Abstract

Company worth is extremely essential since it demonstrates the business's overall accomplishment. The concept of signaling describes how firms feel compelled for communicate monetary report statistics regarding outside stakeholders to avoid information asymmetry. That investigation's audience consists of 49 firms included in the IDX30 index from 2020 to 2023. The sample for this research consisted of 16 issuers who had been selected using a purposive sampling technique, then multiplied by 4 according to the research period so that there were 64 samples. The moderated regression analysis (MRA) method is utilized to examine information using tools such as the SPSS application. The analysis results prove profitability has a destructive contribution to company value, liquidity has little impact on firm value, and solvency has a contribution to company value. Apart from that, dividend policy can limit the impact of profitability on company value; however, this can't reduce its effect of liquidity and solvency on the worth of the company.

Abstract

This qualitative research critically investigates the inventory management systems utilized by State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Mountain Province, revealing a significant gap in operational efficiency due to outdated processes and technologies. Employing a descriptive research design, the study systematically evaluates the limitations and challenges within the current framework of the Supply and Property Management Office (SPMO). The analysis uncovers substantial inefficiencies caused by manual procedures and obsolete technological tools, which hinder the institution's ability to effectively manage and allocate resources. The research identifies the urgent need for a modernized approach, advocating for integrating advanced digital technologies to optimize procurement, inventory tracking, and resource distribution. The proposed interventions aim to minimize errors, reduce operational delays, and enhance overall cost-efficiency, resulting in a more responsive and sustainable inventory management system tailored to the evolving needs of SUCs.

Abstract

This action research explores the effectiveness of Project JUGAS in enhancing Grade 11 HUMSS students' understanding of Earth and Life Science. Using an explanatory sequential design, the study assessed pretest and posttest scores of students engaged in gamification activities—cabbage relay, geologic crossword puzzles, science mystery stations, and impromptu speech spinners—over four weeks. Results show a significant improvement in mean scores (p=0.00***) with a large effect size (d=0.92). Qualitative analysis identified six key themes: fun and interactive, engaging and motivating, challenging, collaborative, mastery of learning, and progression with rewards. The joint display confirmed that these qualitative themes support the quantitative data, demonstrating Project JUGAS's effectiveness as a pedagogical strategy.

Abstract

Bioethanol can be produced from plants that contain a lot of starch and cellulose compounds by using the help of yeast activity from fruit skin waste. Sugar compounds in fruits are usually a mixture of glucose and fructose. Fruits contain carbohydrates, glucose, and fructose, so fruits have great potential to be raw materials for bioethanol. The study results obtained bioethanol with a long fermentation time of up to the fifth day with different yeast concentrations, namely 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10%. The maximum bioethanol concentration results were produced by a concentration of 6% S. cerevisiae, namely 8.17%, the content because the addition of yeast is by the amount of nutrients in the sample.
