Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of plant hormones on profit in raising broiler chickens (Gallus domesticus). And to determine the cost efficiency in the use of different plant hormones for broiler livestock (Gallus domesticus). The experimental design used in this study was a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments tested were: Ho (control) without hormones, H1 (Neobro), H2 (banana tubers), H3 (bean sprouts), H4 (sweet potato shoots). Hormone testing was taken from plants by adding EM4 bioactivator and molasses which were fermented for 1 week except for hormones from bean sprouts. The three fermentation results were complete and could be used as a mixture in daily drinks. The parameters observed were production costs, Total Revenue, profit/loss analysis, R/C ratio analysis, Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC). From the results of the research that has been analyzed, it was found that the use of hormones from several plant hormones was seen Production costs showed no significant difference, R/C analysis was significantly different and Total revenue, total profit and loss and IOFC were very significantly different. The best plant hormones in obtaining higher profits were from banana stems (H2) and sweet potato shoots (H4) with the lowest parameters in the control (H0)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara adaptasi karir dan job hopping intention pada karyawan generasi Z. Adaptasi karir dipandang sebagai kompetensi psikososial yang berperan dalam menghadapi perubahan dan tantangan pekerjaan, sedangkan job hopping intention adalah kecenderungan individu untuk sering berpindah pekerjaan dalam waktu singkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel berjumlah 156 responden berusia 15–28 tahun yang telah melakukan perpindahan kerja dalam waktu 1–2 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) dan skala Job Hopping dari Lake et al. (2017). Hasil analisis Pearson menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara adaptasi karir dan job hopping intention (r = -0,014; p = 0,859). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor lain di luar adaptasi karir kemungkinan memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap intensi karyawan untuk berpindah kerja

Abstract

Pharmaceutical services at community health centers are an integral part of the implementation of health efforts which play an important role in advancing the quality of health services for the community. To support this, the standard of pharmaceutical services at community health centers has undergone several changes and was most recently updated with Minister of Health Regulation No. 26 of 2020 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards at Community Health Centers. The aim of this research is to determine the suitability of implementing pharmaceutical service standards at the Baqa Health Center, Samarinda City. This research uses an observational method with a descriptive approach using a checklist sheet with suitability guidelines based on the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation. This research was conducted in the period September 2024 – December 202 The research results showed that the suitability of pharmaceutical services at the Baqa Community Health Center was in accordance with the Indonesian Minister of Health's Regulation with a result of 86.6% in the good category. The management of pharmaceutical preparations and consumable medical materials as well as facilities and infrastructure at the Baqa Community Health Center is in accordance with the technical instructions for pharmaceutical service standards, while clinical pharmacy services at the Baqa Community Health Center are in accordance with the technical instructions for pharmaceutical service standards

Abstract

This study discusses the legal analysis of bank credit risks arising from the bankruptcy of large companies, with a case study of PT Sritex. The bankruptcy of Sritex in 2024–2025 caused significant losses to creditor banks, particularly Bank DKI and Bank BJB, due to irregularities in the credit granting procedures and weak internal and external supervision. This study employs a literature review method. The findings reveal that although legal protection for banks as creditors is regulated under the Bankruptcy Law and banking regulations, its implementation still faces challenges in terms of collateral enforcement, regulatory harmonisation, and oversight of credit fund usage. This study recommends the need for revisions and harmonisation between the Bankruptcy Law and the Banking Law, real-time monitoring of credit fund flows by the OJK, and stricter enforcement of administrative sanctions to prevent the recurrence of similar credit risks in the future

Abstract

This classroom action research was conducted due to the discovery of problems in writing instruction that were not optimal. especially on the quality of student learning, activeness in learning, and the development of student cognitive skills (critical thinking and creativity). This research was to improve short story writing skills, student activeness in learning, and critical thinking skills and creativity of class XI students of SMA IT YABIS Bontang in the 2024/2025 Academic Year through the application of the Process Approach. The subjects of the study were 30 class XI students of SMA IT YABIS Bontang. Data collection techniques were carried out by giving assignments to make short stories, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The implementation of the research started from the initial survey, cycle I to cycle II. Each cycle consists of (1) planning; (2) implementation of actions; (3) observation; and (4) analysis and reflection. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the three aspects observed. Students' short story writing skills increased from 23% of students who passed the pre-action to 90% of students who achieved a score of ≥ 75 in cycle II. Student activity during learning also increased in each cycle, including activity during apperception (from 35% to 83%), attention to the material (from 40% to 87%), activeness in asking/responding (from 27% to 67%), cooperation and discussion (from 15% to 87%), and seriousness in doing assignments (from 55% to 90%). Furthermore, the implementation of the Process Approach has also been proven to improve students' critical thinking skills, marked by a shift in the majority of students from a low level (86.66%) in cycle I to a high level (76.66%) in cycle II. Likewise, students' creativity in writing short stories increased, with the majority of students moving from a moderate level (63.33%) in cycle I to a high level (70%) in cycle II, and most even reached a very high level (33.33%). This finding indicates that the application of the Process Approach is effective in improving students' short story writing skills, learning activity, and critical thinking skills and creativity

