Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti pendekatan normatif-doktrinal dalam kajian Islam serta dampaknya terhadap perkembangan hukum dan dinamika sosial. Pendekatan ini berpijak pada prinsip-prinsip normatif dan ajaran dasar syariat yang menjadi acuan dalam pembentukan hukum Islam. Di Indonesia, pendekatan ini memegang peranan penting dalam menjembatani antara hukum Islam dan sistem hukum nasional. Upaya mengintegrasikan hukum pidana dan perdata Islam dipandang sebagai solusi atas berbagai tantangan implementasi yang kompleks. Pemahaman mendalam terhadap konsep maslahah dan maqasid al-shariah memberikan sudut pandang baru mengenai keluwesan hukum Islam dalam merespons perubahan zaman. Selain bersandar pada teks-teks keagamaan, pendekatan ini juga mempertimbangkan dinamika sosial yang berkembang di masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan ini, penelitian tidak hanya bersifat teoritis, tetapi juga menampilkan penerapan hukum Islam yang relevan dan kontekstual. Diharapkan, analisis ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan hukum Islam yang lebih responsif, adaptif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat modern

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan yang semakin banyak tantangan untuk mewujudkan visi, misi serta tujuan tidak lepas dari manajemen berbasis madrasah. Upaya untuk melaksanakan program pendidikan yang bermutu perlu diperhatikan bagaimana implementasi manajemen nya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas terkait tentang implementasi manajemen berbasis madrasah dalam melakukan proses pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan fokus pada manajemen untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan dalam bidang pendidikan di madrasah, data yang diperoleh secara ilmiah dengan beberapa proses antara lain pengumpulan data, wawancara pihak madrasah, observasi lapangan. Hasil yang peneliti dapat pada MA Nurul Huda telah melaksanakan manajemen berbasis madrasah dalam beberapa komponen yang telah tercapai namun belum berjalan secara maksimal disebabkan kendala dari beberapa faktor, meliputi sumber daya manusia (SDM), kelengkapan sarana prasarana, pelaksanaan kurikulum, serta kesiswaan. Dapat penulis simpulkan bahwa pengembangan suatu lembaga membutuhkan strategi serta perencanaan yang matang, dengan kewenagan penuh madrasah ini masih dalam tahap mengelola dan mengembangkan diri yang mengacu pada standar nasional pendidikan

Abstract

This study discusses democratic leadership in QS Ali Imran:159 perspectives of Ibn Katsir through the interpretation of Al-Quran Al-Adzim and its relevance to educational governance at STAIT Yogyakarta. The background of this research is focused on the importance of applying democratic leadership values in educational institutions, which is expected to improve the quality of education management. The purpose of the study is to identify Ibn Katsir's thoughts on democratic leadership and relate it to practice at STAIT Yogyakarta. The method used is qualitative, through a literature study approach on the tafsir book Al-Qur'an Al-Adzim by Ibn Katsir and structured interviews with the head of the study program, lecturers, educators, and students. The results of the study show that there are three main values of democratic leadership according to Ibn Katsir: gentleness, empathy, and deliberation. From these results, it was concluded that the values of democratic leadership put forward by Ibn Katsir are relevant in educational governance at STAIT Yogyakarta, so that it can support the development of a more participatory learning environment

Abstract

This research aims to explore innovative strategies in reconstructing the Islamic education system through the collaboration of ISO, Total Quality Management (TQM), and School-Based Management (SBM) approaches. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature study. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting information from scientific papers such as books, journal articles, the internet, and other writings related to the literature review. The results show that ISO integration provides a framework for quality management based on international standards, TQM improves quality through the participation of all parties, and MBS strengthens school autonomy to meet local needs. These three collaborative approaches can create an education system that is holistic, sustainable and relevant to the needs of the times. In conclusion, the integration of ISO, TQM, and MBS contributes significantly to improving the quality of Islamic education, creating an optimal learning environment, and shaping a generation that is intellectually superior and morally good

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between Islam and science by highlighting three main aspects: first, the relationship between Islam and science; second, the integration of Islam and science; and third, the contribution of Islam and science in building modernity. The problem of the relationship between science and religion, especially in the form of interaction and its methodological aspects, is the main focus of this study. The analysis was carried out by exploring the thoughts of several figures from various academic backgrounds. The philosophy of science is used as a conceptual framework for understanding and answering the three main problems studied. The results show that although science and religion are two different domains that provide knowledge and meaning to human existence, the interaction between the two is dynamic. Relationships that were previously marked by confrontation and conflict develop into relationships that affect each other in the process of modernity's development. The thinkers in this study use the scientific method as the main instrument in acquiring knowledge. Apart from the existing epistemological differences, there is a common ground between religion and science in their contribution to the development of human civilization holistically. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to understand the pattern of interaction between Islam and science and its impact on the development of civilization

