Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a digital e-module in Marriage Guidance (Bimbingan Perkawinan) as an innovative learning medium and to examine its impact on participants’ understanding, motivation, and internalization of sakinah family values. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, and documentation, and were analyzed descriptively using percentage techniques. The findings indicate that the digital e-module was effectively implemented as a flexible and interactive learning medium in a flipbook format accessible through QR codes. Participants demonstrated positive learning responses, reflected in ease of access, improved understanding of sakinah family concepts, and a strong intention to apply these values in their future marital life. The e-module also promotes independent and reflective learning, enabling deeper internalization of Islamic family values.

Abstract

The transformation of the evaluation management of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in the digital era is an important effort to improve the quality of learning that is adaptive to technological developments. This study aims to analyze the form of transformation of the PAI curriculum evaluation, identify challenges, and examine their implications on the quality of learning. The method used is a qualitative approach with the type of library research through the review of relevant scientific literature. Data analysis is carried out using content and thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the transformation of the evaluation of the PAI curriculum is characterized by a shift from conventional methods to digital-based systems, such as Learning Management System (LMS), Computer-Based Test (CBT), and data-based evaluation. This transformation increases efficiency, objectivity, and allows for continuous evaluation. However, challenges still arise, such as limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, and readiness of human resources. Overall, this transformation has a positive impact on realizing innovative, adaptive, and student-centered learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the adaptation of religious patterns among international students within an Islamic education environment based on the pesantren system at Universitas Islam Darul Ulum (UNISDA), Lamongan. The pesantren environment is characterized by a structured religious life rooted in Indonesian Islamic traditions, which requires international students to adjust their religious understanding, practices, and attitudes. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-exploratory design. The research subjects consist of eight international students from Southern Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Timor-Leste. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation, and were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and continuous conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the adaptation of religious patterns among international students occurs gradually and dynamically. Differences in Islamic traditions, language, and religious culture, particularly the dominance of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) religious practices, constitute initial challenges in the adaptation process. However, social support from peers, lecturers, and the campus environment plays a significant role in assisting students to manage these differences in a moderate and reflective manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the speaking etiquette (adab al-kalam) program for Phase B primary school students (grades 3-4) from an Islamic educational perspective, as well as its impact on students' communication behavior. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation at SD Muhammadiyah 02 Cileungsi, Bogor. The results indicated that the speaking etiquette program was implemented by integrating Quranic and Hadith values with pedagogical methods such as modeling, role-playing, and positive reinforcement. This program had a significant impact on improving students' communication behavior, characterized by increased use of polite language, active listening skills, and interpersonal empathy. The primary challenges identified were the consistency of application outside the school environment and the varying levels of parental involvement. This study concludes that optimal development of speaking etiquette in Phase B is highly dependent on the synergy between teacher role-modeling and continuous reinforcement from the family environment. The implication is that this program can serve as a systematic character education curriculum model for Islamic elementary schools to mitigate the negative impacts of communication in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the influence of gamification-based Qurfuntastic application on increasing the concentration of learning hijaiyah letters in deaf children of the Alpha Generation. This study uses a positivistic paradigm with a quasi-experimental quantitative approach with a Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design design applied to all deaf students in SLB, which is divided into experimental and control groups. The instruments were in the form of learning concentration questionnaires and digital learning media validated by experts, while the data analysis used the Mann-Whitney test because the data distribution was abnormal. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the control group and the experimental group with a significance (p = 0.003), which confirms that Qurfuntastic is more effective than conventional learning. This influence is supported by the integration of multimedia elements, sign language representation, and gamification strategies that align with the cognitive traits and visual learning preferences of deaf students. This study concludes that the gamification-based Qurfuntastic application has an effect on increasing the concentration of learning hijaiyah letters in deaf children with Gerenrasi Alpha.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate the concept of transformative adab pedagogy, a learning model that integrates the personal, spiritual, and social adab values of the three scholars within the context of the Phase A Adab Education program (grades 1–2 of elementary school). This study employs a library research method. The results of the analysis indicate that Az-Zarnuji's ideas regarding the discipline (adab) of learning, Al-Ghazali's concepts of purification of the soul (tazkiyatun nafs) and intention, and Al-Haddad's emphasis on the consistency of worship and social ethics can be collaborated into a comprehensive framework. The implementation of this pedagogy focuses on habituation, exemplary conduct (role modeling), value internalization, and socio-emotional engagement between teachers and students. In conclusion, the synthesis of the thoughts of these three scholars produces a transformative adab pedagogical model that is operational for application in early-phase learning. This model not only strengthens the cultivation of spiritual foundations and self-discipline from an early age but also offers a practical solution to the challenges of educational secularism in Indonesian elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of Islamophobia and its implications for the implementation of Islamic Religious Education in Indonesia. The research employs a literature review method by examining various relevant sources, including books, scholarly journal articles, and research reports. The findings indicate that Islamophobia influences the implementation of Islamic religious education in several ways, such as the emergence of negative stigma toward Islamic religious education teachers, restrictions on certain learning materials, and psychological pressure experienced by Muslim students. In addition, this condition may weaken public support for religious education and potentially lead to misunderstandings among religious communities. Therefore, strengthening the role of education through the integration of multicultural values, the improvement of Islamic literacy, and the promotion of tolerant attitudes is essential for fostering harmonious social relations.
