Abstract

This research is a type of research True Experimental Design (Real Experiment). This research was conducted in SMP One Ma’rang. In this study Population is the entire class VIII SMP One Ma’rang registered in 2016/2017 which amounted to 124 people. In this study the sample used are 42 people, consisting of 21 from class VIII E as the experimental class and 21 from class VIII F as the control class. In this research information about learning of Advance organizer and conventional learning by usingquestion instrument, while data of critical thinking skill and concept comprehension of student can be seen at result value of posttest. The gathering is done by using question instrument, observation and documentation. The results showed 1) There is a significant difference between the critical thinking skills of students who were taught with advanced organizational learning andwho were taught with conventional learning In class VIII E and VIII F SMP One Ma’rang,PangkajeneDistrik and Islands 2) There is a significant difference between Understanding of IPS concept of students who are taught by Advance Organizer learning in class VIII E and VIIIF SMP One Ma’rangPangkajeneDistrik and Islands. In line with the findings of the research results, one of the efforts that can be done in improving the thinking skills and understanding of the concept of IPS in Class VIII E and VIII SMP One Ma’rangPangkajeneDistrik and Islands. is advised to apply the Advance Organizer learning on certain material. Abstract

As what Weber and Mc. Lelland view, it is assumed that values in certain religion and culture are believed to be able to influence the followers' behavior which are implied on the economic growth. Although indirectly they influence the economic development. Although Islam teaches about the work culture, the reality shows that Indonesian economy has been well-develop yet. Religion (Islam) as Weber criticizes, does not result in capitalism industrialization as the motivator of economic development because the culture is in line with "The Spirit of Capitalism ". It is different from Calvinism; its theology is able to move the economy development of its followers. Therefore, the Moslems' problem of economic decrease has to be solved with a right strategy. In this paper, the strategy used to solve the problem is macro analysis through the model of M. Chapra’s "cycle theory.''

Abstract

Since economically Indonesia declined because of monetary crisis in 1997, "partnership" program considered as the alternative to solve economic problem of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Its importance to decrease costs and improve production quality, to avoid supply/demand fluctuation, to create external scale of economies, to avoid uncertainty and to guaranty of good and service flow by continuously. The partnership program can be efficient, when there is no unbalance relationship conditions among Cooperatives/SMEs with their partner: Cooperatives/SMEs in "worse of" conditions and partners in "better of" condition. So, the performance Of Cooperatives/SMEs can be improved. So far, the measurement of cooperative performance focusing on finance aspect. The firm reaches high Roi considered as successfull business. Whereas, measuring business performance only on financial aspect can be bias. Therefore, it is important to have new approach on measurement business performance using "Balanced Scorecard".

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze 1) the influence of PAI teachers' pedagogic competence on learning achievement of elementary school students in Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency. 2) Effect of PAI teacher professional competence on learning achievement of elementary school students in Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency, and 3) Effect of PAI pedagogic competence and professional competence on learning achievement of elementary school students in Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency. Pedagogic competence is a number of competencies that relate to personal abilities with all the characteristics that support the execution of tasks. Teacher's Professional Competence is a number of competencies related to professions that demand various skills in education or teacher training. This research is a type of ex-post facto research that is associative causality using quantitative analysis techniques. This research was conducted in elementary schools in the Ma'rang sub-district, Pangkep Regency. The study population was all 34 Islamic Education teachers in elementary schools in Ma'rang sub-district totaling 34 people. Samples are taken from a number of populations. In this study data on pedagogic competencies and professional competencies were obtained using a questionnaire. While the data of student learning achievement is obtained through the average grade V of PAI subjects contained in the report card that has been documented. Data management with descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) pedagogic competence of PAI teachers had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement of elementary school students in Ma'rang sub-district of Pangkep Regency by 32.71%, 2) the professional competence of PAI teachers had a positive and significant effect on elementary school students' learning achievement in Ma'rang District of Pangkep Regency was 20.43%, and 3) Pedagogic competence and professional competence of PAI teachers had a positive and significant effect on the learning achievement of elementary school students in the Ma'rang sub-district of Pangkep Regency by 31,24%.Keywords: Pedagogic Competence, Professional Competency, Student achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui 1) Pembinaan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, 2) Standar Pembiayaan Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri 1 dan Negeri 2 Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ex post facto. Sampel sebanyak 22 orang terdiri dari 2 orang kepala sekolah dan 20 orang guru. Pengumpulan data melalui angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Anlisis data yakni analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pembinaan Manajerial SLB berada pada angka rata-rata 43,18 dari nilai ideal 60 dengan standar deviasi 4,23 berdasarkan pemaparan hasil dan pembahasan. Dalam hal pengkategorian variabel, nilai rata-rata termasuk dalam kategori sedang, yaitu interval 40X44. Pembinaan Manajerial berkualitas tinggi, 2) Rata-rata Standar Pembiayaan SLB 31,36, dengan variasi standar 2,40, dari nilai ideal 52. Untuk pengkategorian variabel, nilai rata-rata masuk dalam kategori sedang yaitu interval 30X32. Standar Pembiayaan berkualitas tinggi. Dapat dikatakan bahwa pengembangan manajemen prinsipal memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap standar pembiayaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatahui 1) Implementasi kebijakan peningkatan mutu, 2) Kendala peningkatan mutu, 3) Solusi peningkatan mutu SDN 88 Bontosunggu Paitana. Jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif.  Subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, guru kelas I dan IV. Prosedur mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data mengunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data,pengajian  data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) Implementasi kebijakan peningkatan mutu dengan penetapan nilai KKM, penetapan jadwal kegiatan siswa, adanya perubahan nilai UAS, tujuan peningkatan hasil ujian sekolah, dan peningkatan kualitas lulusan sekolah , sesuai dengan pemaparan hasil dan pembahasan, 2) Kendalanya pemahaman kalangan siswa, serta rendahnya disiplin siswa menjadi tantangan dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan mutu, 3) Solusi peningkatan mutu SDN 88 Bontosunggu Paitana, dengan menerapkan kebijakan peningkatan mutu dan memberikan pendekatan yang mendorong siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Kesimpulan peningkatan mutu di SDN 88 Bontosunggu Paitana berjalan dengan lancar, namun masih terdapat hambatan-hambatan tertentu dalam upaya peningkatan mutu yang sebenarnya. Namun, ada cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas mutu.

