Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan akurasi hasil penskalaan instrumen kompetensi kepribadian guru pada tipe thrustone menggunakan metode interval tampak setara dan interval sukesif. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitaif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu 62 guru di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dengan karakteristik tingkat mengajar yang berbeda. Instrumen pengukur Kompetensi kepribadian guru diadaptasi dari artikel sebelumnya yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabiltasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menentukan Nilai S dan Q pada skala thrustone, kemudia diuji reliabilitas baru menggunakan persamaan KR 20 dan standar kesalahan pengukuran menggunakan teori tes klasik. Hasil analisis skala thrustone menggunakan nilai S dan Q menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 10 butir pernyataan yang dibuang dan terjadi perubahan urutan butir pada metode interval tampak setara dan interval sukesif. Hasil uji reliabilitas baru untuk metode interval tampak setara didapatkan nilai estimasi koefisien sebesar 0,83 dengan standar kesalahan pengukuran sebesar 1,49, sedangkan reliabilitas untuk interval sukesif sebesar 0,83 dengan standar kesalahan pengukuran sebesar 2,57. Hasil-hasil analisis pada setiap langkah menunjukkan bahwa skor hasil penskalaan pada metode interval tampak setara akan berbeda dengan metode interval berurutan.Kata Kunci: Penskalaan, thrustone, kompetensi kepribadian guru Comparison of the Thurstone Scale method in measuring teacher personality competence Abstract: The purpose of this study was to compare the accuracy of the results of scaling the teacher's personality competency instrument on the Thurstone type using the seemingly equivalent and successive interval methods. The approach in this study uses descriptive quantitative. The research subjects were 62 teachers in Tasikmalaya Regency with different teaching level characteristics. The instrument for measuring teacher personality competence was adapted from the previous article, which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was to determine the S and Q values on the Thurstone scale, then tested the new reliability using the KR 20 equation and the standard error of measurement using the classical test theory. The results of the Thurstone scale analysis using the values of S and Q indicate that there are ten items of statements that are discarded, and there is a change in the order of the items in the interval method that looks equal and successive intervals. The results of the new reliability test for the interval method seem equivalent. The estimated coefficient value is 0.83 with a standard error of measurement of 1.49, while the reliability for successive intervals is 0.83 with a standard error of measurement of 2.57. The results of the analysis at each step show that the score of the results of the scaling on the interval method looks equal will be different from the sequential interval method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menghasilkan instrumen penilaian untuk mengukur sikap spiritual yang umum dalam pembelajaran IPA di MTs yang valid dan reliabel dan (2) memetakan sikap spiritual yang umum dalam pembelajaran IPA di MTs, berdasarkan instrumen penilaian sikap spiritual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Teknik sampling untuk menentukan subjek penelitian yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu seperangkat instrumen penilaian sikap spiritual berbentuk lembar observasi, lembar penilaian diri, dan lembar penilaian antar peserta didik yang valid dan reliabel. Validitas isi lembar observasi penilaian sikap spiritual mempunyai validitas yang baik dengan angka Aiken’V diatas 0,6 dan reliabilitas instrumen ≥ 75%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur sikap spiritual peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA di MTs. Analisis data hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik di Madrasah Tsanawiyah kode S mempunyai sikap-sikap spiritual yang unggul pada aspek beriman kepada Allah SWT dan berserah diri (tawakal) kepada Allah SWT. Pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah kode K mempunyai sikap-sikap spiritual yang unggul pada aspek bertakwa kepada Allah SWT. Sikap-sikap yang unggul di Madrasah Tsanawiyah kode B yaitu aspek beriman kepada Allah SWT, bersyukur kepada Allah SWT dan menghargai karunia Allah SWT. Instrument to measure spiritual attitude in science class in madrasah tsanawiyah AbstractThis study aims at: (1) developing a valid and reliable instrument to measure the generic spiritual attitude of learners in science class at MTs, and (2) mapping the generic spiritual attitude of learners in science class at MTs, based on the developed. This is descriptive research. A purposive sampling technique was applied to determine the subject of the research. The results of this research are a set of the spiritual attitude assessment instrument in the form of observation sheets, self-assessment sheet, and peer-assessment sheets which is valid and reliable. The content validity of the observation sheet measuring spiritual attitude is good (above 0.6 Aiken'V) and the reliability of the instrument is ≥ 75%. The results show that the instrument is valid and reliable to measure the spiritual attitudes of learners in science class at MTs. The data shows that learners in MTs “S” has good spiritual attitudes with the highest score in the belief in Allah SWT and submissive to Allah SWT. At MTs “K” the highest spiritual attitude is in the aspect of fear to Allah. Attitudes that excel in MTs “B” is belief in Allah SWT, being thankful to Allah and and appreciate the gift of Allah SWT.