Abstract

After the economic crisis in 1997-1998, the economy in Indonesia began to increase due to the existence of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) group which had been used as a group to develop their potential to natural potential. One of them is the development of economy in Indonesia has been widely run by the people of Dongko Village through 3 (three) business groups, namely the Women's Cooperative (KOPWAN) "Kencana", Empowerment of Women Heads of Families (PEKKA), and the Women's Business Group (KUW) "Nurani Ibu" which consists of women. In trying, of course, it takes a legality to show that the business really exists. One of them is that currently the central and local governments require business owners to have a Business Identification Number or NIB. The Business Identification Number is the identity of the business actor issued by the government through the website of the OSS institution after the entrepreneur is registered. This NIB is used by business actors to obtain business licenses and / or business identities and meet the requirements for business licenses to operate. Mentoring methods implemented by writers (1) Surveys, (2) Interviews, and (3) Focused Discussions. Assistance in making NIB was carried out in Dongko Village, Dongko District, Trenggalek Regency. It is hoped that this NIB assistance can help MSMEs in Dongko Village to obtain business legality in order to facilitate the processing of other business letters, as well as show that the business does exist, operate and is worthy of standing. The target in this writing is around 20 MSMEs in Dongko Village.

Abstract

The development of religious tourism in Ped Village has promising prospects. From a legal perspective, the management of religious tourism has its own opportunities and challenges. Therefore, a study of legal aspects is needed so that they are able to seize opportunities from the development of religious tourism and avoid the negative impacts that arise. This PKM seeks to provide an understanding of legal aspects that need to be considered in the development of religious tourism in Ped Village. The method applied is through legal counseling and assistance in preparing the required regulations. The results of the implementation show that religious tourism in Ped Village has the opportunity to be developed, considering that Balinese people are generally very enthusiastic about carrying out religious activities to come to holy places (temples). Religious tourism is developed based on Balinese culture which breathes Hinduism, is magical/sacred and is combined with natural beauty. The challenge faced is the absence of complete and comprehensive regulations in regulating religious tourism. There is no legal instrument that can provide protection for religious tourism objects, so that there is no pollution and damage or harassment of religious tourism objects. It is important to have regulations drafted in the management of religious tourism in Ped Villages that involve stakeholders

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) on the Development of Spiritual Tourism in Ped Nusa Penida Village aims to empower community groups in realizing the Penataran Ped Temple as spiritual tourism. The target partner is Kelian Pura Penataran Ped. The problems faced by partners are: (1) there is no collaboration between related institutions in the management of spiritual tourism, (2) there is no legal umbrella and contract for the use of temples as spiritual tourism, (3) there is no adequate information regarding the existence of Penataran Ped Temples, and (4) there is no integrated waste management effort to create a clean and comfortable temple environment. Activities carried out as a solution to solving the problem are counseling on tourism management with a model of collaboration and coordination of stakeholders in tourism services, compiling a legal umbrella for religious tourism and contract law for tourism actors, procuring trilingual information boards, designing a mapping and master plan for Penataran Ped Temples, and mentoring integrated waste management. With the community empowerment strategy, it is hoped that it will be able to realize the spiritual tourism of Penataran Ped Temple which will have an impact on improving the community's economic sector.

Abstract

The tourism business is the mainstay of the Small Island of Nusa Penida as an inseparable part of the Island of the Gods, Bali. The existence of the COVID-19 Pandemic has made Bali tourism and is no exception also an impact on the tourism business in Nusa Penida. The people's economy in Nusa Penida experienced very severe shocks and even eroded almost all economic sectors; including the impact on the financial services sector owned by a traditional village called the Village Credit Institution (LPD). Bali tourism, especially Nusa Penida as one of the world's tourist destinations during the COVID-19 Pandemic, has drained the energy of the management of Traditional Village LPDs throughout Bali, because many people from Traditional Villages have lost their purchasing power as a result of COVID-19, so that the principle of good faith in the world business is often neglected and even overtaken by the demands of the bowels. After the COVID-19 pandemic era, many LPD administrators were faced with a dilemma between saving LPD operations due to the large number of problem loans with a sense of empathy for indigenous village residents who were unable to pay credit installments as a result of loss of income as a result of COVID-19. Even though the COVID-19 pandemic has passed on the surface, the feeling of anxiety about the emergence of a new variant continues to create anxiety among LPD administrators. Related to this dilemma, this paper examines legal issues related to "rescuing problem loans" faced by LPDs after the COD-19 pandemic occurred in the tourist area of Nusa Penida Island. This legal issue will be studied using a normative legal approach supplemented by a sociological approach carried out by LPD administrators throughout the Nusa Penida District, Klungkung Regency -Bali.

