Abstract

Effective management is the key for Islamic educational institutions to remain relevant in providing quality education based on Islamic values, while meeting the demands of modern professionalism. The application of organizational psychology in educational management strengthens performance, relationships between staff, and creates a conducive work environment that supports educational goals and character development of students. This study aims to examine how the application of organizational psychology in SD Alfa Centauri is implemented, how it affects management performance and effectiveness, and how this application model can be adapted by other schools. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews and observations. This research succeeded in achieving its goal, which is to identify the application of organizational psychology in SD Alfa Centauri and develop a model that can be adapted by other Islamic educational institutions. This study succeeded in providing a clear picture of how the application of organizational psychology not only supports the welfare of educators, but also improves the quality of school management as a whole.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas dan sistematis tentang strategi mengatasi stres dan burnout pada guru dan staf di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini berawal dari perhatian peneliti terhadap kondisi kesejahteraan psikologis guru dan staf di lembaga pendidikan, yang sering kali mengalami tekanan akibat beban kerja yang tinggi serta perubahan administrasi yang terus menerus. Stres dan burnout dapat mengganggu kinerja mereka, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran dan kebahagiaan peserta didik. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menawarkan strategi yang efektif bagi guru dan staf dalam mengelola stres dan burnout. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi di SD Alfa Centauri Bandung. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi pada stres dan burnout, serta untuk menemukan solusi yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat membantu mengurangi stres dan burnout, antara lain: (1) Budaya organisasi yang mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis menjadi kunci utama dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, (2) Pelatihan mengenai kesehatan mental yang dapat membantu guru dan staf untuk mengelola kondisi psikologis mereka agar tetap seimbang, dan (3) Pemberian reward atau penghargaan yang dapat menjadi motivasi positif dalam menjaga kesejahteraan serta kinerja mereka selama bekerja. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya manajemen stres dalam mencegah dampak negatif dari stres dan burnout terhadap kesejahteraan mental guru dan staf. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah menciptakan kesejahteraan psikologis melalui berbagai strategi yang tepat sangat penting untuk mendukung kesehatan mental guru dan staf di lingkungan pendidikan. Strategi tersebut tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi para pendidik itu sendiri, tetapi juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan kepada peserta didik.

Abstract

Bullying is a serious issue that occurs not only in public schools but also in pesantren, despite their focus on moral and religious values. This study aims to identify the types of bullying, its contributing factors, and the strategies implemented to address it at Pesantren Terpadu Al-Furqan. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that bullying in the pesantren encompasses verbal, social, and physical forms, driven by hierarchical seniority, a lack of awareness about the impacts of bullying, and differences in students' backgrounds. To address these issues, the pesantren has implemented strategies such as character education based on Islamic values, the formation of anti-bullying communities, strict supervision, psychological counseling services, and a confidential reporting system. These efforts have successfully created a more conducive environment by increasing students' awareness of mutual respect, improving social interactions, and reducing bullying cases. This study highlights the importance of a comprehensive approach to bullying prevention to establish a safe and supportive educational environment that fosters character development among students.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is an important subject that can help students understand and practice Islamic teachings in their daily lives. Therefore, choosing a fun PAI learning strategy that encourages students to be proactive in this subject is important, so that the material presented by the teacher is absorbed by students. Here the role of the teacher is very urgent to create a lively classroom atmosphere, so that all students actively follow the lesson. For this, the application of an active learning strategy is one way to realize this. In order for the implementation of an active learning strategy to run well in schools/educational institutions, there are supporting factors in the implementation of active learning such as the commitment of PAI teachers in educating their students, high student enthusiasm for learning, and the role of the school (principal and staff) is very supportive of creating an active learning atmosphere. Likewise, the completeness of the facilities and infrastructure is one of the supporting factors for the smooth implementation of the active learning strategy. The role of teachers in implementing active learning can also not be maximized if there are school regulations that do not support change, limited teacher creativity in understanding active learning, there are teachers who do not plan learning as expected in the active learning strategy, there are teachers who still dominate the space in delivering material, and the lack of teachers in giving awards (rewards) to students.