Abstract

Vision and mission are crucial elements in the management of Islamic educational institutions that function as a guide in setting goals and developing strategies. Vision is defined as a picture of an ideal future, oriented to the achievement of the pleasure of Allah SWT, and covering aspects of life in this world and the hereafter. Mission, as a concrete effort to realize the vision, explains the methods that must be used by the institution to achieve the goals that have been set. In the process of formulating the vision and mission, it is important to involve all stakeholders in education in order to create a common agreement and commitment. However, formulating a vision and mission is not without challenges, including differences of views regarding Islamic teachings and the needs of the rapidly changing times. This article will discuss the importance of the vision and mission in the context of Islamic education, the challenges faced in its formulation, and strategies that can be implemented to deal with today's educational needs. Through a deep understanding, it is hoped that Islamic educational institutions can produce a generation that is competent, responsible, and able to face world challenges while adhering to Islamic values

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the character education and school digitalization strategies outlined in the Strategic Plan (Renstra) of the Department of Education and Culture of Kepahiang Regency for the period 2021–2026. The method used is document analysis of the Renstra, which serves as a medium-term policy framework for the development of the education sector. The analysis results indicate that the character education strategy focuses on the integration of character values into the curriculum, continuous teacher training, and the reinforcement of extracurricular activities that support the development of students' personalities. Meanwhile, the school digitalization strategy includes the development of information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure, the enhancement of digital competencies among teachers and education personnel, and the integration of technology into an adaptive and innovative learning process. These two strategies are mutually reinforcing in the effort to improve the overall quality of education in Kepahiang Regency, with the hope of addressing 21st-century challenges and strengthening the competitiveness of the younger generation at both local and global levels

Abstract

Guru memegang peranan penting dalam menciptakan generasi emas yang berdaya saing dan mampu mengatasi berbagai permasalahan di era digital yang berkembang pesat. Untuk memaksimalkan proses pembelajaran saat kecerdasan buatan (AI) diperkenalkan di dalam kelas, guru harus memiliki keterampilan digital yang dibutuhkan. Dengan menyoroti kesiapan pendidik dalam menghadapi transformasi digital, taktik integrasi AI dalam pendidikan, serta peluang dan permasalahan yang terjadi, penelitian ini berupaya menggarisbawahi pentingnya profil tenaga pengajar dalam menciptakan generasi emas berbasis AI. Dengan mengumpulkan beberapa sumber dari buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah terkait, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tenaga pengajar harus memiliki literasi digital yang tinggi, cukup fleksibel dalam beradaptasi dengan teknologi baru, dan mendapatkan pelatihan secara berkala. Selain itu, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap teknologi dan kesiapan instruktur dalam mengadopsinya, pengintegrasian AI ke dalam pendidikan dapat meningkatkan capaian pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa untuk menghasilkan generasi emas yang hebat dan kreatif, tenaga kependidikan harus semakin kompeten di era AI. Oleh karena itu, untuk membantu pendidik menghadapi kemajuan teknologi pendidikan berbasis AI, diperlukan kebijakan dan program pelatihan yang komprehensif. metode yang di yang di gunakan adalah studi pustaka, yang mencakup pengumpulan dan pemeriksaan berbagai sumber pustaka yang relevan, termasuk buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan artikel penelitian yang membahas karakteristik pendidik, penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam pendidikan, serta peluang dan kesulitan yang dihadapi. Pendekatan ini digunakan karena memungkinkan pemeriksaan yang lebih menyeluruh terhadap kontribusi pendidik dalam menciptakan generasi emas berbasis AI dari sudut pandang Islam

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of management and organizational direction in improving the quality of Islamic education at SMP Buana Waru. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, this research explores how the school leadership and management structure direct the vision and policies of the school to meet the challenges of modern Islamic education. Observational results reveal that strategic planning, the involvement of all organizational components, and leadership rooted in Islamic values are key factors in shaping a high-quality educational environment. The study recommends enhancing managerial capacity and internal organizational synergy as strategic steps toward continuous quality improvement in Islamic education

Abstract

Character education itself can be implemented through acculturation, habituation, role models, and processes in the community, family, and school environment. Through a holistic approach, it is hoped that character education will be able to create students who care about others, are responsible, and form a young generation with integrity, so that they can make a positive contribution to the country or nation. The purpose of this writing is to provide analytical results related to character education in the perspective of the Qur'an: Thematic Study of Q.S Al Luqman verses 13-17 as the basis for the curriculum. The writing method used in writing this journal is to use a qualitative type. The results obtained from character education in Islam are based on the Qur'an. Character education is a step taken in instilling several good traits so that children become civilized individuals, have Qur'anic characters, and stay away from bad deeds. The conclusion drawn is that character education in the perspective of the Qur'an in Q.S Al Luqman verses 13-17 as the basis of the curriculum has several contents of the Qur'an including awareness of responsibility, justice and wisdom, teachings of goodness, respect for parents, obedience to Allah, and implementation related to monotheism education, worship, and da'wah