Abstract

Studi pusat pertumbuhan bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan strategi pengembangan pusat pertumbuhan di Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu. Dengan latar belakang pertumbuhan infrastruktur dan kekayaan sumber daya alam yang melimpah, kawasan ini memiliki peluang signifikan untuk menjadi pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi baru di wilayah Timur Indonesia. Namun, tantangan berupa keseimbangan antara pembangunan ekonomi dan pelestarian lingkungan serta budaya lokal perlu dikelola secara hati-hati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan komprehensif yang mencakup analisis kebijakan tata ruang dan pembangunan infrastruktur berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis skalogram dan indeks sentralitas untuk mengidentifikasi hierarki pusat pelayanan serta potensi pertumbuhan di setiap kecamatan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pemerintah daerah dalam mengembangkan wilayah Mahakam Ulu secara berkelanjutan, mencakup perencanaan infrastruktur, pariwisata, serta pelestarian lingkungan. Dengan implementasi kebijakan yang tepat, Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu diharapkan mampu berkontribusi secara optimal dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah serta kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Studi tentang Mall Pelayanan Publik di Kabupaten Bulungan, Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. Dengan adanya Mall Pelayanan Publik tersebut, diharapkan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bulungan sebagai aktor utama dalam melaksanakan tugas pelayanan kepada masyarakat dapat mewujudkan pelayanan prima yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan secara kualitatif. Fokus penelitian yang dilakukan berfokus pada masalah terlebih dahulu agar tidak terjadi perluasan permasalahan yang nantinya tidak sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini. Maka penelitian ini memfokuskan untuk meneliti Studi Tentang Mall Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Bulungan, Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya analisis data yang dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Studi Tentang Mall Pelayanan Publik Kabupaten Bulungan, Provinsi Kalimantan Utara telah menerapkan pedoman sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Bulungan Nomor 47 Tahun 2019

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (RME) greatly facilitate the improvement of service quality at the Mulyorejo Health Center, but it cannot be denied that there will always be supporting factors and hindering factors that accompany during the process. Supporting and inhibiting factors that are researched in the implementation of this Medical Record, using the 5M method, namely Man, Material, Machine, Methode, Money. This research was conducted at the Mulyorejo Health Center in Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of supporting and inhibiting factors, in order to add insight and provide suggestions for the implementation of better medical records. This research method uses qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques by observation and interview. The research results show that there are still obstacles experienced when providing services to patients, for example in Human Resource Planning (SDM), Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) and E-Health, the last one is in Puskesmas reporting

Abstract

PT. Permata Hijau Group is a company that continues to develop both upstream and downstream, especially at the product sales level. Oleic acid is one of the expensive products sold among oleochemical processing companies. In producing oleic acid, several large costs were found due to lengthy repairs and the plantation not operating. So methods are needed to increase productivity. Analysis using the objective matrix (OMAX) method is a method that is widely used in analyzing the productivity of a company. The method used is the use of OMAX, including determining criteria, determining performance, determining average productivity values, determining the highest and lowest productivity values, determining realistic productivity values, determining scores and value weights, determining productivity indices and making cause-cause diagrams. consequence (fishbone). The results obtained from applying the objective matrix (OMAX) method include the first being the highest productivity index value in October 2023 of 66.66% and the lowest in September of -64.93%. The second result is that the factors that have the most influence on oleic acid productivity. And the third result is that 6 proposed actions are needed to increase oleic acid productivity

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan pilar utama perekonomian Indonesia, dengan kontribusi lebih dari 99% terhadap total pelaku usaha dan menyerap lebih dari 97% tenaga kerja nasional. Salah satu sektor UMKM yang berkembang pesat adalah industri kreatif, termasuk produk kosmetik seperti pomade. Penelitian ini mengkaji perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen produk kosmetik lokal melalui studi kasus King Pomade di Kota Medan. Meskipun memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian lokal, banyak pelaku usaha di sektor ini belum mematuhi standar hukum dan regulasi seperti nomor notifikasi Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM), pencantuman komposisi bahan, dan informasi kedaluwarsa. Ketidaksesuaian ini berpotensi menimbulkan risiko kesehatan bagi konsumen serta melanggar hak-hak mereka sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan empiris untuk menganalisis tingkat kepatuhan pelaku usaha serta hambatan dalam implementasi regulasi, termasuk peran dan efektivitas lembaga seperti Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen (BPSK). Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoritis bagi pengembangan kajian hukum perlindungan konsumen, serta menawarkan rekomendasi edukatif dan korektif bagi UMKM dan pemerintah daerah dalam membangun ekosistem usaha yang aman, legal, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini juga mendorong peningkatan literasi hukum baik di kalangan pelaku usaha maupun konsumen sebagai langkah strategis dalam mewujudkan keadilan sosial dan perlindungan konsumen yang menyeluruh.