Abstract

The quality of administrative services at Al Washliyah Darussalam University Banda Aceh is a problem that needs to be addressed. This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in improving the quality of administrative services. The research method used is a qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, where data is collected through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that effective leadership contributes significantly to improving the quality of service, with an indicator of increasing student satisfaction. Where good communication and participatory decision-making by leaders play an important role in creating a productive work environment at Al Washliyah Darussalam University Banda Aceh. The study provides an overview that strengthening leadership in the university environment can improve the quality of administrative services. Recommendations for further research are to explore other factors that can affect the quality of service.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze effective strategies in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for fostering students’ social piety, focusing on the supporting and inhibiting factors of their implementation. The research is motivated by the phenomenon of a gap between students’ relatively high religious literacy and the low application of social piety values in daily life. Employing a qualitative approach through a library research method, this study examines academic literature published between 2020 and 2025. Data sources include journal articles, books, and research reports from nationally and internationally accredited databases. Thematic analysis identified four main strategies that significantly contribute to developing students’ social piety: (1) value-based contextual learning that connects PAI materials with real-life experiences; (2) collaborative and participatory models that promote empathy and tolerance through direct interaction; (3) integration of digital technology with religious values, utilizing creative media to extend learning reach; and (4) synergy among schools, families, and communities to ensure the sustainability of value habituation. These strategies complement one another and are most effective when students are positioned as active subjects in the process of value internalization. Theoretically, this research enriches the literature on value-based learning by adding the dimension of cross-environment collaboration as a key success factor. Practically, the findings can serve as a guideline for PAI teachers in designing adaptive, creative, and contextually relevant learning. Further research using action research is recommended to test the effectiveness of this model across diverse cultural contexts in Indonesia.

Abstract

Persaingan antar sekolah dalam memperoleh peserta didik baru semakin ketat dalam dunia pendidikan saat ini. Menyikapi kondisi tersebut, SDIT Rabbani Qur’an School menerapkan berbagai strategi pemasaran guna meningkatkan minat orang tua untuk mendaftarkan anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam menarik peserta didik baru, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan orang tua dalam memilih sekolah tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, guru, dan wali siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan kepala sekolah meliputi evaluasi terhadap peserta didik sebelumnya, penyebaran brosur, peningkatan kualitas guru, serta pembukaan pendaftaran enam bulan lebih awal. Adapun faktor yang memengaruhi minat orang tua adalah lingkungan sekolah yang luas, nyaman, dan terjaga kebersihannya, adanya beragam kegiatan edukatif, pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat, serta keunggulan dalam program Tahfiz. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan yang dipadukan dengan strategi promosi untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sekolah.

Abstract

Manajemen peserta didik merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam manajemen berbasis sekolah yang bertujuan mengatur seluruh kegiatan pembelajaran agar berjalan efektif dan efisien. Salah satu bentuk implementasinya adalah program muhadharah, yaitu kegiatan latihan berbicara di depan umum sebagai sarana pembinaan keagamaan dan pengembangan kemampuan komunikasi siswa. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat kendala seperti manajemen kegiatan yang belum optimal dan rendahnya kemampuan public speaking siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik dalam program muhadharah; efektivitas program muhadharah terhadap peningkatan kemampuan public speaking siswa; serta mengindentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan program muhadharah terhadap peningkatan kemampuan public speaking. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program muhadharah dilaksanakan secara rutin setiap hari Sabtu berdasarkan perencanaan yang telah disusun. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keberanian, kepercayaan diri, dan keterampilan berbicara siswa di depan umum. Faktor pendukung berasal dari dukungan sekolah dan tersedianya sarana prasarana, sedangkan faktor penghambat utamanya adalah kurangnya kemauan dan kesiapan sebagian siswa untuk berperan aktif dalam kegiatan muhadharah.