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar adalah pengorgansisasian kelas. Di Indonesia, pembagian ruang kelas sejenis dan campuran banyak dilakukan oleh sekolah-sekolah swasta. Studi ini menyelidiki pengaruh kelas sejenis dan campuran terhadap hasil belajar Matematika dan Bahasa Inggris siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain komparasi kausal. Tiga kelas yang terdiri dari 89 siswa (kelas sejenis laki-laki, kelas sejenis perempuan dan kelas campuran) dari sekolah menengah swasta di Indonesia menjadi sampel dengan menggunakn pendekatan convenience sampling. Instrumen tes dikembangkan oleh masing-masing guru mata pelajaran yang terdiri dari 30 soal Matematika dan 50 soal Bahasa Inggris melalui Computer Based Test. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengorganisasian kelas sejenis dalam proses pembelajaran Matematika dan bahasa Inggris berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika dan Bahasa Inggris. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pemisahan gender di dalam ruang kelas, kela sejenis dan campuran berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Matematika. Sedangkan untuk bahasa Inggris tidak ditemukan kecenderungan tersebut.  The effect of gender segregation on Mathematics and English learning outcomes Abstract: One of the factors that influence learning outcomes is class organization. In Indonesia, private schools mainly carry out the division of similar and mixed classrooms. This study investigates the effect of single-sex and coeducational classes on high school students mathematics and English learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative study using a causal-comparative design. Three classes consisting of 89 students (single male class, single female class, and coeducational class) from private secondary schools in Indonesia were sampled using a convenience sampling approach. Each subject teacher developed a test instrument consisting of 30 Mathematics questions and 50 English questions through a Computer Based Test. This study shows that organizing similar classes in learning Mathematics and English positively and significantly affects achievement in learning Mathematics and English. The study's results revealed that gender segregation in the classroom, same-class, and mixed classes affected mathematics learning outcomes. As for English, there was no such tendency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh secara simultan pemanfaatan sumber belajar, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang, (2) pengaruh secara parsial pemanfaatan sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang, (3) pengaruh secara parsial motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang, (4) pengaruh secara parsial kedisiplinan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang sebanyak 138 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dan diambil sampel sebanyak 112 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan relibilitas sedangkan uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas dan multikolinearitas. Uji hipotesis melalui uji regresi ganda dan korelasi parsial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemanfaatan sumber belajar, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemanfaatan sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang, (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang. Learning achievement in terms of affective aspects: a hypothetical regression and multiple correlation analysis Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of the use of learning resources, motivation, and learning discipline on the mathematics learning achievement of fourth-grade students in the RA Kartini Cluster, Kalibawang sub-district, (2) the influence of the use of learning resources on the fourth-grade students' mathematics achievement in the RA cluster. Kartini, Kalibawang Subdistrict, (3) the effect of learning motivation on mathematics learning achievement for fourth-grade students in the RA Kartini Cluster, Kalibawang sub-district, (4) the influence of learning discipline on mathematics learning achievement for fourth-grade students in the RA Kartini cluster, Kalibawang sub-district. This type of research is correlational quantitative research. The population in this study was the fourth-grade students of the R. A. Kartini Group, Kalibawang District, with as many as 138 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, and a sample of 112 students is taken. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests, while the prerequisite test uses normality and multicollinearity tests. Hypothesis test through multiple regression test and partial correlation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded: (1) there is a significant influence on the use of learning resources, motivation, and learning discipline on the mathematics learning achievement of fourth-grade students of Se Cluster RA Kartini, Kalibawang District, (2) there is a significant influence on the use of learning resources on learning achievement. