Abstract

Ineffective archive management affects employee performance, emphasizing the need for proper facilities and skills. This study examines archive management practices, challenges, and solutions at the Religious Affairs Office, Sambeng District, Lamongan Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative approach. Subjects were two administrative staff and one general functional staff member. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions using data validation techniques in the form of triangulation. Data showed that the archives management at the Sambeng District Religious Affairs Office could have been more optimal, because there was no recording of incoming letters in the agenda book. There are no archivists, so all employees have the task of managing archives. There were obstacles in carrying out administrative activities because the storage process was carried out by different people, resulting in difficulties when rediscovering archives. Infrequent shrinkage results in documents piling up, resulting in inadequate storage space. However, the employees consistently serve the community well and as fully as possible. Apart from that, employees also try to overcome the obstacles to create more optimal service, namely public satisfaction with the services provided.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of system quality and information quality on using the community health center management information system at the UPT Tanggunggunung Community Health Center. In the context of primary health services in Indonesia, community health centers have a crucial role, so the effective implementation and use of campus are essential. System quality and information quality are two key factors that are believed to influence the level of use of community health center management information systems. The research method used is quantitative with explanatory research. The subjects of this research were 54 employees of the Tanggungunung Community Health Center with a sampling technique using saturated samples. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to the Tanggunggunung Community Health Center employees—data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling-Generalized Structured Component Analysis (SEM-GSCA). The research results show that system quality has a significant favorable influence on node usage. This indicates that the better the quality of the system which includes aspects such as reliability, responsiveness, and ease of use, the higher the level of use of the Simpus by community health center employees. In addition, information quality was found not to have a significant positive influence on node usage. This means that the accurate, relevant, and timely information provided by Simpus still does not increase the user's tendency to utilize the system.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, strategic business communication has become a pivotal element of effective managerial practice. The primary objective of this study is to examine the relationship between strategic communication approaches and managerial effectiveness, particularly in light of the growing influence of digital transformation and remote work environments. The study employs a structured literature review method, systematically identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing peer-reviewed journal articles from reputable databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and ScienceDirect, published over the past decade (2013–2023). The review process follows the PRISMA protocol to ensure transparency and rigor in data collection and synthesis. This study underscores that communication in the digital era is no longer a linear process but a complex, interactive, and context-dependent managerial function. Effective communication enhances trust, coordination, adaptability, and innovation—particularly vital in remote or hybrid organizational settings. This study contributes to the understanding of communication as a core managerial competency and offers practical recommendations for navigating contemporary communication challenges.
