Jurnal ini adalah jurnal studi ilmu-ilmu Sosial humaniora dan pendidikan yang bersifat peer-review dan terbuka. Bidang kajian dalam jurnal ini termasuk linguistik, sastra, filsafat, psikologi, hukum, pendidikan, sosial dan studi budaya. Jurnal Riset Sosial Humaniora, dan Pendidikan menerima makalah dalam bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia, jurnal ini diterbitkan 4 kali setahun: March, June, September and December.

<![CDATA[At Ulujami 1 Middle School in Pemalang Regency, student learning achievement is still low. There are several students whose achievements are below average. Through personal counseling services, the ten students are guided by a guidance and counseling teacher. The question is, how can guidance and counseling teachers help students excel at school? The aim of this research is to learn more about how guidance and counseling teachers can help students achieve better emotional learning outcomes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, specifically a field study with the aim of writing from individuals who have determined descriptions of field phenomena. Data and information in the form of narratives are obtained from observations, interviews and triangulation-based documentation as data validity in this kind of research report method. The findings of this research lead to the following conclusions: First, how guidance and counseling teachers can use personal counseling guidance services to improve student learning achievement. in providing group guidance services, especially the Guidance and Guidance Teacher carries out assessments and collaborates with related parties. Prepare an RPL-based program, as well as the necessary facilities and infrastructure. Second, by using the skills that students already have, guidance and counseling teachers are able to encourage low achieving students through individual guidance.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is based on the fact that there are still OSIS administrators at SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis who have not been able to reflect good morals, this is because the OSIS supervisor teachers heve not provided provisions and approaches to OSIS administrators at SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis and there is a lack apptoach to OSIS administrators. This research aims to describe the role of the OSIS supervisor teacher in forming the moral character of the OSIS administrators at SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis, Padang Pariaman regency. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The key informant in this research is the OSIS teacher, while the supporting informant is the OSIS administrator. Data collection techniques by means of beservation, interviews and documentation. The role of the OSIS supervisor teacher is very important in forming the moral character of the OSIS administrator. The role of the coaching teacher is as a guide (preceptor), providing motivation (Motivator) and providing evaluation (evaluator). Through various activities carried out by the OSIS in order to form moral character and be able to instill commendable values that exist in OSIS activites throught the form of IMTAQ development and good manners or noble morals. In order for the formation of akhlakul karimah character in OSIS administrators, it is not solely on the shoulders of religious teachers, but requires the role of the supervisor teacher as well as cooperation between the supervisor teacher and the OSIS administrators.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the level of emotional maturity of students at Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah Koto Tinggi Pandai Sikek. (1) The level of emotional maturity of Santri based on gender. This study uses a descriptive approach with the aim of describing the object of research or research results. The descriptive method according to Sugiyono is a method that serves to describe or give an overview of the object under study through the collected data or samples as it is, without analyzing and making general conclusions. With a total population in this study of 174 In this sampling the authors used Proportional Random Sampling techniques. The study determined a sample of 20% of the total population so that 34 students could be determined. The results of this study based on the gender of female students experienced an increase in emotions faster than men. The students are generally in their teens. According to Hurlock, adolescents are said to reach emotional maturity if they are able to restrain their emotional outbursts in the presence of others and wait for the right time and place to express their emotions in an acceptable way. Of the 34 santri, there are 11 male santri, 55% of whom are at the (Sak) level and 45% of whom are at the (Ind) level. And of the 23 female students, 52% are at the (Sak) level and 48% are at the (Ind) level. Indicating that of all students, the average between male and female students has experienced an increase in the level of emotional maturity in (Sak).]]>

<![CDATA[Finding out how students' social ties impacted their performance in Islamic Religious Education classes at SMPN 1 Kec Payakumbuh was the driving force for this research. Quantitative correlational study is the method employed. A total of 256 seventh graders made up the study's population, and 64 students were selected using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaires and other data analysis methods such as descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, and data analysis precondition tests were utilized for data collecting. The study's findings show that students' social ties have a significant impact on learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.009 <0.05. Therefore, we can accept Ha and reject H0.]]>