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru SMP di Kecamatan Turi Kabupaten Sleman Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang menekankan pada aspek pengukuran secara objektif terhadap fenomena sosial. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Untuk uji instrument, pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji vaiditas instrument dilakukan untuk melihat instrumen tersebut benar-benar dapat dijadikan alat untuk mengukur sesuatu secara tepat. Sedangkan uji reliabilitas melihat apakah jawaban responden terhadap perntanyaan adalah konsisten dari waktu ke waktu. Pada penelitian ini data diuji dengan uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis mayor dan minor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian (X1), kompetensi sosial (X2), dan kompetensi profesional (X3) berkontribusi secara signifikan  terhadap kinerja guru (Y) SMPdi Kecamatan Turi Kabupaten Magelang Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 secara bersamaan yaitu sebesar  40,7%  dan sisanya sebesar 59,3% dari faktor lain. Secara parsial kontribusi kompetensi kepribadian sebesar 4,11, dan kontribusi kompetensi sosial secara parsial sebesar 16,69% sedangkan kompetensi profesional berkontribusi sebesar 19,91% terhadap kinerja guru SMP di Kecamatan Turi Kabupaten Magelang Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Performance of junior secondary school teachers in terms of the contribution of Teacher competence Abstract: This study aims to determine the contribution of personality competence, social competence, and professional competence to the performance of junior high school teachers in Turi District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research includes quantitative research that emphasizes the aspect of objectively measuring social phenomena. Data collection by using a questionnaire. To test the instrument, this study uses validity and reliability tests. The instrument validity test is carried out to see that the instrument can really be used as a tool to measure something precisely. While the reliability test sees whether the respondents' answers to the questions are consistent from time to time. This study tested the data through prerequisite tests and major and minor hypothesis testing. The results showed that personality competence (X1), social competence (X2), and professional competence (X3) contributed significantly to the performance of junior high school teachers (Y) in Turi District, Magelang Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region in the 2021/2022 Academic Year simultaneously, namely 40, 7% and the remaining 59.3% from other factors. Partially the contribution of personality competence is 4.11, and the contribution of social competence is partially 16.69%, while professional competence contributes 19.91% to the performance of junior high school teachers in Turi District, Magelang Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, for the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar, pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan perhatian orang tua dengan prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas V (lima) SD Segugus Jogonegoro Kecamatan Selomerto (2) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar IPA (3) mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan sumber belajar dengan prestasi belajar IPA (4) mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar IPA Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V (lima)  SD se Gugus Jogonegoro Kecamatan Selomerto Kabupaten Wonosobo berjumlah 173 siswa yang berasal dari 7 sekolah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 121 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas sedangkan uji prasysarat menggunakan uji normalitas dan multikolinearitas. Uji hipotesis melalui uji regresi ganda dan korelasi parsial. Pada uji F hasilnya menyatakan ada dampak sangat signifikan antara motivasi belajar (X1), pemanfaatan sumber belajar (X2), dan perhatian orang tua  (X3) secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar IPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar, pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan perhatian orang tua secara bersama-sama dengan prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas V (lima) di SD   (2) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara perhatian motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas V (lima) (3) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara pemanfaatan sumber belajar dengan prestasi belajar IPA murid kelas V (lima) SD (4) terdapat pengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan antara perhatian orang tua dengan hasil prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas V (lima)  SD. Hasil uji t variabel yang paling berdampak terhadap prestasi belajar IPA adalah perhatian orang tua. The population in this study was the fifth grade (five) elementary school students in the Jogonegoro Cluster, Selomerto District, Wonosobo Regency, totaling 173 students from 7 schools. The sample in this study was 121 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The collection technique uses a questionnaire and documentation. