Abstract

Researchers aim to determine the influence of Working Capital Turnover and NPM on Return On Assets. The object of this research was carried out at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, with this type of research using a quantitative approach with an associative descriptive approach. Secondary data was collected from financial reports for 8 years, from 2015 to 2022, divided into 3 months. For data research, documentation techniques are used. The 2015–2022 financial reports are the subject of this research. A purposive sampling method was used. Next, the data for analysis is used through the classic assumption test, which consists of four tests: heteroscedasticity, normality, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation as a correlation study; analysis of the coefficient of determination; linear regression; and simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. The research results show that working capital turnover partially and significantly has a negative effect on Return On Assets in the 2015–2022 period of PT Indofoood Sukses Makmur Tbk, while net profit margin has no effect on Return On Assets. On the other hand, working capital turnover and net profit margin simultaneously influence Return On Assets. Influential assets

Abstract

he dynamics of the South China Sea conflict hold the potential for certain levels of escalation. The complexity of the conflict in the South China Sea needs to be specifically unraveled through the theory of the dynamic framework for conflict prevention and peace. This involves identifying the components that trigger and drive the conflict, which can then serve as a reference for formulating measures to prevent the escalation of the conflict. In this study, the South China Sea conflict is the primary object of exploration using the dynamic framework theory for conflict identification. The dynamic conflict framework has interrelated components that can be synthesized to determine that the South China Sea conflict is in a critical situation

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Price to Book Value is influenced by Return on Equity and Current Ratio. The focus of the research is PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample for this research is the financial statements of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk from 2015 to 2022. An impossible sample selection method was used. Instead, data analysis is carried out using several techniques. This includes classical assumption tests, correlation tests, multiple linear regression coefficient of determination tests, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests. The research results show that Return on Equity (X1) and Current Ratio (X2) do not partially influence Price to Book Value. Apart from that, Return on Equity does not partially affect Price to Book Value (Y) significantly at all

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between perceived social support and self-efficacy in final students who are writing their thesis. This research uses a quantitative research approach with a descriptive type of research. The sampling technique for this research uses a purposive sampling technique with students being the research sample consisting of 203 students using the Krejcie table. Test construct validity by looking at the total item correlation coefficient equal to or greater than 0.138. The instrument reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha value, namely 0.8. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant correlation between Perceived social support and self-efficacy with a correlation value (rxy) of 0.492 with a calculated p value = 0.0001 / P < 0.05

The method used in this research is descriptive - associative with an ex-fost facto approach. The data collection method used is documentation. and sampling using non-probability sampling. The data source used is secondary data with the type of data used is quantitative data. The statistical data testing method uses the t statistical test with a significance level of 0.05 and the f test with a significance of 0.010 using the SPSS 26 for Windows program. The research results show that working capital has a negative effect on net profit with a calculated t value of 0.550 and a significance value of 0.05 and a correlation value of 0.079, which means the level of relationship has a negative effect

Abstract

This study was carried out in Sukabumi Regency's Raida Snack & Cookies. We at Raida Snack & Cookies in Sukabumi Regency are interested in learning how much of an influence consumers' purchasing decisions are made by price and product quality. This study uses associative qualitative analysis as its research methodology. Using the Yamane formula and a straightforward random sample process, 189 consumers of Raida Snack & Cookies in Sukabumi Regency were chosen at random to participate in this study. The first stage in performing an effect analysis is applying tests for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions to the research instrument. You can next test your hypotheses by using methods such as t-tests, coefficients of determination, and linear multiple regression. The association's investigation's findings indicate that there is a strong exchanges between price and purchasing decisions (r=0.669, or 66.9%), product quality and purchasing decisions (r=0.751, or 75.1%), and the interval between these two variables is 0.60–0.799, indicating a solid relationship. With a R Squared value of 71.8%, the determination analysis reveals that product price and quality significantly impact purchasing decisions; other variables, not considered in this study, account for the remaining 28.2%

Abstract

This study took place in Sukabumi City at the Azalea Pharmacy. The study's objective is to find out how customers in Sukabumi City's Azalea Pharmacy feel about the store's pricing and service quality in relation to their final purchase choice. The study methodologies employed included both descriptive and associative analysis. One hundred individuals were selected using a non-probability, purposive selection technique to represent the demographic of customers who frequently purchase goods and services at the Azalea Pharmacy in Sukabumi City. You may put the tool through its paces by doing tests for validity, reliability, and classical assumption. After that, we may go on to multiple linear analysis, partial t-test, simultaneous f-test, study of the coefficient of determination, and effects of multiple correlation. According to the results of the correlation analysis, there is a strong correlation between service quality and purchasing decisions (r=0.723, or 72.3%), which falls within the range of 0.600-0.799. Similarly, there is a strong correlation between price and purchasing decisions (r=0.755, or 75.5%), once again falling within the range of 0.600-0.799. The determination analysis reveals that service quality and price significantly impact purchase decisions (Rsquared = 0.623, or 62.3%). Other variables, not included in this study, account for the remaining 37.7%

Abstract

The importance of an individual's citizenship status has led the international community to establish several legal instruments related to citizenship status. The right to renounce citizenship is based on the principle that individuals have the right to determine their own citizenship, subject to the reasonable requirements of the laws of the involved states. This research method employs a qualitative approach, focusing on examining the application of legal norms and principles to legal theories and doctrines. This involves identifying the policies of various states regarding the citizenship status of families who sympathize with ISIS. Consequently, the research aims to formulate policy considerations of states concerning international legal provisions

Abstract

This study examines Aceh's challenges in managing Rohingya refugees and proposes conflict management strategies. Using a qualitative approach, it identifies issues in implementing Presidential Regulation 125/2016 and potential conflicts with local communities. A three-phase conflict management framework is proposed: prevention, cessation, and post-conflict recovery. Prevention strategies include developing institutional mechanisms, early warning systems, and community capacity building. Conflict cessation focuses on establishing specialized task forces and strengthening security systems. Post-conflict recovery emphasizes inclusive economic initiatives, sustained dialogue forums, integrated data management, comprehensive relocation studies, and psychosocial support. The research highlights the importance of collaborative efforts involving government agencies, international organizations, and local communities in addressing the complex challenges of refugee management

Abstract

Indonesia ranks ninth out of ten countries with an average of 3 hours and 11 minutes of social media usage per day. The Z generation uses Instagram extensively. Generation Z uses this platform to update themselves and get praise from others. This study aims to find out the relationship between the intensity of social media use on Instagram and narcissism in Generation Z. This type of research involves quantitative correlation with a cluster sample consisting of 157 active psychology students at Sumbawa University of Technology. The results show a positive relationship between the two variables with a very strong coefficient value of 0.880, which indicates that the higher the intensity, the higher narcissism, and so is the other way
