Abstract

Batik as an Indonesian cultural heritage, especially for Batik Nologaten with typical Sleman batik. The purpose of this internship program is to apply knowledge and skills in accordance with the fields of students so that they can contribute to help the development of Batik Nologaten MSMEs. Methods of carrying out activities through counseling and training. The results of this work program activity are increasing the knowledge and skills of Batik Nologaten MSMEs in improving the quality of human resources in Batik Nologaten MSMEs on skills development, increasing knowledge of batik production, and strengthening managerial skills. In addition, organizational management also focuses on structured management, management process, and reporting systems.

Abstract

The development of the retail business today is growing rapidly, one of which is the business of providing daily consumer goods. This condition encourages high business competition, thereby requiring business actors to be able to excel in the competition. This community service program aims to help improve retail business performance at Tip Top Podomoro Shop. The programs implemented include: education on the use of social media as an online marketing tool, creating online promotional content, using Shopee e-commerce as a sales medium, providing an online payment system with QRIS, and improving financial management.

Abstract

A management system is a collection or combination of processes that start from planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating, and work together to achieve certain goals in an efficient and effective way. Sweetroom does not yet have a management system, so it becomes an obstacle in implementing work coordination and organizational communication. The goal of a management system is to obtain something of better value by exerting effort. At Sweetroom the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each work unit is not yet available, so it is necessary to prepare SOPs for work activities in each work unit. The results obtained from preparing the SOP are increased employee discipline and increased sales in Sweetroom.

Abstract

The Food Processing Program in Bakbakan Village, particularly conducted by the SME Paon D Jimbar Mesari group, aims to enhance community self-reliance and well-being through the packaging of durable Balinese traditional seasoning (genep spice) suitable for a shelf life of 1-2 years. The focus is on product development with an extended shelf life, allowing consumers to carry and use these seasonings conveniently while traveling. This program encompasses training in the utilization of appropriate technology to improve production, skills in the drying process, also production and marketing management. Consequently, the program has the potential to expand the market and sustainably increase the production of the SME Paon D Jimbar Mesari group.

Abstract

The development of the printing business in the digital era is increasingly rapid along with high consumer demand for using these services. In order for the business to survive in competition, it is necessary to formulate the right marketing strategy. This community service is carried out to improve the performance of the printing business at Sablon Jogja ID through online marketing assistance activities and improving service quality. Activities are carried out using counseling and training methods. Through attractive online promotional activities and satisfactory customer service, companies can build closer relationships with customers, increase customer satisfaction, and ultimately achieve sustainable business growth in this digital era.

Abstract

The objective of the service program was implemented at Astajava Coffee and Roastery with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of digital marketing through training in creating marketing content with the Canva application and building a customer loyalty program. The implementation method involves surveying company needs, implementing training programs, evaluations, customer satisfaction surveys, creating a customer database, and creating a member loyalty program. The results include developing employee skills in creating engaging marketing content through Canva, innovation in the selection of promotional content, increasing the number of Instagram followers, and positive customer response to the loyalty program.

Abstract

Savings and loan cooperatives or abbreviated as KSP are cooperatives that operate in the field of deposit (savings) and loan (credit) services. KSP Tani Makmur was trusted to manage agribusiness funds and general credit funds for the people of Bantul Regency. This community service is carried out using a method of transferring knowledge with counseling containing motivation and work discipline through making posters in order to increase motivation and enthusiasm at work. The work program implemented can be a solution to increase motivation and work discipline for KSP Tani Makmur.

Abstract

This community service program at PT Sebangku Kuliner aims to increase consumer buying interest in Taiyaki Minnasan and Ladybee Taiyaki Jogja through strengthening promotions, brands, and market analysis. Then, content planning is made so that business social media is more organized and directed. The method used is through the transfer of knowledge and technology which is realized in the creation of content planning so that business social media is more focused, making attractive promotional designs, and market analysis which plays an important role in knowing the target market. The results of the work program carried out successfully identified the target market, increased Instagram performance by 70%, targeted branding, and succeeded in adding new marketing channels through the Tiktok platform.

Abstract

The problems faced by the local community are: Lack of knowledge and skills of business actors in marketing their creative business products to a wider community outside the Polewali Mandar district area. The objectives and output targets to be achieved in this activity are that the partner village community can and is able to use social media and E-Commerce applications to market their creative business products or crafts independently and the number of sales of handicraft products and the income of the community of SME players in Alu Village, Alu sub-district increases. The method of implementing this service is the participatory counseling method; demonstration training method and practical activities by participants; and the method of mentoring and assisting community participants (creative business actors).

Abstract

Training on making fermented rice straw for animal feed in Desa Nepo Kecamatan Wonomulyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar aims to provide understanding to the community about making fermented rice straw for animal feed. The methods used include providing education regarding fermentation technology for rice straw waste, then discussions with participants regarding the problem that occur and obstacles in handling agricultural waste, and finally direct training in making fermented rice straw. The result of this community service activity is that participants know how to make fermented rice straw for animal feed. The conclusion of the community service activities in Desa Nepo is that the participants were able to learn about fermentation technology that can be used to process rice straw waste into highly nutritious animal feed.