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests, while the prerequisite test uses normality and multicollinearity tests. Hypothesis test through multiple regression test and partial correlation. In test F, the results stated there was a very significant impact between learning motivation (X1), utilization of learning resources (X2), and parental attention (X3) simultaneously on science learning achievement. The results showed (1) there is a significant positive influence between learning motivation, utilization of learning resources, and parental attention together with the learning achievement of students in science class V (five) in elementary school, (2) there is a significant positive influence between attention motivation learning and learning achievement science students class V (five) (3) there is a significant positive influence between the utilization of learning resources with learning achievement science students class V (five) elementary school (4)  There is a very significant positive influence between parental attention and the results of science learning achievement of students in grade V (five) elementary school. The test results of the variable that most impact science learning achievement are parental attention. The effective contribution of learning motivation, utilization of learning resources, and parental attention together with science learning achievement provides considerable results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan sekolah berdasarkan kemiripan karakteristik dari rapor mutu sekolah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan studi literatur deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ward. pemilihan subjek penelitian ini yaitu semua Sekolah Menengah Atas yang ada di Kabupaten Nagan Raya yang berjumlah 16 sekolah dan analisis data penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis Cluster Hierarki, di mana terdapat 3 pengelompokan yang terbentuk, kelompok I ada 11 sekolah, kelompok II ada 4 sekolah dan kelompok III ada 1 sekolah. Penulis menggunakan jarak euklidean, serta metode ward. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil dari ketiga pengelompokan, yang memiliki nilai SSE terdekat di antara objek yang lainnya terdapat pada pengelompokan yang kedua dengan nilai SSE sebesar 19,872. Mempunyai kemiripan karakteristik berdasarkan rapor mutu sekolah. Sedangkan nilai yang memiliki SSE yang mempunyai kemiripan karakteristik terjauh di antara objek yang lainnya terdapat pada pengelompokan yang pertama dengan nilai SSE sebesar 52,014. Sekolah Menengah Atas yang tidak memiliki kemiripan satu sama lain adalah SMA Negeri 1 Suka Makmue yang berada jauh dari Sekolah Menengah Atas lainnya. Hal ini diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi Sekolah yang memiliki rapor mutu minimum untuk lebih meningkatkan mutu sekolahnya. Cluster analysis with a hierarchical method for grouping senior high schools based on school quality report cards in Nagan Raya Regency Abstract: This study aims to categorize schools based on similar characteristics of school quality report cards. The research approach used in this research is a quantitative descriptive literature study approach. The selection of the subject of this research is all Senior High Schools in Nagan Raya Regency which amounted to 16 schools. The data analysis of this research uses Hierarchical Cluster analysis, where there are three groupings formed, group I, there are 11 schools, group II, there are four schools and Group III, there is one school. The author uses the Euclidean distance, as well as the ward method. The results of this study show that based on the results of the three groupings, which has the closest SSE value among other objects is in the second grouping with an SSE value of 19.872. Has similar characteristics based on school quality report cards. While the value that has the SSE that has the farthest similarity of characteristics among other objects is in the first grouping with an SSE value of 52.014. The senior high school that has no similarity with each other is SMA Negeri 1 Suka Makmue which is far from other senior high schools. This is expected to be a reference for schools that have a minimum quality report card to improve the quality of their schools further.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas program pembelajaran kimia SMA/MA Berbasis Pondok Pesantren di Kota Metro, Lampung yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi countenance stake dengan tiga tahap evaluasi, yaitu antecedent, transaction, dan outcomes. