Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and knowledge levels on the therapeutic adherence of hypertensive patients at the UPTD Sukamulya Public Health Center. The research subjects consisted of 261 hypertensive patients who were selected as the sample. Data were analyzed using path analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that, descriptively, Medication Therapy Management (MTM) was categorized as excellent, patients’ knowledge about hypertension was considered good, and their adherence to therapy was fairly good. However, some aspects remained low, especially regarding understanding of diastolic or systolic blood pressure and difficulties with medication use. The analysis results indicated that Medication Therapy Review (MTR) and Personal Medication Record (PMR) had a significant impact on the patients' knowledge about hypertension. On the other hand, Medication-related Action Plan (MAP), Intervention and/or Referral (I/R), and Documentation and Follow-up (Doc/F Up) did not significantly affect the patients' knowledge. Additionally, patients' knowledge about hypertension was found to significantly affect their therapeutic adherence. Overall, Medication Therapy Management (MTM) contributed significantly to improving therapeutic adherence among hypertensive patients by enhancing their knowledge about hypertension. The results emphasize that Medication Therapy Management (MTM) improves therapeutic adherence in hypertensive patients by enhancing their knowledge. Key components like Medication Therapy Review (MTR) and Personal Medication Record (PMR) should be prioritized, while other MTM aspects need refinement. Overall, improving patient education can boost adherence and reduce hypertension complications.

Rice farming plays an important role in supporting food security, especially in dryland areas such as Gorontalo Province. This study aims to evaluate the sustainability of rice farming using a Multi-aspect Sustainability Analysis (MSA) approach, covering environmental, economic, social, and farm management aspects. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and structured questionnaires involving government officials and agricultural experts from the BSIP Gorontalo in two districts. The results show that overall, the sustainability of rice farming is categorized as Low Sustainable with an average validation score of 37.07. The environmental dimension received the highest score (46.7), while the social and management aspects showed the lowest performance (21.08), which falls under the Unsustainable category. Sensitivity analysis identified 25 key factors influencing sustainability, including the stability of rice prices, the use of agricultural waste, family participation, and communal efforts in rice field management. To improve the sustainability of rice farming, strategic interventions are needed, such as optimizing natural resource management, enhancing farmers' capacity, and strengthening social and economic governance. The implementation of sustainability-based policies is expected to support the overall development of the rice farming sector and contribute to food security in Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM) on consumer purchase intention for Skintific beauty products through the social media platform TikTok. Using the Information Adoption Model (IAM) framework, the study examines independent variables such as information quality, quantity, and credibility; mediating variables including information usefulness and information adoption; and the dependent variable, purchase intention. The research sample consists of active TikTok users interested in beauty-related content and familiar with Skintific products. Data was collected through a survey of 157 respondents and analyzed using a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method via SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that eWOM on TikTok has a significant impact on purchase intention. Information quality, quantity, and credibility positively influence perceived information usefulness, which in turn enhances information adoption and ultimately drives purchase intention for Skintific products. This research provides practical insights for digital marketing strategies, especially in rapidly evolving social media platforms like TikTok. Additionally, the findings serve as a reference for marketers to effectively leverage eWOM in influencing consumer purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of interest and training on the use of management information systems and its implications for employee performance at Intan Medika Lamongan Hospital. Based on performance data showing that the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) is still suboptimal, this research identifies the lack of training as one of the main factors. The method used is a quantitative approach with path analysis, correlation coefficients, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study reveal that both interest and training have a significant effect on the utilization of the management information system and employee performance. Training has a greater impact on employee performance (37.8%) compared to interest (3.1%). Therefore, it is recommended to evaluate human resource management to improve the quality and integrity of employees.
