Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of using small group discussion strategies in improving students' reading comprehension compared to whole-class teaching strategies. Conducted at SMPN 1 Banyakan, this research focuses on second-year students divided into experimental and control groups. The findings reveal a significant difference in students' reading comprehension between the two strategies. The small group discussion strategy promotes greater student participation, enhances motivation, and creates an interactive learning environment. In contrast, the whole-class strategy, though effective for general content delivery, limits personalized interaction and engagement. These results suggest that small group discussions are more effective for improving reading comprehension and addressing individual learning needs in classroom settings.

Abstract

Relaas panggilan persidangan memerlukan jasa dan biaya, baik persidangan manual atau elektronik. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telekomunikasi mampu memperkecil panjar relaas panggilan terutama dalam persidangan elektronik. Namun, kondisi tersebut akan terjadi apabila tergugat/termohon berpartisipasi dalam persidangan setelah disampaikan relaas panggilan. Penelititan ini ingin mengkaji tentang pembaharuan terhadap relaas panggilan persidangan berdasarkan prinsip biaya ringan sehingga panjarnya tidak hanya menjangkau penggugat/ pemohon melainkan juga tergugat/termohon. Penelitian bersifat yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konsep. Dilakukan dengan mengkaji atau menganalisis data sekunder berupa bahan hukum terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pembengkakan biaya relaas panggilan dikarenakan tergugat/ termohon tidak berpartisipasi dalam persidangan, dan untuk mengatasinya perlu konsep baru yakni setiap awal kesepakatan yang diperjanjikan ditambahkan klausula tercatat tentang kejelasan alamat domisili, kewajiban partisipasi dalam persidangan dan jika abai maka dilakukan pemblokiran sementara untuk layanan keperdataan sampai sidang diputus dan selesai. Dengan demikan, upaya tersebut diharapkan terjadi efisiensi biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk relaas panggilan.

Abstract

The education of Aqidah Akhlak plays a crucial role in shaping a child's character and personality. One effective method to instill Aqidah Akhlak is through homeschooling. Homeschooling offers the opportunity for more personalized and in-depth education, allowing for a better understanding of the core concepts of Aqidah Akhlak. This article aims to discuss the application of Aqidah Akhlak in homeschooling education, specifically focusing on teaching the essential attributes of Allah and magnifying His greatness, as well as instilling virtuous character traits such as honesty and respect for parents. Additionally, the article will explore effective strategies for implementing Aqidah Akhlak in daily life. Homeschooling provides an ideal environment to strengthen spiritual growth and character development, offering flexibility to integrate Islamic teachings into daily activities. By using role modeling, interactive learning, and real-life application, parents can guide their children to understand the divine attributes of Allah while nurturing moral values. This holistic approach ensures that children not only learn about their faith but also apply it in their actions and interactions with others. Aqidah Akhlak serves as a crucial foundation in shaping a faithful and virtuous character. By understanding Aqidah, children can better appreciate the moral values taught in Islam, such as honesty, compassion, and peace.

Abstract

Industri musik di Indonesia terus berkembang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari semakin banyaknya ragam musik yang hadir di Indonesia. Salah satu ragam musik tersebut adalah J-Pop. J-Pop merupakan ragam musik pop yang berasal dari Jepang. JKT48 merupakan salah satu grup musik J-Pop yang membawakan konsep idola dan memiliki basis utama di Jakarta. JKT48 merupakan sister group atau grup cabang dari grup idola asal Jepang, AKB48. Konsep idola yang dimiliki oleh JKT48 adalah konsep idola binaan. Konsep idola binaan berfokus untuk menampilkan perjuangan, proses, dan usaha yang dilakukan oleh anggota grup idola binaan terkait untuk bisa menjadi seorang idola yang sempurna. Salah satu bentuk konten yang dibuat penggemar adalah Kamaniya’s Diary. Kamaniya’s Diary membuat akun khusus di media sosial X dengan username @kamaniya_diary yang didedikasikan untuk mengabadikan momen seorang anggota JKT48 bernama Greesella Sophina Adhalia. enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fanatisme fansite @kamaniya_diary dalam menciptakan brand attachment antara penggemar dengan idola melalui konten media sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui wawancara informan dan observasi sebagai data primer serta dokumentasi dari informan, artikel, penelitian terdahulu, dan konten yang relevan sebagai data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fanatisme yang dimiliki oleh fansite Kamaniya’s Diary adalah fanatisme yang positif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the creative industry development strategy in Kampung Batik Sokaraja, Banyumas Regency. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the number of creative workers is still low compared to other sectors, so the formulation of creative resources requires improvement; (2) there is collaboration between business actors and institutions in the development of the creative industry; (3) existing infrastructure and technology are not functioning optimally and require additional investment; and (4) digital marketing strategies are needed to expand market reach. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more effective strategies for the creative industry in Kampung Batik Sokaraja. (5) The evaluation of the development strategy for the creative industry in Kampung Batik Sokaraja reveals that a comfortable and clean work environment boosts productivity and batik quality, while regular meetings foster collaboration and innovation, necessitating adaptation to market trends, new designs, and high-quality materials to enhance market competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode pembelajaran role playing dalam meningkatkan sikap percaya diri pada mata pelajaran SKI siswa kelas IV SD Islam Arrisalah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunnakan field reseach (penelitian lapangan) dengan metodologi pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas IV SD Islam Arrisalah Slahung Ponorogo dengan prosedur pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi data. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh simpulan bahwa (1) Penerapan metode pembelajaran role playing pada mata pelajaran SKI kelas IV SD Islam Arrisalah adalah dengan berlatih skenario yang telah disiapkan pengajar, pembagian kelompok, penjelasan kompetensi, penampilan skenario, pembahasan dan penilaian masing-masing kelompok, serta evaluasi. (2) Peningkatan sikap percaya diri siswa kelas IV SD Islam Arrisalah sudah meningkat dengan baik. Siswa sudah menunjukan perubahan sikap percaya diri seperti siswa sudah terbiasa maju di depan kelas, siswa sudah mulai aktif dalam pembelajaran, dan siswa sudah berani menunjukan dirinya di depan teman-temannya. (3) Kendala yang dialami pada awal penerapan metode role playing yaitu minimnya jam pelajaran dan kesulitan dalam berlatih skenario karena beberapa siswa yang merasa kurang percaya diri.

