<![CDATA[Abstract Diterbitkannya Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang (Perppu) No 1 Tahun 2016 tentang perubahan kedua Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak menuai pro dan kontra dari berbagai pihak dengan berbagai pertimbangan. Dengan menggunakan teori kebijakan publik, tulisan ini mencoba untuk menganalisis perumusan kebijakan tersebut. Pihak yang mendukung beranggapan bahwa keadaan mengenai kejahatan seksual anak sudah mendesak sementara belum ada regulasi yang menimbulkan efek jera. Sementara pihak-pihak yang kontra menganggap kebijakan ini tidak sesuai dengan HAM, tidak efektif, dan memboroskan anggaran pemerintah. Dalam proses perumusan Perppu ini sendiri dua fraksi dalam DPR, yaitu Gerindra dan PKS menyatakan ketidaksetujuannya, meskipun pada akhirnya PKS dalam hal ini menerima dengan syarat. Dinamika dalam proses pengesahan Perppu ini sendiri sebenarnya dikarenakan masih kurangnya data yang mendukung sehingga penerbitan kebijakan ini seakan-akan hanya karena desakan opini publik tanpa kajian yang lebih dalam.]]>

<![CDATA[The formulation of the problem proposed is: How to Implement Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2021 concerning Regional Levies at the Jatibarang Market, Brebes Regency. The aim of this research is to describe and explain the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2021 concerning Regional Levies at the Jatibarang Market, Brebes Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The model for determining informants uses Purposive Sampling techniques with the research targets being market managers, levy officers and market traders. Based on the discussion of the results of this research, several conclusions can be drawn: (1) Aspect of level of compliance: In this aspect, implementation has not been effective, because many traders pay their levies under the regional regulations. (2) Smoothness Aspect: In terms of smoothness, it has not gone well because there are still many traders who deliberately do not pay fees. (3) Aspect of Performance and Impact: This aspect has not been implemented effectively because the retribution target has not been achieved.The implications are used to improve the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2021 concerning Regional Levies at the Jatibarang Market, Brebes Regency; (1) Jatibarang Market Managers should carry out re-socialization regarding market levies. (2) Jatibarang market managers should improve the physical infrastructure of the market so that it becomes more comfortable. (3) Market traders must further improve their service and be friendly to consumers.]]>

<![CDATA[The Government of Indonesia is committed to achieving the Millennium Development Goals target in the Water Supply and Sanitation sector (WSS-MDG), which is to halve the proportion of the population without access to basic drinking water and sanitation by 2015 (pamsimas.pu.go.id). Kabupaten Banyumas is one of the selected districts to implement the Pamsimas Program. One of the villages in Banyumas Regency selected for the Pamsimas Program is Darmakradenan Village, Ajibarang Sub-district, Banyumas Regency. It is known that during the dry season, the people of Darmakradenan Village experience difficulties in meeting their clean water needs. The results showed that the implementation of the Pamsimas Program in Darmakradenan Village has not been fully successful. This is because there are still several obstacles, such as insufficient human resources and budget resources, unfavorable geographical conditions, lack of communication intensity, and lack of supervision.Based on the conclusions obtained from the research results, the researcher provides the following recommendations: (1) Darmakradenan Village Government needs to improve the quality of human resources implementing the Pamsimas Program through various training or training, (2) Darmakradenan Village Government needs to increase supervision and monitoring of the implementation of the Pamsimas Program, (3) Darmakradenan Village Government needs to increase the intensity and quality of communication and coordination with SPAMS managers, (4) Policy makers need to do careful planning before implementing the Program, namely by thinking about the obstacles that will occur in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Perkawinan merupakan ikatan lahir dan batin antara seorang pria dan seorang wanita sebagai suami istri dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga atau rumah tangga yang bahagia dan kekal berdasarkan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Tujuan perkawinan amatlah mulia karena itu suami dan istri perlu saling membantu dan melengkapi agar masing-masing dapat mengembangkan kepribadiannya membantu dan mencapai kesejateraan spirituil dan materiil. Dalam penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada hak hadlanah terhadap anak yang belum mumayyiz atau belum cukup umur, biasanya hak tersebut jatuh kepada ibunya tetapi dalam penelitian ini hak tersebut jatuh pada ayahnya. Tentu saja ada beberapa alasan yang menjadikan hak tersebut jatuh kepada ayahnya dengan syarat si ayah mampu membuktikan bahwa si ibu tidak bertanggung jawab sehingga diberikan kepada ayahnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui alasan hak hadlanah diberikan kepada ayahnya bukan kepada ibunya. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif; Spesifikasi penelitian bersifat deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada ayah dan ibu dari anak tersebut. Data sekunder berupa KUHPerdata; buku karya para ahli, makalah penelitian, jurnal ilmiah, internet, kamus hukum. Penyajian data dalam bentuk deskripsi disusun secara sistematis. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif.]]>

