Abstract

This study examines "Determinant Analysis of Transfer Pricing in Energy Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Energy Sector Companies". The formulation of the problem that will be studied in this research is: Does multinationality, tax haven and yhin capitalization have a positive effect on transfer pricing. And the research objective is to test and find empirical evidence of the effect of multinationality, tax havens, thin capitalization can affect transfer pricing. The sample in this study is the energy sector companies, the data that fits the sample criteria is 38 data. The analytical method used in processing the data uses multiple linear analysis. The results showed that multinationality and thin capitalization had a positive effect on transfer pricing, and tax heaven had no positive effect on transfer pricing. The results of this study are multinationality and thin capitalization have a positive effect on transfer pricing. This result is in accordance with Afifah & Prastiwi (2019) which states that multinational companies have easier access to external funding than domestic companies because funding can be obtained from various sources from the country where the company's affiliation is established.

Abstract

Online communication has a rapid growth rate through social media, websites, blogs and other media. The increasing popularity of electronic word-of-mouth communication is having a significant impact on consumer behavior. The presence of social media has also changed the way of marketing, from traditional marketing to digital marketing. This study aims to determine the Influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) in TikTok Social media on Purchase Interest of Hair Care Products. The research uses a quantitative, causal descriptive approach. The samples used were purposive and accidental sampling with 101 respondents. The research analysis method uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method based on the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique. The research findings indicate that Information Adoption and Information Usefulness of eWOM on TikTok have a positive influence on the Purchase Intention of hair care products. Other factors such as Quality, Quantity, Credibility, Information task-fit, Need, and Attitude toward Information also influence the Usefulness of eWOM Information on the TikTok social media platform.

Abstract

This paper is to examines the effect of TL and talent management on job satisfaction. It also purposes to determines the meditating role of POS in relationship between transformational leadership and talent management on job satisfaction at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Indonesia. This explicit research uses quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modelling via Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) method to carried out the evaluation of the measurement model, the evaluation of the structural model and the evaluation of the goodness and fit model. Total of the responses are 135 government employees in 15 divisions. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires through print out paper and online. The result based on p-value shows that TL has  negative insignificant effect on job satisfaction, TM has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, POS has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, TL has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction meditated by POS, TM has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction meditated by POS. The findings suggestion that talent management variables should be examining and continuing to improved job satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate how transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction as intervening variable would influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE) in Agency of Labor, Transmigration and Energy Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The method used in the study is quantitative method and the whole population is used as sample or known as non-probability sampling. Population of the study is civil servants with two-year minimum experience with a total of 93 people. The data was analysed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 4. The results show that transformational leadership influence job satisfaction, organizational commitment influence job satisfaction, transformational leadership influence OCBE, job satisfaction influence OCBE, organizational commitment has positive and significant impact on OCBE, transformational leadership through job satisfaction as intervening variable influence OCBE, organizational commitment through job satisfaction as intervening variable influence OCBE.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether poverty alleviation in the Districts/Cities of Papua province can be influenced by Regional Original Income or still depends on central transfer funds. The research method is panel data analysis with Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach using EViews12. The results showed that Regional Original Income did not have a significant effect on poverty in the Districts/Cities of Papua Province, while the Balancing Fund and Special Autonomy Fund had a significant effect on poverty in the Districts/Cities of Papua Province. This shows that in alleviating poverty in the Districts/Cities of Papua province still depends on central transfer funds, namely the balance fund and special autonomy funds.

Abstract

Hospitals are increasingly faced with the challenge of providing quality services to patients, having to meet accreditation requirement, patient needs and expectations, social and ethical values, demands for continuous improvement in the quality of health services, as well as reducing costs, so that local people continue to use health services and facilities in that country. The aim of the research is to determine the readiness of the (RSUD) Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar infrastructure in implementing standard national health insurance inpatient classes. Qualitative research with a case study approach. The population in this study was Hospital Management. Sampling uses purposive sampling. The results of research on the application of KRIS are generally known, but do not know specifically because they have never received direct socialization and there are no regulations that specifically guide KRIS. sufficient to face the current situation, and management and work realization have attempted to provide the best infrastructure for patients and in accordance with established standards. RSUD Kabupaten Karanganyar is ready if KRIS has to be implemented. This is supported by the readiness of infrastructure at the RSUD Kabupaten Karanganyar which has begun to be prepared in accordance with the KRIS Criteria standards and has good bed management.

Abstract

PT. Bina Usaha Sejahtera faces several problems that often occur, especially in increasing the number of Reject goods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the main causes of rejected goods in the production of Safety Shoes and to evaluate and analyze the application of the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method and 7 quality control tools in overcoming the lack of rejected goods In addition, this study also aims to propose corrective actions and improve the quality of Safety Shoes products at PT Binusa using the 5W + 1H method. The sample population of this study is the result of data collection using check sheets for Safety Shoes during 2023, starting from January to October 2023. The requirement for the percentage of defective products in one year is less than 5% of the total production of the Binusa company. The sample used for research type BRG 0701 S1P amounted to 1,596 pcs.. SQC has succeeded in reducing the deviation rate from 6% to 1%.PT Bina Usaha Sejahtera has committed to encouraging a culture of quality excellence by streamlining the production process, providing regular training, and managing the production process in a structured manner.

Abstract

This case study analysis examines the impact of human capital on the performance, productivity, and competitive advantage of an organization operating in the cooler and freezer repair and maintenance industry. The analysis reveals key findings related to field service operations, customer satisfaction, service quality, and workforce management. The study identifies challenges and opportunities, including skill gaps and training needs, workforce capacity and availability, retention and talent management, and effective communication and collaboration. Based on these findings, actionable recommendations provided to address the identified challenges and leverage opportunities. The recommendations emphasize the importance of continuous training, knowledge transfer, recruitment strategies, employee retention initiatives, improved communication channels, and enhanced collaboration. These recommendations aim to optimize the organization's field service operations, improve service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction. The case study highlights the critical role of human capital in organizational success.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether service quality, selling price, and marketing strategy had an effect on customer loyalty, especially in the field of services. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The location of this research was carried out at the Telkom Regional Operation Center 2 (ROC-2) Office, Central Jakarta. In this case the determination of the number of respondents using the Hair’s technique with total respondents in this study amounted to 75 customers who represent Indihome and Telkomsel users in Regional 2. Data collection methods used observation techniques and questionnaires. This research uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis test, hyphotesis test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the service quality and selling price partially had no significant effect on customer loyalty, but the marketing strategy partially had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on the F test, the research results obtained are service quality, selling price, and marketing strategy simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Technology is currently developing increasingly rapidly. This applies to familiar communication tools, namely smartphones. With advances in technology, people are interested in enjoying technology so people often buy smartphones based on desire, not because of need. Therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of product quality and price on Realme smartphone purchasing decisions, empirical study; Libra Cell. The number of respondents was 100 people, with sample criteria; realme smartphone users and Libra Cell consumers. The sample used uses a non-probability sampling technique. The method used is purposive sampling, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations, so the samples selected are people who meet the criteria mentioned above. By using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the methods used include; validity and reliability analysis (smartPLS 4.0). The result is that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Realme needs to improve and develop product quality and smartphone prices so that the company can know what factors can motivate people to buy Realme smartphones. However, it should be noted that purchasing decisions are influenced by several other factors that are beyond the scope of this research.