Abstract

Implementation of educational policies made by the government as a reaction to the emergence of various educational problems that have become public attention and as a guide for action in managing education. One of them is by establishing a Child-Friendly School Program (SRA) policy to support Child-Friendly Districts (KLA), where in 2023 Banyumas district will still get a pratama (lowest predicate) because not all educational institutions in Banyumas district have implemented child-friendly policies, especially in child friendly school program. Kedondong State Elementary School is one of the elementary schools that has implemented a child-friendly school program and has won national championships. This problem drives the aim of this research to examine the process of implementing child-friendly district policies in the Child-Friendly School Program (SRA) at Kedondong State Elementary School. This research uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation by determining informants using snowball sampling and purposive sampling. The results of the research show that Kedondong State Elementary School is one of the schools in Banyumas district that has successfully implemented the Child Friendly School Program (SRA) by winning second place in the child friendly school competition focused on school safe snack food (PJAS) activities.

Abstract

This article discusses a comparative perspective of Ibn Taimiyah and Mahatma Gandhi regarding the ethics of poverty alleviation. Despite coming from different religious and cultural backgrounds, both figures offer profound insights into economic equality and social justice, as well as an ethical framework for addressing poverty. Ibn Taimiyah emphasizes the importance of wealth management based on Islamic principles, while Gandhi highlights simplicity, self-reliance, and the fair distribution of resources in line with the philosophy of ahimsa (non-violence). This article aims to formulate a practical approach to the ethics of poverty alleviation based on the thoughts of these two figures

Abstract

This research is about the role of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Insan Cendekia in supporting the social mobility of students through a qualitative case study approach. This research is based on the strategic role of madrasas as Islamic educational institutions that have the potential to become agents of social change in Indonesian society. This study discusses the role of madrasas in increasing social mobility, as well as what strategies are implemented by madrasas to support the improvement of students' social mobility and the views of students, teachers, and parents regarding the contribution of madrasas to social mobility in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a data collection method through observation, interviews with students, teachers, and parents. The results of the study show that MTs Insan Cendekia plays a role in increasing social mobility through the formation of moral character based on Islamic values, increasing academic competence, developing soft skills and social skills through extracurricular activities, as well as exposure to the professional world through internship programs and cooperation with various institutions. In addition, the madrasah strengthens student leadership and entrepreneurship and works with external parties to provide additional training. Positive views from students, teachers, and parents show that MTs Insan Cendekia is effective in supporting social mobility and student development.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data that researchers obtained was based on the results of observations and interviews with informants. The results of the research show that the factors causing social religious conflict in Keerom Regency are social jealousy between indigenous communities towards immigrants in Papua (economic disparities, welfare, employment opportunities, etc.), regional election events, black campaigns containing SARA, egocentrism & personal/group aggressiveness in religion and religion. Differences in cultural value orientations and individual and group interests. Meanwhile, FKUB's steps for resolving conflict in Keerom Regency, namely FKUB, are strengthening consolidation and communication between various parties, including FORKOPIMDA, religious leaders, community leaders and traditional leaders, opening space for dialogue, deliberation and mediation to accommodate aspirations from various elements of society. Arbitration (settlement of problems outside of court). Meanwhile, efforts to maintain inter-religious harmony carried out by FKUB include increasing the intensity of socialization, dialogue & deliberation activities involving various elements of society in the district. Keerom. Carrying out socialization of peaceful campaigns in General Elections, Regional Head Elections which are vulnerable to the use of SARA issues in politics. Carrying out conflict resolution training for religious leaders and members of the FKUB, religious moderation socialization program for the community in Keerom district, maintaining routine meetings between religious leaders, community leaders & traditional leaders and encouraging continuous support from the Keerom Regional Government in efforts to maintain harmony between religious communities
