The birth of a child with developmental disorders, such as autism, presents a significant challenge for parents. This study aims to examine the effect of gratitude on psychological well-being of parents with autistic children. Psychological well-being refers to aspects of self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, life purpose, personal growth, and autonomy. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design, with a sample of 61 parents of autistic children from SLB X Samarinda City. Data were collected through questionnaires consisting of two scales: Psychological Well-being and Gratitude, analyzed using simple regression. The results showed that gratitude significantly influenced psychological well-being, explaining 38.1% of the variability in psychological well-being. The higher the level of gratitude, the better the psychological well-being of the parents. These findings support the theory that gratitude plays a crucial role in enhancing psychological well-being. The study suggests that gratitude-based interventions be applied to improve the psychological well-being of parents with autistic children, and as a foundation for developing more effective psychological support programs.

This study aims to reveal the impact of domestic violence on the psychological dynamics of girls who have experienced violence since childhood. Domestic violence often leaves deep emotional scars, especially for children who become hidden victims of family conflicts. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method to gain an in-depth understanding of the experiences of the subject, identified as K, an adult woman who endured physical, verbal, and economic violence, as well as sexual abuse by her stepfather. The findings indicate that such violence leads to anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulties in social relationships, and challenges in forming healthy relationships. The subject also exhibits ineffective coping mechanisms in dealing with trauma, such as crying and channeling emotions through online gaming. The lack of support and protection from her mother has resulted in attachment disturbances in the mother-child relationship. This study concludes that psychological interventions through forgiveness therapy and art therapy are necessary to help alleviate anxiety and trauma, while strong social support is crucial for improving the subjects self-esteem and social relationships. The implications of this research highlight the need for increased awareness and social support for domestic violence victims to prevent long-term adverse effects.

This study aims to determine the influence of *romantic beliefs* on relationship satisfaction in individuals within the phase of emerging adulthood. This phase is marked by significant changes in individual development, including romantic relationships. The method used in this research is simple regression analysis, with data collection through questionnaires completed by eligible respondents. The results show that *romantic beliefs* have a significant impact on relationship satisfaction, where higher romantic beliefs are associated with lower levels of relationship satisfaction. These findings contradict the initial hypothesis, which suggested that *romantic beliefs* would enhance relationship satisfaction. Based on these results, the study suggests that individuals should adopt more realistic views on romance in order to maintain the quality of their relationships. Additionally, the implications of this research can contribute to the development of interpersonal relationship theories, particularly in the context of emerging adulthood, and serve as a consideration for counselors or psychological practitioners in providing guidance on romantic relationships

Working students often face challenges in balancing their roles as learners and employees, known as work-study conflict. This imbalance can lead to burnout, a condition characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-study conflict on burnout among working students at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. A quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design was employed. The sample consisted of 100 working students selected through purposive sampling, with criteria including working at least 15 hours per week and aged 20-25 years. Data were collected using questionnaires comprising a work-study conflict scale based on Markel & Frone's (1998) theory and a burnout scale derived from Maslach & Leiter's (2016) model. Simple linear regression analysis revealed that work-study conflict significantly affects burnout, contributing 14.2% (R² = 0.142). Each unit increase in work-study conflict raised burnout by 0.779 units. These findings indicate that working students experiencing higher levels of conflict are at greater risk of burnout. However, most of the variation in burnout (85.8%) is influenced by other unexamined factors. This study concludes that managing role conflicts is crucial to mitigating burnout risks. Universities are encouraged to provide support programs such as time management training, counseling services, and flexible class schedules. Future research should explore additional variables, such as social support or coping strategies, using a mixed-method approach for a more comprehensive understanding.

The high academic demands faced by university students often result in psychological pressure that can affect their well-being. Psychological Well-Being (PWB) refers to an individual's psychological state that includes self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, a clear purpose in life, and continuous personal growth. One important factor influencing PWB is emotion regulation, which is an individual's ability to manage, control, and adjust their emotions according to situational demands. This study aims to examine the effect of emotion regulation on the Psychological Well-Being of psychology students at Universitas Negeri Padang, class of 2021. A quantitative research design with a correlational approach was employed, involving 165 participants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of the Emotion Regulation Scale and the Psychological Well-Being Scale. The results of simple regression analysis indicate that emotion regulation significantly influences Psychological Well-Being, contributing substantially to students' overall well-being. Most students were categorized as having moderate levels of both emotion regulation and Psychological Well-Being. These findings confirm previous research suggesting that individuals with good emotion regulation tend to have higher Psychological Well-Being. The study highlights the importance of developing effective emotion regulation strategies for students to enhance their Psychological Well-Being. The results imply that higher education institutions should implement support programs that help students manage emotions adaptively to improve their academic and personal well-being.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work-life balance and turnover intention, with affective commitment as a moderating variable. An imbalance in work-life balance can increase employees' desire to leave their jobs, whereas affective commitment has the potential to weaken this effect. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design. Data were collected through an online questionnaire involving 250 employees from the industrial and service sectors in Indonesia, selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) technique to examine the relationships among variables. The results indicate that work-life balance has a negative effect on turnover intention, meaning that the better an individuals work-life balance, the lower their likelihood of leaving their job. Furthermore, affective commitment was found to be a moderating variable that weakens the relationship between work-life balance and turnover intention. The findings highlight the importance of organizations in fostering work-life balance while strengthening employees' affective commitment through organizational strategies that promote well-being and emotional engagement. Future research is recommended to expand the sector coverage and use longitudinal methods to better understand the long-term effects of work-life balance on turnover intention.

Quarterlife crisis is a phenomenon commonly experienced by individuals in the transition from adolescence to adulthood, characterized by uncertainty in career, social relationships, and life goals. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing quarterlife crisis among young adults and its impact on psychological well-being. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study sample consists of 200 respondents aged 18-30 years, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire that includes a quarterlife crisis scale and a psychological well-being scale based on Ryff's model. The results indicate that most respondents experience a moderate to high level of quarter life crisis, particularly those in the early stages of their careers. Additionally, a significant negative relationship was found between quarter life crisis and psychological well-being, specifically in terms of self-acceptance and life purpose. These findings suggest that quarterlife crisis can lower psychological well-being but may also serve as an opportunity for personal growth if managed properly. The implications of this study highlight the importance of psychological and social support in helping individuals navigate quarter life crisis to enhance their psychological well-being. Future research is recommended to expand the sample scope and explore more effective intervention strategies for managing quarter life crisis.
