Abstract

The "PROTEIN" learning model is a combination of three learning models, namely problem-based learning, team game tournaments, and talking sticks, which aims to encourage maximum active participation of teachers and students in increasing students' motivation and speaking skills in participating in beautiful Indonesian language learning theme seven the diversity of my country. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of classroom action research. The data sources for this research were Indonesian language teachers and 20 class 4 A students, with 11 male students and nine female students. The data collection techniques used in this research are tests, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Observations carried out in the study are in the form of teacher and student activities. Based on the results of data analysis at four teacher activity meetings, it went well and was successful. Meanwhile, participants' activities were trained in 4 meetings. It was seen that the percentage of activity increased in each meeting. These activities indicate that students' learning motivation in learning speaking skills in Indonesian subjects using a combination of the "PROTEIN" model has reached the criteria of being highly motivated. For learning outcomes, they achieved complete classical and individual learning outcomes with very high criteria. Based on the research results above, the researcher recommends that the combination of the "PROTEIN" learning model be applied in elementary schools. For more effective implementation, teachers need to be given more training so that the application of the combination of the "PROTEIN" learning model can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This research aims to describe what the results of the preaching carried out by La Maddaremmeng were like in the 17th century. The type of research used is library research. The research approaches used in this research are historical, sociological, political, and anthropological approaches. The data sources are primary and secondary. The data collection and processing methods consist of heuristics, interviews, documentation, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results of this research show that the da'wah carried out by La Maddaremmeng in the 17th century was successful in instilling Islamic teachings in the people of Bone through planning da'wah materials, especially in aspects of the faith which had been adapted to the social conditions of the people who were the target of the da'wah. From the planning of the da'wah material, especially in aspects of the faith, it is then poured into the form of a da'wah method and the da'wah method that is practiced is the bil hal da'wah method, which then results in changes in the political, social, cultural and military fields. Apart from that, the next change was significant in religion, education, and architecture, Islam in the Kingdom of Bone. The conclusion above, implicitly shows that Islam in the Kingdom of Bone experienced very significant developments during the reign of King Bone La Maddaremmeng (1631-1644 AD). The implications of these changes had an impact on strengthening Islamic values as the official religion as well as becoming the basis for making policy

Abstract

This research aims to determine the readiness of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum with standard processes at the Puteri Ummul Mukminin 'Aisyiyah Islamic Boarding School. This research includes qualitative descriptive research, with a phenomenological approach. Meanwhile, the data sources used in this research consist of primary and secondary data which begin with direct observations in the classroom guided by the observation guidelines that have been created, such as the interaction of teachers and students in Islamic religious education subjects, from the results of observations that have been carried out subsequently and conducted structured interviews with several Islamic religious education teachers and several students. In conducting interviews, researchers used tools, namely voice recorders and book notes, to help researchers verify and validate the validity and accuracy of the data by looking at comparative data from various sources that had been interviewed and then making interpretations and conclusions. The results of this research show that the readiness of the PAI curriculum is on the needs and development of students, especially at the Aliyah level of the Ummul Mukminin Girls Islamic Boarding School, which can be seen from several aspects such as relevance to educational standards, availability of teaching materials and implementation of learning which can provide feedback from students to gain meaningful experiences. It is hoped that the implications of this research can develop the curriculum in PAI subjects and other subjects.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the democratic culture of local communities in West Sulawesi Province in the Digital Era. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, the data sources in the research are primary data sourced from interviews and observations and secondary data sourced from literature studies both from journals and books related to the research objectives. Data collection techniques were carried out through focus group discussion (FGD) activities. After the data is collected, the next step is data analysis to produce conclusions. The results of this research are that the local community in West Sulawesi Province is the Toliutang community who live on one of the islands in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Even though this tribe lives on the sea and depends on the open sea for their livelihood, they secretly have quite good democratic behavior and culture. The use of digital technology in developing political culture and democracy is starting to become embedded in their lives. One of these values ​​is helping each other and humanizing humans. These are all values and belief systems held in society. So political activity is used as a means of fulfilling the basic needs of citizens in creating mutual benefits. In the future, the political participation shown by the Toliutang community or tribe will be biased because the behavior of the political elite is not balanced in realizing improvements in people's lives as a consequence of political responsibility towards the people, but is ignored and forgotten

