledge to other organizations on how to manage change effectively and sustainably.
