Abstract

The rapid development of technology, especially in the fields of electronics and information technology, has provided various conveniences in various aspects of human life. Job analysis has a very important role in human resource management, namely improving organizational performance both in terms of productivity, service and quality to achieve the organization's main goals. This is reflected in several officers who do not match their skills and expertise with their workload, and there are still appointments to positions that meet the specified qualifications, both in terms of education level, rank, skill and experience. The application of job analysis in terms of job descriptions seems to be also experienced the same thing, namely not all the apparatus was placed as expected. Suboptimal implementation of job analysis turns out to have consequences for the performance of the apparatus. The results of this research produce information on positions and workload for each position, thereby assisting Management and Personnel in determining employee needs and employee recruitment. The application in this research was implemented using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

Universities are the main pillars in preparing competent human resources ready to face the changing times, especially in the era of Industry 4.0 characterized by digital and technological revolutions. In this context, curriculum planning becomes crucial to ensure the relevance of education with the demands of industries and society. The aim of this research is to analyze Curriculum Planning in Higher Education in the era of Industry 4.0. This research method utilizes a qualitative approach, specifically a case study research type. The findings of this research include: (1) Universities face challenges in adapting their curricula to the rapid developments in technology and changing demands of industries. (2) The findings also highlight the importance of collaboration between universities, industries, government, and society to ensure the responsiveness and relevance of university curricula to the rapidly changing industrial needs. (3) The discussion emphasizes the need for reform in the structure of higher education and academic culture to facilitate innovation in curriculum planning. Thus, the results and discussions of this research provide in-depth insights into the challenges, opportunities, and practical guidance for universities in designing curricula that are responsive and relevant to the era of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

The study discusses the dynamics of the implementation of the policy of the Prime Minister No. 30 of 2021 on the prevention and handling of sexual violence at the College of Waterwangi district and discovered institutional patterns of prevention and handling of sexual violence at the College.The research method used is qualitatively descriptive.Data collection techniques using primary and secondary data.Technical data analysis using: 1) data codification; 2) classification; 3) drawing of conclusions.To verify the validity of data using data triangulation.The correspondence of the results of this research is: 1) the involvement of the college with the regional government in the Waterwangi district before the release of the policy number 30 of 2021 permendikbud has shown significant collaboration.Programmes related to violence against women and children have been carried out through special participation forums at district level. College is actively involved in action. 2 ) local government, although involved in previous cooperation, are limited in the authority to intervene in the implementation of this new policy.3 ) major challenges in the implementation of policy ppks in college is the limited human resources and financial.4 ) blended institution was the idea of new legal status was based on obstacles and challenge in the research offers the interaction in vertical kelembagan hierarchy which is not only with the level of policy, but requires consolidated with authority pemiliki knowledge and supervision.

Abstract

The fact that the Kitab Ar-Risalah Al-Maimuniyah is one of the mandatory courses in the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program at STAI At-Tanwir Bojonegoro highlights the importance of a deep understanding of how students respond to, comprehend, and implement the teachings of ethics and morality in their daily lives. Therefore, the objective of this research is the Internalization of Morality in the Study of the Kitab Ar-Risalah Al-Maimunah. The research method employed is qualitative using a phenomenological approach. Data collection methods are focused on in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique utilized is the Phenomenological technique. The findings of this research include a portrayal of the Internalization of Morality in the Study of the Kitab Ar-Risalah Al-Maimunah, which encompasses (1) Deep Understanding: Research subjects have a profound understanding of the moral values contained within the Kitab, (2) Application in Life: Subjects are able to implement these moral values in their daily lives, both academically and socially. They may take tangible actions based on the teachings they have learned from the Kitab, (3) Personal Growth: The process of internalizing moral values from the Kitab has had a significant impact on the personal growth of the subjects, and (4) Environmental Influence: Findings also encompass how the academic environment at STAI Attanwir Bojonegoro influences the process of moral internalization of the research subjects. Factors such as interaction with lecturers and fellow students can also play a role in shaping the character and moral values of the subjects.

Abstract

Speaking is one of the most crucial language skills for students. It allows them to communicate their ideas and thoughts clearly and effectively, participate in class discussions and activities, build relationships with classmates and teachers, and succeed in their studies. Several factors influence students to speak English, they struggle with the fear of making grammatical mistakes, limited vocabulary, and lack confidence. This study investigates students' opinions on the role-playing approach in developing their collaborative communication skills, and how the role-playing technique improves students' speaking ability. This study used questionnaires, and data was analyzed with Likert Scale. The result showed that most of the students agreed that the Role-Playing approach develops their communication skills, while fewer students were neutral.

