Abstract

Personal branding has emerged as a crucial strategy in contemporary professional contexts, influencing individuals across various industries and career stages. This study explores the concept of personal branding, focusing on its definitions, theoretical foundations, and practical implications. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, the research identifies key elements and strategies that individuals employ to cultivate and manage their personal brands effectively. Moreover, it examines the impact of personal branding on career development, reputation management, and professional success. The findings highlight the importance of authenticity, consistency, and strategic communication in building a strong personal brand. The study contributes to existing knowledge by providing insights into how individuals can leverage personal branding to enhance their visibility, credibility, and influence in competitive environments. Future research directions are proposed to further explore the evolving nature of personal branding in the digital age

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perendaman daging domba dengan bunga kecombrang terhadap kualitas organoleptik dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda-beda.Penelitian ini mengunakan metode experimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola non faktorial dengan 4 perlakuan 5 ulangan yaitu P0 = 10gram daging domba(tanpa perlakuan),P1 = 10gram daging domba+100ml air+100gram bunga kecombrang, P2= 10gram daging domba+100ml air+200gram bunga kecombrang,dan P3= 10gram daging domba+100ml air+300gram bunga kecombrang.Penelitian ini diamati oleh 20 orang panelis terlatih dan semi terlatih.Parameter yang diamati yaitu warna,aroma,tekstur dan keempukan daging domba.Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perendaman daging domba dengan menggunakan jus bunga tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap nilai Ph dan Organoleptik (P> 0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cita rasa dari nugget daging domba dengan penambahan daun kelor terhadap kualitas organoleptik dan Tingkat kesukaan dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda-beda.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengap (RAL) pola non factorial dengan 4 perlakuan 5 ulangan yaitu P0(0% daun kelor),P1(5% daun kelor),P2(10% daun kelor) dan P3(15% daun kelor).Parameter yang diamati adalah rasa,aroma,warna.Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan daun kelor pada nugget daging domba tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap uji organoleptik (P>0.05).

Abstract

In 2023, the World Bank in its report entitled "Is a Global Recession Imminent?" predicts that there will be a global economic recession, which is also likely to occur in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the readiness of the community to face the threat of a global economic recession, one of which is from changes in consumptive behavior towards goods or services that are not primary needs. The method in this article is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews with several informants with different professions and income levels. Based on the results of the discussion in this article, it can be concluded that: There is a change in consumptive behavior in society after the issue of the global economic recession in 2023

Abstract

Kuliner tradisional adalah praktik tradisional dalam masyarakat yang telah hadir di Nusantara selama berabad-abad, berfungsi sebagai sumber makanan, kesehatan, dan berbagai aspek budaya. Di Pulau Lombok dan Sumbawa, banyak orang menikmati masakan tradisional, terutama di saat Ramadhan yang dianggap sebagai tujuan wisata halal. Hidangan minuman tradisional adalah Aik Pokak, yang secara tradisional dinikmati selama Ramadhan dan sering disajikan dalam pertemuan besar. Minuman tradisional Aik Pokak juga digunakan sebagai jamu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan kuliner tradisional di Nusa Tenggara Barat, termasuk peranannya dalam wisata kesehatan dan seni kuliner. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa masakan tradisional di yogyakarta dapat menjadi sumber informasi yang berharga bagi peneliti dan dapat digunakan dalam sektor jasa makanan dan minuman. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan kuliner tradisional di Nusa Tenggara Barat)

Abstract

Guru adalah sebagai ujung tombak dalam pendidikan. Oleh karena itu guru harus mampu memberikan keteladanan di sekolah, di masyarakat dan di dalam keluarga. Sebagai tugas operasionalnya guru sebagai pemimpin, administrator, edukator, desainer dan konselor sehingga guru tidak hanya menyampaikan materi pelajaran, mengevaluasi, dan menganalisa melainkan juga harus memperhatikan, bagaimana budaya sekolah dan metode apa yang dipilih dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran juga bagaimana menghadapi permasalahan diselesaikan secara psikologis dan edukatif (Sutanto, 2014:25). Begitu pentinya peranan guru dalam menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan, untuk itu seorang guru harus memiliki disiplin yang tinggi terhadap tugas yang diembannya sebagaimana yang telah diamanatkan untuk pegawai negeri sipil sebagai abdi negara. Mencermati uraian di atas, terlihat betapa besarnya peran guru dalam membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik. Abstract

Anak Prasekolah adalah anak yang berusia antara usia 3-6 tahun dan biasanya sudah mulai mengikuti program preschool. Anak yang status gizinya kurang atau rendah dapat meningkatkan risiko gangguan kesehatan serta infeksi, dan juga adanya gangguan pertumbuhan serta perkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pendidikan dan pekerjaan ibu dengan status gizi anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Sampelnya adalah 70 anak TK Sari Asih Sumbawa. Sampel dipilih secara total sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan status gizi anak (α value = 0,113) serta tidak ada hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan status gizi anak (α value = 0,891).

Abstract

This research aims to produce an instrument for assessing aspects of global diversity and mutual cooperation that is valid and reliable. Retnawati's type of development research consists of 9 stages. The research subject is the evaluation instrument. The development objects are content validity, item validity and instrument reliability. The data collection method uses non-tests in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis method uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the test results, 20 questions for each aspect tested were all valid in the very high category. The test reliability results were 0.87 for the global diversity aspect instrument and 0.88 for the mutual cooperation aspect. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the evaluation instrument for aspects of global diversity and mutual cooperation in elementary schools is in the very good category and can be used in the evaluation process. The implication of this research is that teachers can be more effective in identifying and developing awareness and appreciation of the values ​​of global diversity and mutual cooperation among students

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to gain insight into the challenges or barriers that a management student encounters when delivering English for Business Management subject matter. The study employed qualitative method. it is reasonable to explicate that the challenge is related to vocabulary mastery, pronunciation, and grammatically correct sentence formation. Nevertheless, his presentation's difficulty is a lack of confidence, as well as missing key critical aspects, such as allowing the audience to ask questions at the end. The use of ordinary English language is deemed more useful than the use of English in business management. This is related to the practice of listening, discovering, learning, and applying it in everyday academic life

Abstract

: The study aims to determine theeffect of sheep urine manure on tht Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott grass after the first defoliation. The data analysis method used in this research is a Urine Manure Design (UMD) Non-Factorial consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications, namely P0 (Without Urine application), P1 (Urine manure application every 2 days), P2 (Urine manure application every 3 days), and P3 (Urine manure application every 5 days). The parameters observed in this study are the number of tillers, plant height, and fresh material production. The results of the study show that treatment P1 is the best treatment in terms of fresh material production, plant height, and number of tillers of Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott grass with Urine manure application after the first defoliation, with the number of tillers of Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott grass being 4.88/polybag, plant height being 65.40 cm/polibag, and fresh material production being 216.84 grams/polybag