Abstract

Community service at the Dauh Puri Kauh Village Office is a form of campus concern for the environment, both for the general public, government and village officials who oversee the Denpasar city area, especially the West Denpasar sub-district. They complained about the lack of understanding of most employees about application of digital technology, especially the use of digital service satisfaction survey tools that do not yet exist in the West Denpasar government area because what employees often use is only a piece of paper to survey community satisfaction in the form of a questionnaire answer format which is archived and input manually to computer databases. Considering that currently the need for good, fast and accurate services is urgently needed by the people of the Dauh Puri Kauh area and that information disclosure and services are digital, especially in the Denpasar city area after the Covid-19 spike has decreased. This service will involve the village head and employees of the Dauh Puri Kauh village office. The results of the service are expected to help capable partners who are expected to be able to understand and continue the application of the tool and in the future, the system can be developed for the advancement of digital technology in the Denpasar city area.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the tourism sector in Indonesia, especially in Bali, it experienced a quite drastic decline, so many workers were laid off. Not only decreased of tourist arrivals, but also decreased knowledge of English communication among workers, due to a lack of communication with guests staying at the hotel. One of the most luxurious resorts in the Seminyak area is The Samaya Resort Seminyak, which is located on Jalan Laksmana Seminyak. English communication improvement training is a very important point in everyday life, especially in the world of hospitality work in improving speaking skills especially to guests staying at The Samaya Resort Seminyak. This can improve the quality of staff service to guests, and minimize miscommunication. Community Partnership Program activities in the form of teaching English using role-play techniques and learning English while practicing it directly (Learning by Doing) are appropriate activities for staff at The Samaya Resort Seminyak in developing and improving their communication skills using the language English with good and correct English grammar and pronunciation. Abstract

The purpose of community service in Cempaga village is to increase villagers' understanding of the existence of customary land, especially PKD land. The issues raised were the existence of tenure rights over customary land and efforts to strengthen customary village tenure rights over PKD land in the Cempaga customary village. The service method is carried out through counseling and assistance to indigenous village residents. With the enactment of the ATR/BPN ministerial decree number 276 / KEP – 19.2 / X / 2017 it is stated that customary villages are the subject of communal rights in land registration. This provision is strengthened by the enactment of Ministerial Regulation ATR/BPN number 6 of 2018 concerning complete systematic land registration (PTSL) which stipulates that customary land must be registered. Referring to this regulation, PKD land in Cempaga village can be registered in the name of Cempaga customary village. This provision was strengthened by the PERDA of the Province of Bali concerning customary villages which states that customary land is registered in the name of a customary village, so that the position of a customary village in the control of customary land is very strong.

Abstract

Balinese Arak is an intangible cultural heritage that has been established by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) in Datah Village, Karangasem Regency aims to help partners in the economic sector, namely the Bali Arak UMKM. There are 2,285 Balinese wine craftsmen in Karangasem Regency. The increasing number of Balinese wine SMEs, Balinese wine craftsmen are demanded to be active and creative in promoting and making the right marketing strategy. For this reason, the PKM team targeted Balinese wine SMEs in Banjar Lebah, Datah Karangasem Village. There are two problems found, namely the lack of public awareness and knowledge in product marketing through the use of social media and the less optimal use of attractive, informative and persuasive advertising language in uploaded content. The implementation method used is to collect partners' knowledge about e-commerce platforms and media facilities used, socialize the benefits of social media, and use interesting language in e-commerce, provide training and monitor partner business developments online. The PKM team is assisted by students in providing assistance regarding designs and attractive language choices using online methods. The outputs of the PKM implementation are in the form of articles published in PCS journals, publications in counter mass media and publications on Youtube, and increased understanding of partners in the use of good advertising language in creating promotional content and understanding e-marketing sales strategies.

Abstract

Gelgel Village is famous for its production of Balinese woven fabrics, namely songket and endek fabrics. Songket/endek cloth is one of the characteristics of Balinese cultural products. However, the production of songket woven cloth did not develop much. The demand for the production of songket woven fabric in Gelgel Klungkung Village is still low. This is because the production is only in the form of kamen, shawls, and headbands, there are no new creations, so demand only increases when there are certain ceremonies such as wedding ceremonies and Hindu religious ceremonies. Songket cloth has a unique characteristic pattern. Now that business competition is getting tougher, there are already many fabric manufacturers that are similar to songket at a lower price. There needs to be collaboration between songket weavers and artisans in an integrated manner. Songket woven fabric as one of the cultures of the Gelgel people needs to be preserved by providing a form of legal protection. The problems experienced by partners are: 1) The demand for the production of songket woven fabric in Gelgel Klungkung Village is still low. What are the efforts that can be made to create innovations to attract buyers' interest in the production of songket woven fabrics in Gelgel Village? 2) With increasingly fierce business competition, what efforts can be made in the business of distributing songket production in Gelgel Village in the face of competitors in the weaving business? 3) The problem of Human Resources (HR) is also an obstacle for the songket business in Gelgel Village, because there is no younger generation who want to become weavers in Gelgel Village?.