<![CDATA[Korupsi merupakan salah satu extra ordinary crime. di Indonesia sendiri peningkatan penanganan tindak pidana korupsi belum mengalami perbaikan yang berarti, hal ini dilihat dari Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) Indonesia yang masih jauh dari negara-negara lain di Asia Tenggara. Tahun 2023 skor CPI Indonesia berada pada score 34 dari 100. Berbagai program penyuluhan Pendidikan anti korupsi dilakukan guna meningkatkan kesadaran Masyarakat akan bahaya korupsi, salah satu program yang dilakukan adalah Roadshow Bus KPK yang diselenggarakan di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Studi ini menganalisis tentang efektivitas penerapan program Roadshow Bus KPK dalam Penyuluhan Antikorupsi di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan narasumber. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan program Roadshow Bus KPK dijalankan dengan efektif melalui berbagai agenda kegiatan namun masih diperlukan perbaikan dalam penginformasian berita sehingga dapat menjangkau masyrakat yang lebih luas lagi.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of Permenristekdikti No. 55 of 2018 at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Wijayakusuma University, Purwokerto will depend on how university and faculty leaders manage policies. Policy implementation is centralized and starts from central level actors, and decisions are taken from the central level. In this research, researchers used descriptive methods. According to Nazir (1988:63) the descriptive method is a method used to examine the status of a group of people, an object, condition, system of thought or a class of events in the present. With 2 aspects assessed in policy implementation, namely; (1) Compliance and (2) What's Happening and Why?. Caring for the nation's ideology is the responsibility of all people involved in campus life, especially within the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Wijayakusuma University, Purwokerto. Therefore, it is necessary to implement Permenristekdikti number 55 of 2018 concerning the development of Pancasila ideology in student activities in higher education. And establishing an organization that focuses on safeguarding the Pancasila ideology as the nation's identity.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi Aplikasi SIAPkerja dalam konteks pelayanan publik. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan untuk mendukung para pencari kerja dengan menyediakan informasi lowongan kerja, pelatihan, dan layanan terkait ketenagakerjaan secara digital. Di era digital, transformasi layanan publik menjadi krusial untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terkait implementasi Aplikasi SIAPkerja di Kabupaten Kolaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi SIAPkerja dapat mempercepat proses administrasi, menciptakan transparansi, dan meningkatkan interaksi antara instansi pemerintah dengan masyarakat. Aplikasi ini juga meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam program ketenagakerjaan. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi aplikasi ini, antara lain kurangnya sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi pengguna, serta masalah teknis yang perlu ditangani oleh pemerintah. Untuk keberhasilan implementasi Aplikasi SIAPkerja, pemerintah perlu meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur teknologi untuk mencapai efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam pelayanan publik digital, serta untuk meningkatkan kesempatan kerja bagi masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[The formulation of the problem proposed is: How to Implement the Basic Food Assistance Receipt Program in Gentawangi Village, Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how the Basic Food Assistance Receipt Program is implemented in Gentawangi Village, Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis with an interactive model. The method for determining informants used the Purposive Sampling technique, with the informants being employees of the Basic Food Assistance Implementing Cadre (1 person), the Head of the Service Section (1 person), and the community receiving basic food assistance in Gentawangi Village (5 people), a total of 7 informants. Based on the discussion of the previous research results, several conclusions can be drawn that: The Basic Food Program is government assistance aimed at helping people face difficulties in meeting their daily needs for people in the poor category. One of them is the basic food assistance program, which is a social food assistance program held by the City Government in accordance with instructions from the Minister of Home Affairs to overcome the impact on society. The target of this program is of course the less fortunate. The Communication Dimension or Target Accuracy of the Basic Food Assistance Receiving Program is measured from the target group dimension by looking at the communication aspect of target accuracy and the socialization process which can be concluded that the target accuracy process has been determined, namely that the poor are included in the DTKS. Improving the Quality of Human Resources (HR) is a Program for Receiving Basic Food Assistance which means that improving the quality of HR/employee training is quite clear. Basic food needs and the budget source comes from the Social Service/APBN. The budget is very sufficient for the residents of Gentawangi Village who receive basic food assistance from the Social Service.Implementation Attitude is an activity which certainly cannot be separated from the implementation attitude, whether in the form of support or otherwise. <![CDATA[Population administration services are a series of activities to organize and control population documents and data that are continuous. With quality public services, it will increase the satisfaction of service users. However, in reality, the services carried out by the government show almost the same symptoms in various government service sectors which lead to public dissatisfaction as consumers, one of which occurs in Purbalingga Regency, especially at Dinpendukcapil. This study aims to analyze and describe the quality of population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Purbalingga Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the quality of population administration services at Dinpendukcapil Purbalingga Regency was not optimal. Based on the results of the study, it can be recommended that the quality of population administration services at the Purbalingga Regency Dinpendukcapil Office needs to improve facilities and infrastructure and further improve how population administration services are provided.]]>

<![CDATA[Research synergy between the tourism village management organization (pokdarwis) oi Tampuro and thematic real work lecture (KKN) students of STIPAR Soromandi Bima campus in developing the tourism potential of Piong Village, District. The synergy of the two parties is an important key in efforts to maximize the local potential owned by Piong Village. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, which is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the synergy between pokdarwis Oi Tampuro and KKN students plays a very important role in developing tourism in Piong Village, especially in aspects of human resource development, promotion, and management of local natural and cultural potential.]]>