Abstract

This research explores how to explore the local identity and spiritual responsibility of the people in Gowa Regency at the Syekh Yusuf Mosque. This research uses field research with historical, religious, and sociological approaches. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. Data processing and analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this research show that the existence of the Sheikh Yusuf Grand Mosque is an embodiment of culture and the center of Muslim activities in the Gowa Regency. This realization can be explored using stages that are structured and sustainable. One of the stages in question is the public's understanding of the architectural morphology of buildings. The architectural morphology of the Syekh Yusuf Grand Mosque building has a very unique design while still combining Islamic concepts, history, and local cultures such as the sulapa' eppa' motif which is the philosophy of life of the Bugis-Makassar tribe which depicts the human character and nature, namely, wind, fire, water, and land. Humans who can balance these four characteristics are called humans who have Siri' and Pesse' which are strongly held by the Bugis-Makassar tribal people. From this combination, the Sheikh Yusuf Mosque does not abandon its function as a building of worship for the people to improve spirituality in the context of a relationship with Allah SWT. and relationships with fellow humans in presenting the breath of Islam in every aspect of people's lives as a filter for the flow of globalization.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of an inclusive curriculum in shaping social identity. This is crucial in communities with diverse ethnicities, religions, traditions, cultures, and more, enhancing references for educational strategies, particularly in elementary schools in Palu. The study employs a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques include document analysis, observation, and in-depth interviews. After data gathering, document analysis focuses on curriculum documents and others. Data analysis reveals that implementing an inclusive curriculum significantly strengthens students' social identities through increased social interactions and appreciation of local cultural diversity, exemplified by the concept of "Nosarara Nosabatutu," emphasizing cooperation and mutual support. Practical implementation is reflected in local culture integrated into the curriculum, fostering a sense of ownership, national identity, and tolerance towards differences. Effective communication among students is pivotal in initiating healthy social interactions. However, the study is limited geographically and in population scope; future research could involve a broader range of schools with greater diversity.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in improving the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Using a literature review method, this research examines various academic publications and credible reports discussing the contributions of BPRS to MSME development. The findings indicate that BPRS plays a significant role by providing sharia-based financing such as murabahah and musharakah, which help MSMEs overcome capital constraints. Furthermore, BPRS serves as a social intermediary by providing training and consultations to enhance MSME capacities. The advantage of the profit-sharing system implemented by BPRS offers flexibility for MSMEs without the burden of fixed interest, encouraging productivity and business sustainability. However, the study also identifies several challenges, such as limited working capital, the need for product innovation, and low financial literacy among MSMEs. These findings highlight that BPRS impacts not only at the microeconomic level but also contributes to local economic development through increased job absorption, regional GDP growth, and reduced economic inequality. This study is expected to provide academic contributions and serve as a foundation for formulating policies to strengthen the role of BPRS in empowering MSMEs in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to enrich and develop understanding of the status of non-Muslim citizenship in Indonesia from the perspective of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) as the largest community organization in Indonesia. The type of research used is library research, with a theological-normative, sharia and historical approach. This study uses data collection methods in the form of quoting, filtering and analyzing using content analysis of representative literature that is relevant to the problem discussed, then reviewing and concluding it. The results of this study are an analysis of the status of non-Muslim citizenship in Indonesia according to Nahdlatul Ulama categorized as non-Muslim citizens. In fiqh that limits the rights of non-Muslims does not apply in the concept of a nation state implemented in Indonesia. Therefore, this study recommends that political and religious categorization not be monopolized by one particular entity or group. In addition, this study also suggests that the government, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), as well as community organizations such as Nahdlatul Ulama or Muhammadiyah need to re-knit the threads that have become tangled due to identity politics, and reconstruct the understanding of classical fiqh teachings and doctrines into a contemporary perspective that is more in line with the concept of an inclusive nation state, as implemented in Indonesia.

Abstract

Eiichiro Oda’s anime “One Piece” is known not only for its epic adventure story but also for its deep heroic values. Through the journey of Monkey D. Luffy and his friends in search of the legendary treasure “One Piece," this anime depicts the idea of ​​heroism as a dedication to fighting injustice. This study aims to analyze and identify the values ​​of heroism manifested in the main characters of the anime, especially in the Wano Arc. This study uses a qualitative method with a content analysis approach. Data were obtained through data collection techniques based on literature reviews by analyzing texts in One Piece, especially volumes 900-1084, which tell the Wano arc. Data analysis techniques were carried out by examining elements of heroism such as courage, responsibility, solidarity, and never giving up shown by the main characters. The results of the study show that the Wano Arc consistently displays heroic values ​​through the struggle against oppression and injustice, which provides inspiration and relevance for the younger generation in facing social challenges in the contemporary era. This research recommendation encourages educators and content creators to use the heroic values ​​of One Piece as a medium for character learning for the younger generation, as well as encourage further research related to the application of these values ​​in various socio-cultural contexts

Abstract

The learning system is a structure and process used in delivering material in the form of knowledge, skills, and morals to students. The learning system is an effort made by educators to shape the character and insight of students in the learning process. The learning system is closely related to the understanding of the material. The research method used is qualitative, involving data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The data collected is then analyzed inductively by identifying patterns, themes, and concepts that emerge from the data. The purpose of this literature is to determine the effect of the learning system on students' understanding of the material. The results of this study indicate that the learning system implemented by MAN 1 Medan School is good, but some students are not yet compatible with the existing learning system. The learning system that is set greatly influences the understanding of the material absorbed by students. The implications of this study are expected that teachers can first adjust the learning system to the abilities of their students