Cooperative learning is a learning strategy in which students learn in small, heterogeneous groups to achieve common goals. This strategy has several goals, namely improving academic achievement, acceptance of diversity, and development of social skills. Cooperative learning strategies are effective learning strategies to improve the quality of learning. Factors that influence the success of cooperative learning strategies must be considered and implementation steps must be taken appropriately.]]>

<![CDATA[Writing skills are very important for students, one of which is writing personal letters. However, in today's digital era, personal letters are rarely used, even some students do not know what a personal letter is. This study aims to determine the ability to write personal letters to grade vii students at SMP Negeri 1 Nanggung. The subjects of this study were students of grade vii at SMP Negeri 1 Nanggung. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which means that the research describes the level of students' ability to write personal letters. The study used a sample of 32 people from several different classes. The data collection technique is a performance test, by means of which each student writes a personal letter. This research was conducted on April 24, 2024. With the results that the ability to write personal letters at SMPN 1 Nanggung no one scored less. So it can be concluded that the ability to write personal letters at SMPN 1 Nanggung is good even though they no longer write personal letters in communication.]]>

<![CDATA[This research focuses on the implementation of bilingual learning in schools from early childhood which can influence the acquisition and development of a second language and children's cognitive abilities. The aim of this research is to describe theories from the results of several other studies regarding the influence of second language acquisition on the cognitive abilities of bilingual children. The research method used is qualitative with a library study approach to collect information from various library sources that are relevant to the research topic. The data sources in this research were obtained from books and articles that discuss the phenomenon of bilingualism as well as research results that refer to the cognitive abilities of bilingual children. In the results and discussion section, it can be concluded that children's acquisition of a second language can influence cognitive abilities. Bilingual learning makes students more flexible in multilingual environments and provides better opportunities to participate in global society. From a cognitive perspective, bilingual children have better skills than monolingual children. However, the effectiveness of bilingual learning can be achieved if it is facilitated by several supporting factors. Overall, the advantages of bilingual children outweigh the disadvantages]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to overcome the unmet criteria for completeness in learning front-rolling gymnastics in class IX C SMP N 22 Semarang. This research aimed to improve the learning of front rolling through the Jigsaw approach in class IX C SMP N 22 Semarang. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. The research subjects were 33 students of class IX C SMP N 22 Semarang (14 boys and 19 girls). The data collection instruments used include observation, questionnaire, and front roll learning outcomes test. Data analysis techniques were carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the Jigsaw approach can improve front-roll learning in class IX C SMP N 22 Semarang students. Based on the analysis conducted by collaborators and researchers, the value in Cycle I was 54% and in Cycle II reached 100%, so it can be concluded that learning floor exercises through the Jigsaw approach has increased in class IX C SMP N 22 Semarang.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the role of Information Management Technology (TMI) in expediting the filing of office letters at SMA Tunas Pelita Binjai. The main focus of this research is to analyse the impact of TMI implementation on efficiency, information disclosure, and service quality improvement in letter filing. The research methods used include centralised interviews with teachers and TU staff as respondents, analysis of system usage data, and business process modelling. The results show that the implementation of TMI has contributed significantly in improving the efficiency of office letter filing at SMA Tunas Pelita Binjai. The integrated database system allows the storage and management of letters to be more structured and easily accessible. In addition, TMI also enables higher information disclosure and improved quality of school administration services. The integration of TMI not only provides internal benefits to the office in records management, but also contributes to the improvement of the office's image and reputation in service to stakeholders. By continuing to maintain and develop the existing TMI system, it is expected that SMA Tunas Pelita Binjai can continue to improve its performance and services to achieve better standards in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of teenagers in the world of dating today is very large, where teenagers have a tendency to have a high desire to build relationships between both parties. This research uses qualitative research with interview data as a source, while the analysis is carried out descriptively to describe the phenomenon of dating styles in teenagers. The results of this research are that teenagers' knowledge of dating is very high, this knowledge is part of symbolic interactionism which is born from the role of technology, in the phenomenon of teenagers' dating styles can be influenced by social environmental factors which are increasingly guarded and influential, influencing negative characters to become more positive and educational. which is actually better because of the strong support from current teenage dating.]]>