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 3 guru kimia dan 150 peserta didik kelas XI semester II tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Data dianalisis dengan kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan rata-rata skor ideal dan dikategorikan berdasarkan tabel kriteria distribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran kimia berdasarkan kelengkapan komponen RPP berkategori sangat baik dan kesesuaian dokumen RPP berategori baik. Kualitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran kimia dan penilaian berdasarkan angket berkategori baik dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdasarkan observasi berkategori kurang baik. Kualitas penilaian hasil belajar berdasarkan telaah kesesuaian dokumen RPP berkategori kurang baik dan hasil belajar peserta didik yang sebagian besar tidak tuntas berdasarkan penilaian tengah semester. Evaluation of SMA/MA chemistry learning program based on Islamic boarding schools Abstract: This study aims to determine the quality of the Islamic Boarding School-based SMA/MA chemistry learning program in Metro City, Lampung, which consists of planning, implementation, and assessment. The evaluation model used is a stake countenance evaluation model with three stages: antecedent, transaction, and outcomes. The research subjects consisted of 3 chemistry teachers and 150 students of class XI semester II of the 2019/2020 school year. Data collection was done by means of documentation, observation, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive using the average ideal score and categorized based on the table of normal distribution criteria. The results showed that the quality of chemistry learning planning based on the completeness of the lesson plan components was categorized as very good, and the suitability of the lesson plan documents was categorized as good. The quality of the implementation of chemistry learning and assessment based on a questionnaire was categorized as good, and the implementation of learning based on observations was categorized as poor. The quality of the assessment of learning outcomes based on the study of the appropriateness of the RPP document was categorized as poor, and the learning outcomes of students, most of which were incomplete, were based on the mid-semester assessment.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya mengukur sejauh mana keberhasilan pencapaian Tridharma dosen dapat dilakukan penilai-an terhadap kinerja dosen. Namun demikian, diperlukan alat ukur yang baik, agar dapat mengukur kinerja dosen dengan tepat. Tujuan penelitian untuk untuk mengetahui kelayakan istrumen kinerja dosen di bidang pengajaran ditinjau dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran berdasarkan pembuktian validitas dan estimasi reliabilitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pembuktian validitas isi dilakukan melalui expert judgment dengan menggunakan formula Aiken’s V dan estimasi reliabilitas menggunakan formula Cronbach’s Alpha. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun 2022 selama 3 bulan dengan lokasi penelitian di Ambon, Maluku. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar indeks Aiken’ s V pada masing-masing item kategori validitas tinggi, sedangkan hasil estimasi reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha diperoleh nilai ? > 0,70. Instrumen dinyatakan layak untuk mengukur kinerja dosen bidang pengajaran berdasarkan hasil pem-buktian validitas isi dan estimasi reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan bagi para pengembang instrumen, dimana pada tahap pengembangan instrumen validitas isi merupakan salah satu langkah awal dalam menentukan kelayakan suatu instrumen. Feasibility of teaching performance instruments Abstract: One of the efforts to measure the extent to which the success of achieving the Tridharma of lecturers can be assessed on the performance of lecturers. However, a good measurement tool is needed in order to be able to measure lecturer performance appropriately. The research objective is to determine the feasibility of lecturer performance instruments in the field of teaching in terms of planning, implementation, and learning evaluation based on proof of validity and estimated reliability. This research is quantitative research. Content validity was verified through expert judgment using Aiken's V formula and reliability estimation using Cronbach's Alpha formula. Determination of the sample using a simple random sampling technique. The research was conducted in 2022 for three months with research locations in Ambon, Maluku. The results showed that most of Aiken's V index in each item was in the high validity category, while the results of Cronbach's Alpha reliability estimation obtained a value of ? > 0.70. The instrument was declared feasible for measuring the performance of lecturers in the field of teaching based on the results of proving content validity and estimated reliability. The research results can be used as a reference for instrument developers, where at the stage of developing an instrument, content validity is one of the first steps in determining the feasibility of an instrument.

Abstract

The Program for International Students Assessment (PISA) is a triennial survey of 15-year-old students worldwide. The assessment focuses on core school subjects, namely science, reading, and mathematics. The 2015 PISA survey covers 70 countries, including Indonesia. Indonesia has been participating in the PISA survey since 2000. This article aims to map Indonesia's position towards the PISA participating countries in 2015, which amounted to 72 countries. The analysis used is Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) analysis. The mapping of this position is based on the average value of science, reading, and mathematics. From the analysis results, it is found that Indonesia's position is grouped against the 70 participating countries. From this grouping, it can be seen what Indonesia has taken follow-up actions to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, especially in science, reading, and mathematics subjects.
