Abstract

This study focuses on discussing the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction on the performance of state civil apparatus with work discipline as an intervening variable at the Office of the Airport Authority Region X Merauke, Papua. The type of research used is quantitative with a causal study design. Data collection through questionnaires and analyzed using multivariate-Structural Equation Model analysis. The results of this study see a significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction on the performance and work discipline of the State Civil Apparatus. However, when testing discipline as a mediating variable between motivation, satisfaction and performance, it was found that the relationship was not significant. As recommendations, implement employee development programs focused on increasing motivation and job satisfaction, provide regular training and workshops to improve work discipline and performance, and conduct periodic job satisfaction surveys to identify areas that require improvement. Recommendations for employees, actively participate in development programs offered by the office, provide constructive feedback to management, and take initiative in improving work discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, organizational culture, quality of work life, and work motivation on job satisfaction among SL Corp employees. Using Quantitative Methods with a population of 154 employees and a sample of 111 employees. Questionnaires were distributed in March-May. This research includes descriptive statistics, reliability, and basic assumptions: normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Model feasibility, multiple linear regression test, partial, and coefficient of determination R2 using the SPSS 26 analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that work discipline, organizational culture, and quality of work life have no effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and has important implications in managing human resources and increasing satisfaction among SL Corp employees.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the influence of financial ratios on stock prices, with a particular focus on the role of profitability as a moderating factor among LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2023. The independent variables employed in this study are liquidity ratio (CR), solvency ratio (DER) and market value ratio (PER), in addition to profitability (EPS) as a moderating variable. The dependent variable is stock price. This study employs a sample of 23 selected companies included in the LQ45 index. The data analysis method utilised is multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that the liquidity ratio and solvency ratio exert no significant influence on the company's stock price. Conversely, the market value ratio exerts a significant effect on stock prices. Furthermore, profitability does not serve as a moderating variable for the liquidity and solvency ratios, whereas it does for the market value ratios on stock prices.

Abstract

Profitability is one of the important measures of a company's success and is very important in financial terms. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the profitability of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the transportation and  logistics industry is influenced by liquidity, leverage, activity, and company size. This study conducted multiple linear analysis. The study involved 30 businesses, with 28 samples that met the criteria. The main data from www.idx.co.id was used for this study. which was then processed by the researcher.The results of multiple linear analysis in this study indicate that (1) Liquidity, Leverage, Activity, Company Size have a positive effect on profitability simultaneously. (2) Liquidity and activity have a positive effect on profitability partially (3) Leverage and company size have a negative effect on profitability partially.

Abstract

This study attempts to ascertain the result of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the Java Heritage Hotel employees of Purwokerto. The research method used in this research was all 143 employees of Java Heritage Purwokerto, and 143 employees used saturated sampling techniques. These results indicate transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment do not affect OCB. However organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on OCB. The anticipated outcomes of this investigation should offer benefits for the leaders and employees of the Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the influence of the fraud hexagon on financial report fraud in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022, incorporating corporate governance as a moderating factor. In this study, the fraud hexagon serves as the independent variable, while financial report fraud is the dependent variable. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The research findings indicate that the variables of external pressure and ineffective monitoring have a positive influence on financial report fraud. Conversely, the variables of total accruals, CEO education, CEO duality, and political connections show a negative influence on financial report fraud. Corporate governance, as a moderating variable, is found to moderate only the relationship between external pressure and CEO duality on financial report fraud.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing the impact of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee creativity and organizational innovation in the West Papua High Court Jurisdiction. The type of research used is quantitative research method with causality analysis. Data was collected by utilizing a questionnaire. In the data processing process to calculate each indicator, a Likert scale was used. Furthermore, validity and reliability tests were carried out. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and SmartPLS Analysis. The results showed that partially, transformational leadership has no effect on employee creativity, organizational culture partially has a positive effect on employee creativity, partially transformational leadership has no effect on organizational innovation, partially, organizational culture affects organizational innovation, and employee creativity partially has no effect on organizational innovation, partially, transformational leadership intervened by employee creativity has no effect on organizational innovation, and partially, organizational culture intervened by employee creativity has no effect on organizational innovation. Suggestions, it is good for organizations to improve the quality of transformational leadership, and need to pay attention to values, norms, and behaviors that encourage creativity.

Abstract

This research investigates how work motivation mediates the impact of incentives and job training on employee performance at PT Pumas Basata Purwokerto, a real estate firm. Utilizing Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, the research applied a purposive sampling method with 122 respondents and analyzed data using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research uses several tests in SPLS, including the outer model test, inner model test, bootstrapping, and blindfolding test. The findings reveal that incentives, job training, and work motivation positively and significantly influence employee performance. Notably, work motivation could mediate the role of job training and incentives toward employee performance, suggesting that enhancing work motivation is essential for improving employee performance. Additionally, increased incentives and job training directly lead to better employee performance.

Abstract

Business competition means that companies must understand that human resources are assets that must be maintained in which employees have a big role and contribute to the companies operational activities. However, in reality, maintaining a workforce is not easy, turnover is a coomon phenomenon in the business environment. Factors that can influence turnover are job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This problem also occurs in Radar Kediri. The employee turnover rate at this company is quite high, namely 34,4% in 2020. The aim of this research is to examine how the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment influences employee turnover at Radar Kediri. This research uses quantitative methods which is processed using Smart PLS software version 4. The population in this research is all Radar Kediri employee, totaling 53 and a sample of 53 respondents determined using the saturated sampling method. The analysis techniques are Sem PLS and bootstrapping. The result of this study indicate that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a negative effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth how taxpayer compliance in fulfilling tax obligations in the era of digitalization. This study uses qualitative with a case study approach. Researchers conduct data collection techniques through interviews (semi-structured), observation, and documentation. 9 MSME informants and two large business informants were selected using purposive sampling. The study results show that 3 out of 9 MSMEs remain compliant despite experiencing difficulties operating digital electronic systems by utilizing available services. Meanwhile, one MSME was identified as non-compliant because they needed to understand the concept of taxation and the digital tax system. One other MSME was identified as non-compliant even though they understood the electronic tax system. The Digital Empowerment Theory is supported, which shows the need for comprehensive socialization in various business fields.
