Abstract

This research examines the influence of Brand Ambassadors and Brand Image on Purchase Intention of Barenbliss products among members of the X Oh My Beauty Bank community. In the competitive cosmetics industry, companies need effective marketing strategies to stand out. This study employed quantitative research with a deductive approach, utilizing purposive sampling to collect data from 400 respondents who are members of the X Oh My Beauty Bank community, aged at least 18 years, and have used Barenbliss products for over six months. Path analysis revealed that both brand ambassadors and brand image significantly influence purchase intention, both individually and simultaneously. Brand ambassadors, measured through attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise, create emotional connections with consumers, while brand image, assessed through recognition, reputation, affinity, and domain, strengthens consumer perception of the brand. The findings suggest that integrating these strategies creates a comprehensive approach to enhance consumer purchase intention in the dynamic cosmetics market.

Abstract

To enhance organizational effectiveness, it is essential to fully leverage all available assets, particularly human assets. Consequently, human resources hold significant value for any enterprise. The management of human resources is tasked with ensuring that every individual within the organization collaborates harmoniously to optimize the organization's performance. This study seeks to evaluate the role of human capital management in improving organizational performance. effectiveness. Employing a qualitative methodology, the study examines the interplay between Miles and Huberman. Qualitative analysis is conducted on ongoing, interactive datasets to achieve data saturation. The analytical process includes three primary phases: data reduction, data distribution, and conclusions. Effective human resource management fosters a productive work atmosphere and guarantees that the company possesses a competent and highly qualified workforce. This empowers the organization to tackle challenges, boost competitiveness, and attain success.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities of implementing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in financing primary and secondary education in East Kalimantan. Through a literature review of various national and international sources, the study identifies several key obstacles in PPP implementation, including unclear regulations, limited capacity of local government, and imbalances in the interests between the public and private sectors. The issue of sustainability in financing is also a significant challenge. However, there are considerable opportunities for the development of PPP, driven by the substantial need for educational infrastructure, advances in educational technology, and the potential for adopting PPP practices from more developed countries. This study recommends several key actions, including the formulation of clearer and more detailed policies, strengthening institutional capacity, providing fiscal incentives to the private sector, and enhancing transparency and accountability mechanisms in PPP implementation. These measures aim to optimize the role of PPP in promoting equity and improving the quality of education in East Kalimantan.

Abstract

Food security is a strategic issue in sustainable development, encompassing the dimensions of availability, access, and utilization of food. This study aims to examine the influence of socio-economic variables on food security levels in West Sumatra Province. A quantitative explanatory approach was applied using multiple linear regression (Ordinary Least Squares/OLS) based on 174 secondary data observations from official sources. The independent variables analyzed include the normative consumption-to-availability ratio (NCPR), poverty rate (Pove), food expenditure share (PP), electricity access (TL), clean water access (TAB), average years of female schooling (LSP), population-to-health worker ratio (RTK), stunting prevalence (STUN), and life expectancy (AK). The study reveals that seven out of nine examined variables have a statistically significant impact on food security, with a high coefficient of determination (R² = 0.8817), indicating a strong explanatory power of the model. These findings underscore that food security is not solely determined by the availability of food but is also deeply influenced by broader structural factors such as poverty levels, educational attainment, and access to essential public services. The core implication of this research is the necessity for holistic and localized policy responses. Addressing food security requires not just increasing food supply, but also reducing socioeconomic disparities and improving infrastructure and education, tailored to the specific conditions of each region to ensure sustainable food resilience.