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode brainstorming dalam model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 3 Enrekang pada materi larutan penyangga. Menggunakan desain yaitu Posttest only control group design. Populasinya adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Enrekang yang tersebar dalam 6 kelas. Sampelnya adalah XI MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksprimen dan XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol yang ditetapkan secara random sampling. Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen 81,01 lebih tinggi dari kelompok kontrol yaitu 74,38. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa data kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol berasal dari populasi yang homogen, tetapi tidak terdistribusi normal sehingga dianalisis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh metode brainstorming dalam model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 3 Enrekang pada materi larutan penyangga.

Abstract

The research was a quasi-experimental that aimed to know the difference discovery learning and direct learning of student’s achievement in class X P.Mia Senior High School 1 Parangloe. The study design used is posttest only control group design. The population was class X P.Mia Senior High School 1 Parangloe which consisted of 102 students from three classes. The class selected as a sample was class X P.Mia 2 which consisted of 35 students as an experimental 1 class and class X P.Mia 1 which consisted of 31 students as an experimental 2 class. Experimental 1 class taught using discovery learning whereas experimental 2 class taught using direct learning. The independent variable in this research was discovery learning and direct learning, whereas the dependent variable was student’s achievement. Data collection technique was obtained that giving test the student’s achievement for posttest. Results of inferential statistical analysis prerequisite test showed that the data were not normally distributed. Testing the hypothesis with Mann Whitney test conducted by α = 0,05 were Zcalculated= 2,155 > Ztable = 1,96. Conclude that there are difference of discovery learning and direct learning of student’s achievement in class X P.Mia Senior High School 1 Parangloe in.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Media Interaktif Berbantuan Aplikasi QR Code dalam Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing Terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas XI MIPA SMAN 1 Gowa Pada Materi Pokok Asam Basa. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain posttest-only control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh kelas XI MIPA dengan jumlah 6 kelas, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIPA 6 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data hasil belajar dilakukan dengan cara memberikan post-test. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Media Interaktif Berbantuan Aplikasi QR Code dalam Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing Terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas XI MIPA SMAN 1 Gowa Studi pada Materi Pokok Asam Basa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran quizizz pada model pembelajaran berbasis masalah secara daring terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 3 Toraja Utara pada materi pokok reaksi reduksi oksidasi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X MIPA SMAN 3 Toraja Utara yang terdiri dari tujuh kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas X MIPA 1 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah peserta didik 34 orang dan kelas X MIPA 5 sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan jumlah peserta didik 31 orang. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif diperoleh nilai rata-rata untuk kelompok eksperimen sebesar 75,05 dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 70,75. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney diperoleh Zhitung= 2,45 pada taraf signifikan =0,05 diperoleh Ztabel = 1,64. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media pembelajaran quizizz pada model pembelajaran berbasis masalah secara daring terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 3 Toraja Utara pada materi pokok reaksi reduksi oksidasi.