Abstract

This study examines the use of a Hybrid Rooftop Solar Power Plant (HRSP) at Yogyakarta Station as a strategic step towards the utilization of renewable energy. The background of this research is highlighted by the global urgency of global warming and climate change, which have wide-ranging impacts on various aspects of life, including the energy sector. As a tropical country, Indonesia has a significant potential in the use of renewable energy, especially solar energy. Yogyakarta Station, as one of the main railway stations in Indonesia serving thousands of passengers daily, requires a high electricity supply, currently predominantly fueled by fossil fuels from PLN. The use of these fossil fuels contributes to the increase in greenhouse gas emissions, a major cause of global warming.This study focuses on the economic analysis of utilizing a Hybrid Rooftop Solar Power Plant (HRSP) at Yogyakarta Station as a strategic step towards renewable energy. The station, a key element in mass transportation, requires a significant supply of electrical energy, currently mostly derived from fossil fuels, contributing to greenhouse gas emissions. The HRSP is proposed as an environmentally friendly alternative, combining solar energy with other sources for sustainable electricity supply. Although it entails a substantial initial investment, technical and economic analyses indicate economic viability, with a Net Present Cost (NPC) of IDR 2,152,699,000.00 and a Cost of Energy (COE) of IDR 1,071.96. With the solar energy potential in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, implementing HRSP could be an economical and sustainable step to replace fossil energy sources at the railway station.

Abstract

Indikasi semangat kerja pegawai yang ada pada lingkungan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Pertambangan Kabupaten Batubara belum seperti diharapkan. Masih banyak terkendala dalam melaksanakan tugas dan pegawai belum bisa bekerja secara maksimal. Hal ini terlihat dari kemampuan pegawai yang tidak mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan tepat waktu, kurang teliti dalam bekerja, kurang memahami pekerjaan yang diberikan atasan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah teori manajemen organisasi dan sumber daya manusia dengan lebih berfokus pada faktor lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan semangat kerja yang menjadi variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan survey. jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian adalah penjelasan. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak terdapat pengaruh sangat signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Pertambangan Kabupaten Batubara dan secara parsial menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Pertambangan Kabupaten Batubara dan secara parsial pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai adalah lingkungan kerja. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian, secara serempak dan parsial lingkungan kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Pertambangan Kabupaten Batubara. Untuk lebih meningkatkan semangat kerja pegawai, agar setiap pegawai dapat lebih meningkatkan motivasi dalam berkerja untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja dari pegawainya.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the implementation of the Adiwiyata program in fostering environmental care characters at SD Inpres Ta'binjai, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The study aims to serve as an evaluative tool for Adiwiyata schools regarding environmental care characters that still need improvement within the school environment. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data collection techniques encompass interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Adiwiyata program in shaping environmental care characters among students at SD Inpres Ta'binjai has been effectively executed. The school has integrated its policies into its vision and mission. Environmental education activities are participatory, involving all school elements—teachers, staff, and students. Noteworthy environmental facilities include accessible sinks in each classroom, eliminating the need to travel to distant bathrooms, and medicinal plants on campus for student health. The implementation showcases outstanding and agile initiatives such as green campaigns and health campaigns. Overall, the research underscores the successful integration of the Adiwiyata program in nurturing environmental care characters among students at SD Inpres Ta'binjai, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency, with commendable environmental initiatives and facilities.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is that learning activities are still focused on the teacher, students lack focus in learning and often complain of being bored in learning, resulting in thematic learning outcome skills. This research aims to determine the effect of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on thematic learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 144 Sumpang Ale, Sinjai Regency. The type of research used in this research is Pre-Experimental Design and is a quantitative type of research. The sample in this study was 21 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using learning results tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive data analysis technique and T-Test. The research results showed that the thematic learning results before implementing the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model in the pretest were with an average score of 61.4. Meanwhile, the posttest increased with an average score of 80.5. The results of the t-test analysis regarding the influence of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on student learning outcomes show that the significance value obtained is good, namely the influence of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on thematic learning outcomes (Sig = 0.016) is smaller than the alpha value The set value is 0.05 (0.016 < 0.05). Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which states that there is an influence of the use of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on the thematic learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 144 Sumpang Ale, Sinjai Regency.

Abstract

The primary aim of this study was to examine the impact of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of Social Studies (IPS) among fifth-grade students at SDN 148 Bonto Bulaeng, Kabupaten Bulukumba. This research adopted a pre-experimental design, specifically a quasi-experimental design, and utilized a quantitative approach. A sample of 12 students was selected for the study. Data collection was conducted through learning outcome tests and observation sheets, while data analysis employed descriptive analysis and T-Test statistical methods. The findings revealed a significant improvement in the students' Social Studies learning outcomes post-implementation of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model. Initially, the average pretest score was 59, which increased to an average posttest score of 83. The T-Test analysis further confirmed the positive effect of the Jigsaw model on learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.010, which is below the alpha value of 0.05 (0.010 < 0.05). Thus, the study concluded that the Jigsaw cooperative learning model significantly enhances learning outcomes in Social Studies for fifth-grade students, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1).