Abstract

This study addresses the urgent need for organizations to cultivate a work environment rooted in discipline and Islamic values, particularly within companies guided by Sharia principles. In an increasingly competitive and value-driven business world, aligning workplace behavior with religious ethics can foster a harmonious and productive atmosphere. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, involving all employees at CV Garmen Bogor, with data collected through questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. Findings reveal that both discipline and Islamic work culture have a meaningful and positive impact on employee performance. Discipline encourages consistency, accountability, and time management, while an Islamic work culture fosters integrity, mutual respect, and a strong sense of responsibility. Together, these factors create a balanced and ethical workplace that not only improves individual performance but also enhances team collaboration and organizational commitment. The implications suggest that integrating Islamic values into daily operations is not only compatible with modern productivity standards but also reinforces a culture of excellence. Companies that prioritize ethical behavior and structured discipline are more likely to achieve long-term success and employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Understanding the factors that influence consumer purchasing behavior is essential for companies operating in competitive markets, such as PT. Outletz Worldwide Indonesia. As consumers become more selective, businesses must identify what drives their buying decisions. This research was conducted to explore how price and product quality, both individually and together, affect purchasing decisions. A quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches was used, supported by data collected through questionnaires. Various statistical analyses were applied to ensure the reliability and validity of the findings. The study found that both price and product quality have a significant and positive impact on consumer purchasing decisions. Price influences customers by affecting their perception of value and affordability, while product quality shapes their trust and satisfaction with the brand. When combined, these two factors strengthen their influence on buying behavior. The results imply that PT. Outletz Worldwide Indonesia should focus on maintaining competitive pricing strategies while also ensuring consistent product quality. Doing so can lead to stronger customer loyalty, increased purchase intention, and better overall market performance. These findings provide actionable insights for business development and customer relationship strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students’ motivation and interest in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith through the use of the Kahoot-based "New Family 100" game in class 7A of MTs No. 32 Lamasi. The research addresses the question: Can the implementation of this game improve students' motivation and interest in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith? The study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, conducted in two cycles. Each cycle involved group-based, interactive learning that actively engaged all students through the game. Findings show that students' motivation and interest improved significantly after the implementation. Motivation increased from 59.99% in Cycle I (moderate) to 78.33% in Cycle II (high), while interest rose from 61.90% (moderate) to 86.82% (high). Student observation results improved from 74.07% (fairly good) to 94.44% (very good), and teacher observations increased from 75.29% to 96.29% across the two cycles. These results indicate that the integration of interactive digital games like Kahoot in religious studies can effectively enhance student engagement and enthusiasm.

Abstract

Digital transformation has prompted various sectors, including the human resources sector, to adapt to increasingly dynamic technologies. Technology startups in Jakarta as innovation pioneers have a strategic role in implementing digital-based talent management. This study aims to examine the role of digital technology in talent management practices in technology startups with a literature study approach. Data is collected through literature review from various sources such as scientific journals, books, and current industry reports. The results of the study show that the use of digital technology, such as AI-based recruitment applications, performance management platforms, and online learning systems, is able to improve the efficiency of HR processes and create a more adaptive work experience for employees. However, challenges such as data security, organizational culture adaptation, and digital divide remain obstacles to optimal implementation. This research provides a conceptual overview and strategic implications for the development of digital talent management in the Indonesian startup sector.

Abstract

Digital transformation is essential for companies to remain competitive in today’s dynamic market. Through the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), businesses can enhance marketing management by automating processes, utilizing data analytics, and creating digital customer experiences. This study adopts a literature review method to explore how digital transformation impacts marketing practices. A total of 45 national journal articles from 2019 to 2024 were collected from garuda.kemdikbud.go.id and analyzed. The findings reveal key trends: many studies focus on digital marketing innovation, e-commerce, and data mining. Training programs and skill development are frequently highlighted, especially for empowering SMEs and youth communities. Goals such as customer loyalty and entrepreneurial development are common. In terms of methods, qualitative approaches, technology-based analytics, and community interventions like training and focus groups are widely applied. Target populations often include SMEs, young entrepreneurs, and specific customer segments. Despite its benefits, digital transformation poses challenges such as high implementation costs, limited digital skills, and data security risks. To address these issues, strategies including human capital investment, strategic partnerships, and proactive data security measures are recommended. In conclusion, ICT-driven transformation can significantly boost marketing effectiveness and customer engagement. With proper planning and investment, companies can overcome barriers and achieve sustainable growth in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly impacted various aspects of life, including the field of marketing. One of the effects is the increasing use of the internet and the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, where Shopee has become the most widely used e-commerce platform. This study aims to analyze the influence of Customer Experience, Product Review, and Perceived Value on the Repurchase Intention of Shopee consumers among students of Battuta University. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative research method. The population consists of 129 students from the 2023 cohort of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Battuta University. Using simple random sampling, 52 respondents were selected. Data were collected via WhatsApp questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 25. The findings reveal that customer experience, product reviews, and perceived value significantly affect consumers’ intention to repurchase, both individually and collectively. These variables play a critical role in driving consumer behavior within e-commerce platforms. The analysis suggests that a substantial portion of repurchase intention is determined by these factors, emphasizing their strategic importance in online retail. The implications of this research highlight the need for e-commerce businesses to enhance customer engagement, encourage positive product feedback, and consistently deliver value. Strengthening these aspects can foster customer loyalty, improve satisfaction, and ultimately support sustainable business growth in the digital marketplace.
